MY HUSBAND ORDERED A DRESS FORM FOR ME ON MARCH 5 2015. There was a glitch in my order however; Yoel responded to me on 4/9/2015 and explained the problem with providing me with my shipment. He was very apologetic, professional and offered me two solutions. I am very pleased to say that today SHE CAME! He upgraded my original order at no additional cost. I did not want a full refund, I really wanted this dress form.Some times we all error, The Shop Company is a shining example of MAKING THINGS RIGHT.
