Ali. Ask for Ali. He did an amazing job on my work shirts! He was very patient and kind, as he helped me pick out the perfect size font and placement. A true artist, who takes pride in his work, which is very rare to find. He was even nice enough to finish my order the same day :)This was also one of the only shops that would do a small order for me. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ali!

Wouldn’t waste my time coming in here. They didn’t even stand up to greet us. Seemed “too busy” to care. Brought my own shirts and they said that it wouldn’t turn out good. They were plain polyester and cotton shirts. Black and the logo I wanted is red. A red and black contrast is easy. Said it couldn’t be done. Finally when they asked when I needed them by I gave them 2 days when most places of the kind could get it done in less than an hour. Like I said, don’t waste your time. I decided to come in here despite the negative reviews and I see why now they have so many.

I live within the Belmar community and walked by this store. I am a big fan of supporting small local business. I run two local companies and spend about $20K a year on shirts and apparel. This is my experience.........Likes-Was able to turn around shirts quickly compared to my regular apparel co.-Pricing was in line for short turn around projects-Location, anytime I can walk out my front door to do business Im happyDislikes-Its like a morgue walking in to this store, no energy and no vibe-Ive never met a more passive or timid owner or worker-No outlined or detailed work order specifying type,style or sizesI had placed an order for a dozen t-shirts. There were two different colors, white and grey. The proof that was sent over initially needed to be changed as the two color logo on the grey shirts didnt go together very well. The white shirt that was sent over to me to proof showed the two color logo extremely well. We changed the grey shirts to an all blue. Mind you the white shirts still had the two color logo...........no changes to these.When I arrived this evening to pick up my shirts the grey ones were delivered as represented, however the white ones were not. One of the white shirts had blue ink on the back of one of the shirts I pointed out. No comment other than we spilled a little from the individual. Another white shirt had black dirt of some sort on it. Again, no word from the individual addressing it. Half the white shirt order had two color and the other half had the blue logo. When I brought this to his attention the comments were I assumed they were all medium and it must have gotten lost in translation. Let me assure you that when you have a clear work order that shows, sizes, locations and colors of logos that a buyer has to sign off on there isnt anything to get lost in translation.I should have refused the order entirely. I give people every opportunity to try and remedy a tough situation. I made a comment stating that Im assuming youll be okay with just a one time sale instead of a repeat customer, not one word from the individual.In life you get two options, you can make excuses or you can make results. Its clear to see which road they went down. Being in a service oriented industry I dont buy in to the old adage that the customer is always right, however what I do buy in to is the customer may not always be right, however we have to remember, they are the customer Not satisfying a customer or remedying a negative situation results in these negative online reviews, which this store has many.I dont suggest spending any of your money at this local business. One can get many of their items from an online resource. This may be a fun place for their friends to come visit and hang out, however the couple of times that Ive been in and several times Ive walked by its been a ghost town and the cash register arent ringing.

First time I went into this establishment I ordered a shirt which needed to be made. The guy took my information and said I will receive a call I. A couple days to pick it up. I never received a call. I went back to the store and asked the same guy about my order and he told me he gave it to the guy and he doesn’t know what happened after that. While he was talking to me he was answering texts on his phone. Horrible customer service. His whole demeanor showed his lack of experience and lack of passion for the company and their customers. I’m sure I can get my product online. I was just trying to show some love to a local business.

Arrived to pick up items. i was told they couldnt help me, didnt even bother to put down computers or get off their chairs. i called & verified that they should have items. went back was told to leave my store..... buyer be ware they dont care. dont do business with these jerks

This place is absolutely terrible. They tried claiming a shoe sent to me by Nike was fake even though I had two receipts present. In addition to this, the staff was extremely disrespectful. Poor selection, and overpriced stock. Do not recommend

Went in there with a dead stick pair of Chicago 1’s and they low balled me for only $200! This shoe goes for $1,000, and also workers said I’m a broke boy and should not be in there store and to never come back!

Short, skinny, Hispanic guy was extremely rude with me. Saying I wasn’t going to be able to afford a pair of yeezys- when I was very literally wearing a pair- not to mention his breathe smelt like a mixture of cabbage and onions and the store is comparable to the Ross shoe section.
