As electrical contractors, we called in to look for a part. The manager/president, Lyn, told us the part does not exist (even though we had just ordered the same part from somewhere else and just needed an additional one). We explained this to him and he hung up on us. We called back and he refused to answer so we had called on a different number. He yelled at us to F*** off and never call again, and included a lot of extremely disrespectful profanity. The way Lyn treats his customers is highly unprofessional and shows in his business. Aside from that, his knowledge of the electrical world is lacking and he does not have the correct information to help his customers efficiently. We were going to start a credit account, but because of this, we will be declining them thousands of dollars worth of business. We will not shop here ever again and highly recommend no one else does. I would give them zero stars if possible.
