After reviewing their online prices and print production time, I thought this seemed like a good deal. I designed my marketing materials around their specs and sent in my request. The quote that came back was more than double their price online. When I mentioned this and asked if theyd honor the information they have publicly posted, they seemed suspicious, asking me to show them how I found this info .Customer care and transparency is obviously not a priority - what a waste of time.

The correct answer would be no star!!!I don’t recommend. After I approved my order I got an email saying they couldn’t do the order the way I’ve already requested. At this time I tried to cancel but they denied me this right, even though it was not my fault, I’ve never changed my request, they refused to do what I asked. In summary, I ordered one service, they did what they wanted and gave me a worse one.

I was excited to work with this small printing company, but it really has a corporate feel of process. I requested a quote for 100 duplex copies on 80lb paper on a Wednesday night, and I received a PDF quote the following afternoon saying it would be over $100 and take 2-3 business days. I didnt get my prints from Raven, so I dont speak to their quality, as I didnt make it that far. Instead, I used an incredible local printer that turned my project around in less than 12 hours for half the cost, and they did a fantastic job.
