I had Matt come to my house to fix my garage door. Price was very reasonable and was the lowest I could find in my area. He was super nice and wore a mask inside my home. Very communicative, couldnt have asked for anyone better! Told me the risks to my repair, was very blunt and honest, and told me all my options and gave me time to decide!

A few months after the install there was a small technical issue of minor consequence. I was able to get the owner on the phone the same day and within two hours he had a team out to rectify and address the issue. Service and willingness to correct things in a timely matter is very important to me and this owner clearly takes his business very seriously. Thank you.

They did a decent job installing the unit but when I had a problem that was due mainly to improper installation they really gave me a hard time before coming over and then after they came over it’s still wasn’t working properly after a week or so. called them again and they never returned my call.

Matthew was the tech that serviced my home. If can on time, the job was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up after he was done if you are looking for a great experience and a professional I strongly recommend these guys and make sure you ask for Matt he was great

BEWARE!!! This company had done some repairs at my elderly mothers home & me and my husband are no garage repair people, As compared to the motors installed in our own home we know this was wrong..Very Wrong!We had called the company we used for our home for Consultation of the work that was previously done and my mothers.The technician that had arrived informed us that it all needed to be redone!!! So after making all necessary repairs, we told him the company that was out and he told us that Handyman had stolen the company Precision’s webpage.... WOW what kind of operation are you guys running over there....terrible workmanship and stealing a reputable company’s webpage....You deserve 0 stars, but I had to give you 1...

I was referred to this company by my family for a spring job. My spring snapped overnight and I heard a loud noise and they came that same morning and fixed it and left the place clean it works great now ! Thank you HGD !

I got an estimate from them about 6 months ago to get my garage door fixed. I paid the $40 thinking I was going to get my garage door Repaired. I was quoted for over $500, the guy that looked at my garage door said the motor was broken and I needed new wheels. I told him I probably had a warranty on it and I would find out from the company if they can send a new one. He started telling me it was an old motor and they didn’t make it anymore. I told him the estimate was a lot and I would have to be sure I couldn’t get a new one. It turns out I had a loose screw which was preventing the motor to run!!My neighbor took a look at it, went to Home Depot got a screw for $3 and fixed it in 10 mins!!!!! This guy was obviously trying to take advantage of me! Beware!!!
