I always come here it’s a regular grocery store nothing crazy. Not too long ago I went in and paid for my stuff the cashier messed something up and made me redo it. but both charges where made to my card so 40 instead of 20. I asked for the manger and he was rude and yelled at me when I told him that he was wrong that I was charged twice. He claimed that it hadn’t and that I was lying that maybe my card didn’t have enough money. and then asked me to leave cause he couldn’t do anything about it. The manger was an older Indian man didn’t catch his name. Didn’t see a reason to be so rude since it was your mistake. I work at a grocery store and know how the registers work it wasn’t that hard to check charges made but whatever I just had my bank reverse it. Never coming here again.

This is a nice clean store. I can always stop in and find what i need, and if youve never tried their roasted chicken?? You are missing out!! WAY tastier than from those whole stores you buy in bulk!! You may pay a tad more? But its worth the FINGER LICKIN GOODNESS!!😂❤

I rember this business back in 80s when it only cater to food catering trucks and businesses. Today great selection on a lot of things for everybody. Some things are Bargains but some are a little bit pricier that you would find somewhere else. Anyways I always liked shopping here

I shop here every week. Today 10/24 at about 1pm I was in check line #5 and the stor line were so long, they opened 2 lines and everyone from the back of lines went ahead of everyone else. When I got to the register the Lady asked how was everything ? I said Im really frustrated that the cashiers allowed everyone to go ahead if everyone else. She was so rude, she said why are you venting on me? Thats not even all this rude employee said. She pointed out everything I did wrong and didnt apologize, she just got Ryder and wouldnt stop complaining. I to her u should really be nicer to ur customers.. When I left she continued to run her mouth and said next time I come in she will charge me extra.I had 2 of my grandkids with me, I was so embarrassed this lady treated us like that.I tried calling to complian but no one answered.. I will be calling the corporate office.Next time I visit this store I will be asking for the Manager to discuss before I ever spend another dime here.

Great store, produce can be excellent or very disappointing. Great price on carrots but Usually the berries arent the best so I usually get my produce and chips (better price) at Sprouts. Then go to Smart and final for the packaged items. Alcohol is definitely better price than Sprouts. But not as good price or selection as Trader Joes.

Its a good place shop and their delivery service works well, but the app they use has an bad issue. If I choose to try and get curbside pick up it tries to send me half an hour away instead of letting me choose the store a few blocks over. The app wants me to drive 30-45 minutes(in good traffic) on the freeway instead of just less then 10 minutes(street traffic) to the nearest store. So in short shopping in person is good, delivery is good, and curbside pickup sucks hard.

Sirena kept talking to the courtesy clerk which I find rude after she never acknowledged us or talked to us but sure she told the courtesy clerk that she was ready to go home, after we paid her she left her register without saying thank you or giving us our receipt, she ran out.. my husband had to go behind her register to grab our receipt while the courtesy clerk just watched us from the door without offering help either. Awful customer service.

Great location, always clean, mostly stocked and friendly staff. If you can’t find anything in the store just ask the staff and most often than not they will have it in the back and will get it for you.

Wonderful selection. The most appreciative appreciate if that the store is constantly bring cleaned. They have organized line for the cashiers.One of the best display of human compassion I saw today was here. There was a lady, who is older with a shopping cart of items. She informed the assistant manager she had to leave for a doctors appointment. If they could hold onto the cat and she will be back as soon as her appointment is over.Not one but two employees were willing to open up a cash register to help her out. She said no at first. The employees insisted.Clean, stocked and compassionate employees. 5 Stars

We went in to get some ice cream. Went to get in line at the checkout staging area. One of the cashiers and another lady who I believe was the assistant manager looked right at us and then continued with their casual conversation. We along with several other patrons waiting in line for nearly 5 minutes why they had their little chat. So much for getting in and out quickly.

Good time to shop...2pm, Sunday. I didnt have that much to get, plastic containers, lids and salad fixings. Everyone following safe distance and masks. Very organized and friendly cashiers. I was in and out in 15minutes, even with a line. Moved quickly.

Always well stocked, very neat and good prices. One of the first stores to master Covid safety checkout process. Only shortcoming sometimes is parking.

I went shopping at Smart and Final yesterday. It was a very positive experience. Every employee who I interacted with was courteous and helpful : security guard, produce, bread, deli, and checker: all we’re doing a great job under very trying circumstances!!!’They are heroes in my estimation during this challenging time. Very grateful for their professionalism and innate courtesy.

Love this place, its very different then the years past, now you can buy most all just like in your favorite grocery store, singles of most everything instead of 3 packs & gallons of things you barely use. And youll be surprised at the fruit & fresh vegetables...

Always the best fresh vegetables and juicy fruit.

Line move faster and are way more efficient than other stores.

Some of the products they either stop carrying or but theres a lot of vacant spots still there so you cant find what you want and have to wander all over the store looking for stuff because marketing has moved it around

The store is always stocked, they follow great hygienic procedures and they get people checked out quickly. Ive never waited in line outside here.

The store is most always well stock. It is clean and well lighted. Is in strip mall where ample parking is most always available. There are several express checkout lanes that appear to always be open. Its a nice shopping experience.

The store was clean, but people stocking shelves were all over it seemed. They had items listed on line that they didnt stock at the store, and worst of all, they were expensive. There was no savings at that store vs. any other except for one sale item....wont be returning 😔

A much larger variety of items than the regular stores. Found a helpful person in the produce section and a very friendly cashier. Stopped by here on the way home from church. I would shop this store more often if it werent such a distance from my home.

Always enjoy shopping at Smart & Final Extra in Lakewood. Everyone is extremely helpful and the store is always well stocked. If they dont have what youre looking for they will try to get it.

Always fresh meat and produce here. The entire stock of products is better than most supermarkets. It is always on my place to shop list

Nice clean place. Prices are higher then Trader Joes. The staff is very helpful. I would have given them a five star if prices were better and the parking lot was not a mad house.

Stopped by to get liquor for my dad, pressed the button and waited over 15 mins, had employees walk by me and never asked if I needed help. Got tired of waiting and ask the next employee for help and all they said was oh not my department and continued walking. Clearly they need to work on their customer service. Will not be going back.

I used to love this location, but parking is insane. People just shove their way in and ignore you if you need to reach something right there where their cart is. Chickens are over cooked and fall apart when you get them out of the cooking bag. Some of the vegetables taste weird now too - like the fresh spinach we just bought. Tasted like dirt and we washed it and cooked it properly. The prices arent as good as they were before they upgraded the refridgeration for the salsas and potato salad section, guess somebody has to pay for it.

Light, Bright and Clean. Had plenty of stock even for the last min. Shoppers on Christmas eve at 3 pm. It was hectic, but staff was helpful and calm, just like any regular day.

Great staff, nice location, quick service. The only thing is they dont have flap cuts in quantity or at least I never see them and my uncle loves those for Sunday barbecues

This us a sort of hybrid between a bulk store like Costco and a regular grocery store. You can but large packs of cups, plates, coffee, and some food items but they also have smaller sizes and a produce department. When I went, checkout was quick and efficient. There is plenty of parking so that wont be a problem.

Not happy. Rotisserie chicken not ready at 2pm. I wish the management would address this issue.

S N F is Awesome! Who doesnt need a gallon of mayo or 10 lbs of bacon? You dont even need a membership! Lots of fresh produce, alcohol, paper product & just about anything else you can think of.

This place is nice and they carry a variety of item. I found everything that I needed.

Very clean. The only thing i dont like about Smart and Finals is that they add extra islands of merchandise here or there in the isles making them reduced and hard to get through with the cart. This store in particular leaves huge ladders in the isles making it hard to get to products and abstructing the path to the bathroom, that are not being used at the moment. Pallets full of merchandise get left in the meat isle all the time making it possible for only one person to get by with a cart. Also, little islands in the way of the check out stands makes it hard to get to. I think getting rid of the extra merchandise in the middle of the path would greatly improve flow!
