I really, really like this ice. It always easy to get out of the bag. If it happens to stick together, I can easily break it with my hand. Some ice you need a hammer to break it apart.

Customer service rep is very unhelpful. Been trying to get an ice chest for my store for over a month and all I ever get is We will call you back with more information and this time it hung up on me. I dont believe it was on purpose but its very frustrating
