Im not a contractor, but somehow I found them on the web and went to check them out about a year ago, not knowing they were contractor only. All went well. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I went a second time yesterday, and on my way in was accosted by a rude manager guy who pointed out a wholesale only sign by the counter and without another word turned to go outside and wait for me to leave. I mentioned that I had been there before and he curtly said over his shoulder that they were too busy for me. The place was empty except for him and 2 staff people behind the checkout counter.If he had just politely told me that they dont serve retail customers, without the unnecessary mean, arrogant attitude, I would have simply apologized and left without any hard feelings. I have a low tolerance for hateful jerks though, especially in the service realm.
