The store is a good size. There was this cashier very nice and polite didnt get her name unfortunately. But she did help me with a dress I wanted she even streamed it! Will come again!

Bad customer service. No one answer the phone. Need to know a dress that i zaw Windsor online .I just want to make sure that is available at the store Lakewood Center and Cerritos Windsor nobodys answering the phone.

Never coming back here. The Asian girl at the cash register is the worse, she doesnt even greet you, or ask how she can help . I looked for my dress and asked if I could try it on all she said was theres someone back there the other girl is alright she helped me but she kept following me around the store watching me to see if Id steal . I loved their dresses but I left without one .

My daughter loves this place

I recently visited this store a few days ago, from the moment i entered my friends and i were followed. I felt very uncomfortable. I decided to go try on my things and my friend sat in the waiting area so that she can help me pick out an outfit. My friend was holding a choker and the worker told her she could not be holding it in the fitting room but she wasnt trying things on and told that to the worker. Then the worker changed her claim and said was policy that customers could not walk around with accesories at all which was a lie because other customer were walking around with accesories. They got really aggresive and rude. I felt stereotyped because of how we looked. Im a regular customer here and I often spend a lot of money here but I have never been so humilated in my life. Going forward I will be shopping online or else where.

I called this store at least 10 times at 4pm and no one picked up. What kind of place is this?

I was looking for a dress, and asked for it and the lady said I think we dont have it she didnt took the time to looked in the computer to check if they have it in any other store.
