The lady who owns this store wrongly accused my mom of recording her liquor prices because of her ethnicity. The owner is unhinged and discriminates against her customers. My mom was simply on the phone with a friend shopping for wines. My family, friends, and I have visited this liquor store over 20+ times, but will no longer be buying our liquor here. Treat your customers better. There’s no place for stereotyping and discrimination in Lakewood.Reply to the store owner:If it was a cause for concern of Covid-19 then her ethnicity should not have been mentioned by the owner. As the store owner you should have alerted her of your no touching policy, she was reading the labels and touched only the wine she was considering buying. Instead she was kicked out of the store (wine bottle and box in hand ready to be purchased) and accused of doing something she did not do, yet you failed to mention that. I am writing this because I have the ability to call it out as I see it. She asked me not to, but l can’t stand my mom being treated unfairly. Tell the truth and do better. Disgrace.Btw: Someone saying no thank you to a question is not ignoring you. That is a response.

Don’t recommend this liquor store. It was my first and last time I’ll ever be their. Employees will stare at your every move and will talk to you rudely

I totally love this place! The previous owners had so much product in the store it was kinda overwhelming. Now if wine is your thing then you just found a honey whole! Jewell Liquor Box with there wide selection of you favorite flavor of spirits. Im sure you will find what you are looking for.

Mediocre selection, not bad not great but forget going in comfortably. Stereotypical of racist owner or workers who watch you like a hawk and ask you to remove hats or hoods before shopping around. Well not be back, will be shopping at the store over on Mississippi and wads from now on where they get to know you, trust you and have the absolute best selection with the best customer service.

Helpful friendly gal at the cash register. I Couldn’t find what I wanted she looked it up and walked me right to it.

Pretty solid store. The make your own six pack could have been a bit bigger but other than that; really wonderful staff and good selection! :D

This place is really clean. Has a good selection of spirits and wine. The beer is nice and cold. Under new management. The owner was really nice and helpfull finding good tequila. Definitely coming back
