My overall experience with the mall notwithstanding, The Samsonite outlet was a useful stop.I stopped by right as they were having their 4th of July sale and the some buys were amazing, but your mileage there may vary. The staff at the store was very helpful and informative. I could tell he had some great product knowledge and was able to help me compare features, they even had an overhead bin for demonstration which was a nice touch.While I didnt end up buying anything in my visit; If you find shopping for luggage online leaving something to be desired and want a more tactile experience, Id encourage you to stop in and check these guys out.

This store offers a decent selection of Samsonite luggage, however, I their prices seemed somewhat high compared to other luggage retailers. The staff was helpful.I probably will not return.

Great customer service! I travel weekly and have a Samsonite luggage set that ended up with a few issues. This store and Samsonite in general made the process of reviewing my warranty and fixing my luggage a breeze with a very quick turn-around time on the repairs.

Im sure the products are fine. Im here to comment on the store with my experience. I walk in, no one is there. No big deal, theyre busy, the lil alarm is sounding to know they have customers. She comes out, on the phone. Sees me. Just looks. Im waiting for her to hang up and ask if I need help. She finally just asks if I do, still on the phone. Im thinking well yeah, thats why Im here waiting for you. Anyways, I say yeah, Id like an in person demonstration on how to set and open these locks if possible, please. She responds, I need to know the exact model. A lil rude, cuz how hard is it to say, oh ok, do you by chance know the model? Again, still hasnt hung up the phone. I say ok, and look around. Thought I found it, say I think this. She goes, this one doesnt have the luck. Im all oh, guess its not this one. She responds, I need to know the exact model. Im like yeah, I get that. You said that already. I get it. But I cant find it. You can go on YouTube and find how to do it (still on the phone). Thats why I came here and asked for in person cuz that doesnt help! Sorry youre not interested in being friendly or helpful in your store. And no. Never hung up the phone. Shes clearly more interested in gossiping on her personal phone call than helping in store customers.
