Bought a powered recliner chair for my husband for Father’s Day two year ago. Was told by Furniture Row that the warranty would cover stains, rips/tears, and any issues with motor. The motor on the chair starting catching when opening the foot rest, resulting in a loud popping noise, every time it was opened. My claim was denied with reasoning being the plan doesn’t cover motor issues. Absolutely awful company. Do not use them.

I also really mean zero stars. I bought a comprehensive warranty for my couch that apparently doesnt cover having the back squeak (even though the store already fixed that same issue twice in other sections) or a smashed electrical cord (even though the salesman specifically told us it covered electrical wire is the only reason we felt comfortable buying a couch with so many moving parts). When I voiced this I basically got a sorry not sorry response. They are useless, and were snippy and rude through the whole process as well

Why isnt zero stars allowed?If you mistakenly purchased a protection plan from this business, just make believe that you gave that money to a charity or someone in need, because you will definitely not get any service from it!What isnt covered by their plans is any reasonable accident that other warranty companies and protection plans gladly and promptly cover. SNL could do a parody of what isnt covered, but SNL still has to deliver some level of reality that the audience can grasp.Im happy to post pictures of my claim and their response if anyone would like to be entertained.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! if you purchase a protection plan through Furniture Row with them they do not honor any type of damage. Its a waste of money! Thus company should be shut down!

I wish I could give it zero stars. Terrible company. I will forever remember Great White Bottling Company. From now on any furniture I purchase I will ensure that their name is not tied to the warranty. Absolutely worthless. Stitching is coming out on the seams of our 2 couches after a year and a half of use. Mind you, my children rarely sit on there because they love laying on the ground to watch TV. One panel has fabric sagging under the armrest as well. Their response to my claim was...Thank you for sending the information for your claim. We reviewed your claim based on your description and we see that the problems are stitching separation and fabric sagging on your sectional. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this issue as the warranty is reserved for limited accidental damages from single incident and does not include cumulative damage from normal use or damages of unknown cause. Please let us know if you would like a referral for a technician in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience.I expected this level of service based on the reviews I read online. Now I go back to Furniture Row who is willing to assist me.

Best suede cleaner Ive ever used!

I give it 5 stars because my couch was replaced in full as the fabric was no longer made and they couldn’t just replace one cushion. BE AWARE, there is a lot of non-covered stipulations, so I’d call it freak accident insurance... like “cut with a tool on accident” etc. It doesn’t cover “beat up my furniture with a big dog and kids” type scenarios.

I just want to thank Great White Bottling and its owner, Steve, for their fast and courteous service. We bought our warranty to protect our investment and it did just that. Thank you so much for your help and for helping our family get the couch that we should of had in the first place. Will buy warranty again. Thank you Great White and Steve!!

Chair leg broke when my kid sat down on it. Great White Bottling, Inc.said that was not an accident. So they will not fix or replace the chair. If almost falling while sitting on a chair is not and accident, I dont know what is. They also told us that we should have tighten the screws. Guess Ill walk around and tighten all the screw in my bed, sofa, outside furniture, refrigerator, microwave etc.Furniture Companies (Furniture Row) in Charlotte NC; stop pushing this warranty on your customers. It is harming the relationship between you (Furniture Row) and the customer. Will look somewhere else on next purchase. People who gave them four and five stars, I believe, work for the warranty company.

I wish I could give zero stars. For the second time I have had to deal with this company in three years. The first time they kept saying they would get back to me, but never did. The local store finally came out and fixed the problem. This time the headboard got cracked by the side-rail and they denied the claim saying it was normal wear and tear. A small child has been sleeping on the bed. That is not normal. Hopefully the local store will help me again. Buying a warranty from this company was a complete scam. DONT DO IT!

SCAM!!!! Do NOT buy the warranty at Furniture Row. Furniture Row claims Great White Bottling will cover ALL defects, scratches, etc. on their furniture no matter what. This is simply not true and total bull. Great White Bottling doesnt cover anything and their warranty is a scam. I wish someone could shut this company down. In addition, I am disappointed by Furniture Row and teaching their sales reps to lie to their customers regarding this so called warranty. I will NEVER buy at Furniture Row again and NEVER post anything good regarding Great White Bottling. I wish the BBB could shut them down!!!

I have purchased many pieces of furniture through Furniture Row, and based on my experience as well as the rest of the posted reviews, I am unsure why Furniture Row would associate themselves with obvious scam artists. It is truly unfortunate because the store does a pretty good job.From merely looking at a photo, Great White Bottling has deemed my claim cumulative damage and said they would not honor the warranty. I highly suggest you save the money that you are planning to spend on extended warranty. You can use it to pay a REPUTABLE REPAIR COMPANY if and when needed. If purchasing from this warranty company, it is a guaranteed loss.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to getting back to you in a timely manner. They also refuse to do repair work or do a replacement for damaged furniture that is clearly covered by the warranty. And when I finally got the company to agree to reimburse me, they never sent the check and I had to call twice to get the same person who kept promising to send the reimbursement check. Its four months later after my claim and they seem to have blocked my number and email address when I try to contact the company. I will be reporting Great White Bottling Inc to the Better Business Bureau.

I burned my couch with a lamp and freaked out. Thankfully I had this warranty. Excellent Trouble free interaction, had to line up a few things to get started but they held up their warranty just as stated. Smooth interaction

Kristie worked with me today to get a replacement piece for my bed. She was extremely helpful and courteous, even with me being in an agitated state. She talked me off the ledge, worked with me and Im very thankful for the way she handled the situation.

This company is indeed a scam. They have written in the fine print all the excuses they need to get out of actually repairing any damage. I paid for the warranty on 3 different pieces of furniture and they have always gotten out of fixing anything. In the end its probably my fault for buying the low quality Furniture Row furniture in the first place. Wont do that ever again.

Our bed broke and Great White Bottling came through with a credit for a new bed!! The entire process was very easy to do and was processed super fast! Thank you!!

This company is awful. I submitted a claim to see if they would help us fix our leather couch- The furniture is less than five years old and the wood frame on the inside is completely broken. We purchased a five year warranty and hoped they would hold up their end of the deal since we were before the deadline, but theyve sold me that they only cover the leather/exterior of the couch. The thing that really irritates me is that they dont even send anyone out to look at it- They make their decision based on the images we sent them. How in the world are we supposed to take good pictures of how crappy the INSIDE of the couch is?Never EVER buy anything from this company if at all possible!

They actually covered my damages SOFA, however my set was discontinued by Furniture Row. Instead of picking up my entire set, they only picked up the damaged piece.... EXTREMELY upsetting that I will now have two different pieces in my livingroom.Had they still sold my set under stable, however, they dont!!!!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY LEADS ME TO THINK - THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PAY FOR THEIR WARRANTIES. I was told that the warranty did not cover issues with quality of workmanship WHAT? The glass door of the $389.00 coffee table, for lack of better description felln off, NOT COVERED. This warranty cost $299 and they cant fix a door? What does the warranty cover, after asking around no one truly knows. SHAME ON THEM.

Absolute scam. Attempted to redeem the warranty on a chair i purchased from Furniture Row. They did not honor the warranty that i took out on an oversized chair. The cheap plastic casters snapped off, and it was cited that it was cumulitive damage which they do not cover. I will never purchase a warranty through them, and i will encourage everyone to do the same.Awful experience, awful customer service, awful company. Thank you for taking my money, and not offering the service i paid for in return.

Agree with the other reviews. This company is a scam. We paid almost $200 for a 5 Year Warranty and they wont honor a basic fix to one of our sofas. Its unfortunate that businesses like this are able to stay in business. We will be alerting the better business bureau.

I keep calling the customer service number and when I press 1 to transfer to the warranty department (or any other option as well) it immediately disconnects me. Alot of good a warranty does when you cant even make a claim!

SCAM ALERT! This company is a total sham... DO NOT buy their warranty at Furniture Row! After exchanging an excess of 20 emails (some where they asked for the same information over and over) over a two month period, for a couch that is literally falling apart, their final determination was as follows:We have reviewed your claim and based on your description and photos of the damage the problem is cushion gapping or shifting, seam separation under foot rest and cushion deflation on your sofa and love seat. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this issue as the warranty is limited to accidental damages but does not cover gapping, seam separations or deflation of the cushions from use. If you would like a referral for a technician in your area please let us know. We apologize for any inconvenience.We submitted over 16 photos, gave detailed descriptions of the problem, and basically wasted hours of our time. The BBB needs to shut these criminals down!

After purchasing a warranty through this company they refused to honor the warranty on 18k dollars worth of defective furniture. It is a less than honest company who WILL steal your money and crap on you in return if not but ripping you off then by being rude and lying to you.

This company is a joke! Scammers! Paid additional warranty for 5yrs! I filed my claim in November. Got the decision from them in May. And the decision, of course ...the company will not cover the damages with the warranty. Dont buy warranty from this company PLEASE!!!

This company is a scam! I have a small tair on my arm not sure how it got there noticed it nov 1 called nov 30 they said my dog did it no were in the clame did i say my dog..... Any part i called up and said what is this they came back with well it is a day to day thing so not covered this is bs I paid 200 more on the worst couch ever. Also if you ever get a stain dont wast your time calling. Thanks for reading.

This warranty is a total scam, the sales person tells you everything is covered for 5 years when anything is wrong you find out NOTHING is covered under this warranty!!! I wouldn’t give them 1 star but I had to so I could let you all know not to buy this warranty!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They will do everything possible to avoid honoring a warranty. Everyone in the customer service and warranty department is inept and incompetent.

I agree, total scam! In fact, when I try to send the pictures of my table to the email they gave me, it says cannot send, email address is invalid/not found. Ugh, very disappointed in Oak Express.

Their warranty is awful, they sell it to you to cover all your furniture and when you make a claim they blow you off and blame the store. NEVER EVER BUY A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
