Mattress Depot will lie to you to by the bed, We bought our bed and just after the 2 year manufacturing warranty our bed went out. From there they will not honor your 3 yr after warranty. We were told by Mathers Depot it was a lifetime warranty, but that is not correct. Only the Mathers is. They will sell you the frame the most expensive piece then your screwed.

Mike was the BEST! He didnt pressure us to buy anything. He listened to all our needs and helped us. We came in for just kids mattresses and we walked out with a adjustable queen bed and mattress and the kids mattresses he gave us such a great deal we did cash! And didnt have to finance! Mike is amazing he juggled us and a few other customers always with a warm smile and a wonderful attitude and he made funny jokes making the whole experience amazing. He actually made it fun! So yesterday I went into the store in Lakewood, WA and just upon opening the door Mike was awesome!!! Greeted me and those who came with me and really answered all the questions we had which was great!! I am in love with tempurpedic mattress and of course the prices are extremely high, but he really listened to what it was I was looking for and even though he didn’t have the bed he recommended me to test out he told me I could go to another location and give it a test run!! He called ahead so that the other store rep knew we were coming!!! (That’s what I call going above and beyond) after we tested out the Copper 10 bed we went back to Mike and let me just say he is the best I really just went to look and see what was out there and he ended up making me a forever customer!! Thank you again Mike we really appreciate your hard work and the great conversations we had some great laughs and he made sure we felt comfortable!! I had a great experience at Lakewood store. I was helped by Robert. He was very nice and helpful and had lots of knowledge about the different beds. He was very patient with me going back and forth between beds lol and he did not make me feel pressured to buy which takes some of the stress out making a larger purchase. The store also has very reasonably priced beds along with some very top of the line beds.

Shopped here after hearing from brother and nephew about their great mattresses, both of which were super comfortable, an important factor for my bad back. One mattress/adjustable frame was delivered, and they even took away the old one. The price was definitely affordable, too. Rob was a great help during my shopping, and offered a superb deal (I also purchased a mattress cover). I highly recommend shopping here. My husband and I were in need of an adjustable bed due to his health conditions. He had went to every store he could think of and this was the last place to go. I was stressed about prices and on the defense about sales people. As soon as I went in and met Casey I knew we were in the right place. I usually know right away if I will buy from someone or not.Casey was really easy going and showed us all the options and price ranges. We told him our budget and he made it work for us. We also got new pillows, sheets and mattress protectors as well.The two guys there made it a fun experience instead of a nightmare. He stayed past closing just to make sure that we made up our minds. We had quite a few complications but he helped us out until the very end. We are very happy with everything and we are grateful that he was willing to help us even though he had been up since 5am. All in all we are very thankful for him.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everything other than the sales experience was negative. After completing our first order here I was told one of our pillows would take several weeks to arrive due to a manufacturing error. No problem, I was completely understanding of this fact. The first and most serious issue was with delivery, they showed up on the wrong day and proceeded to enter our home against my wifes wishes while she was trying to leave with our two small children, refusing to come back on the day they had agreed to. No apology or response from management after trespassing on my property. After almost 2 months my pillow finally arrived and was nothing like the one I ordered. They completely refused to give me a refund multiple times before finally agreeing to do it when I explained how unacceptable it was to refuse a refund for a pillow I had not ordered. As an apology, they offered me a set of pillows over the phone. After returning to the store three times to attempt to sign my return paperwork, these people actually tried to give me pillow cases from the customer display case that have been handled by other customers. Disgusting lack of concern for their customers.

After spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone with me, I finally made it to the store where I was greeted at the door by Casey. Even before I met him in person, I felt that I had made a friend there. He didnt disappoint. Displaying his vast amount of knowledge without causing me to be overwhelmed, he guided me through the myriad of options we had discussed on the phone and more. He patiently and jovially answered all of my questions. I have yet to arrange a delivery date but am confident that Casey will follow this part of my new bed journey, assuring every detail is as expected. My husband and i did our first mattress shopping yesterday, and ended up being in the Mattress firm in the Lakewood because it was the first thing popped up on our Google search. Im just gonna say..it was the most irritating experience there at the Mattress Firm. First, we walked in and no one said hi even though there were three workers and saw us directly( i remember two ladies and a guy). We were there good 15minutes ish, but no one asked us questions or greeting, but they were chatting the whole time. We were just starting to looking a mattress for ourselves, but we did not know any deals or what is going to be the good one for us because we really had NO idea. Then it was starting to getting awkward and awkward.. and felt like we were not welcomed at all since it was clear that they noticed us but fully ignored. We left without getting any bye or have a great day. I know the working can be overwhelming, but if there is customer..you could have just said hi or bye to your customers.Then! We found the Mattress Depot across the street, and we just gave it a shot. As soon as we walked in, 👉👉Shawn greeted us, he stood up and came to us first! Instantly, we could tell he actually cares. He asked us questions ( I think we were looking a little lost because we have never done a mattress shopping.) Right away, he was taking us to show us some great deal that fits our budget. He made us feel comfortable, let us lay on the bed for trying out, brought us interesting pillows, and shared his little experiences to creating that sympathy haha. We were interested in financing options as well, he fully explained us how it works, when we were making decisions, he showed us this really cool bed frame that potentially we are going to buy it next time!! We bought ourselves a new mattress and this mattress protector..thingy (haha) with great deal. He gave us options, and i think he was ready to show us some awesome stuff as soon as we walked in. Not too pushy on the sale, i felt like he was actually helping us getting some deal and finding us good stuff.I higly recommend this store and look for Shawn!!! He is genuinely nice person and we were honiestly SO SO happy with our purchase. My husband and i woke up so fresh on our new bed lol im not gonna lie!! We had planned to visit several matress stores today in order to find the deal we wanted. At our second stop we met Shawn at Mattress Depot. Immediately Shawn helped us and found out what we were looking for. He showed us several options without being pushy. Ultimately he offered everything we wanted and even some extras. Overall we saved about $400 including delivery costs and some accoutrement over the other guys. The best part is that we found out that Matress Depot is a WA owned business.
