Recently picked up a MT-10 from G-force. Scott See was my salesman and had everything waiting on me when I got there. The process was pretty painless and all my needs concerns and questions were answered. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the accessories. Brock went over his own MT-10 with me to show me some mods and possibilities with my bike which was much appreciated. I recently bought a new (slightly used) motorcycle at G-Force, trading mine in at the same time. I typically buy a new motorcycle every year, and am pretty well-versed in the vehicle buying process and some of the common pitfalls.I had ZERO issues, and had a great overall experience at G-Force. The price on both the new bike and my trade in was very reasonable, especially considering the crazy market conditions, and I was in and out quickly on a busy Saturday.Jeff Hernandez in sales and Evan in finance were prompt and accommodating, and a couple minor missing accessories were quickly ordered for me free of charge.I’d certainly do business here again, and would recommend G-Force to friends, which I cannot do for many other Front Range dealerships. I cant begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this place and they will not get my business ever again. Found the Can-Am I wanted and Zach was helping me. We emailed back and forth about me coming in and doing the loan paperwork. I went in Saturday and Zach was very rude and wouldnt even answer any of my questions. I had to ask someone else to ask him where the Can-Am was and they told me it is accounted for. I asked Zach about a V-star and he told me it was $5,000 which was a lie because a man came out who just bought it for $3,900. So I went to Motorado and bought my Can-Am from them the same day. I guess you have to look a certain way for them to take you seriously.

It is currently against the law in Colorado to charge a credit card processing fee. It was not disclosed to my husband when he put a deposit down to order a side by side, that he couldn’t use a credit card without incurring a fee. At pick up, they told him if he wanted to use a credit card he had to pay $1000 fee. They added it to the total balance due instead of listing it as a “credit card fee”. This is still illegal until July of 2022 in Colorado. I will be looking into what can be done legally about this but will gladly remove this review if you want to go ahead and refund my husbands $1000.

Great team at G-Force! They spent time taking me through the bike, making sure I had all the gear I needed, and were helpful and friendly. Working with Scott was great. He’s very knowledgeable and I completely happy with my purchase and the process.

We took the motorcycle safety course at G-Force Powersports. Highly recommend this course to any new riders or those riding after a long time away. Andrew was an amazing instructor who worked with everyones individual experience levels, from total novices to long time riders. This was truly one of the most fun courses Ive been on for any activity and were better riders because of it. Highly, highly, highly recommend it. Nice facilities too.

The entire G-Force team was excellent from sales, parts and finance. I ordered a new Yamaha Tenere 700 and it finally came in. The team is passionate and knowledgeable about motorcycles. I would definitely return if/when I am in the market for another bike.

I took my bike to get my tires changed and they were able to squeeze me in that day, and the service manager even did them himself. This place is awesome, I went in originally for a sport tourer but happen to see the Indian Chieftain on the floor. Trying to compare to the HD street glide, but Indians have way more creature comforts. Rhys in the shop was great, he worked with me and answered all of my questions. They even let me put a deposit to hold the bike because the money I was using wouldnt be transferred for a week. Great shop and great guys.

Pleasant to deal with and didnt mark the bike up over MSRP. Went above and beyond to get me a second temp tag while waiting for plates from the DMV. I arranged my own financing, so I cant speak to that side of things, but the finance person I dealt with didnt try to push any unnecessary warranties or anything on me, and the guy who went over the bike with me even went over what I should do if I want to do the first service myself. Would definitely recommend.

I live out of state (where there is actually a dealership that sells/could order the Polaris slingshot that I wanted) but I would rather make the 8 hour drive and do business with these guys at G Force.They were totally up front and honest about timing for the order and the cost of the machine, no bait and switch, and they had great communication as I ordered the slingshot, waited, and made arrangements to pick it up.Rhys was super helpful throughout the process and I’m super happy I ended up buying it from him and the others at G Force.Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and I can’t recommend them enough!

It was the best experience. If you have the application for financing done before you go it’s really quick. I talked to Ryan and Evan on the phone and by text a few days and did the application on line. Once I got there and looked at the unit and agreed that was the one I wanted, I was done and out the door within 40 minutes. They are the best. I will definitely shop there again

This was the only place that had a double jet ski trailer in stock without price gouging. They took a payment over the phone to hold it and had it ready to go at pick up. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was awesome. The shop is stocked full of accessories and gear. We will be doing all our jet ski shopping here in the future.

Awesome experience! Despite the looming virus these guys made the experience of getting some killer sleds extremely smooth even though everything accept pickup was done remotely! Could not have worked out any more easily! They have an extremely cohesive team which makes for seamless transitions going from department to department and everyone really knows their stuff. These guys always kill it for me. Needed a rear tire changed quickly. I pulled it off the bike and took it in. It was done the same day! I didnt know they offer same day tire change service if you pull the wheels and take them in. Drop at open, pick up around close. Brilliant!

Company has a great selection of ohv’s. Called and got the hood on my bike quick and easy. Drove out from another state to pick it up and they were very quick and helpful making sure I knew how to use everything and had all the equipment I would need. I had a very mixed experience dealing with G Force Powersports. I live in Fort Collins and made an appointment with Scott to see the KTM 390 Adventure. Despite having an appointment and driving over an hour, I still had to wait 45 minutes before even seeing the bike, which was hidden in the service department with an oil leak. Regardless, I placed a deposit on this bike and got it insured to pick up later that week.As I live in Fort Collins, I had arranged transportation to the store to pick up the bike and ride it home. After about a half hour of being in the store, Scott then informed me that the bike I had been shown, put a deposit down for, and insured, was still not fixed, but they put together another bike that was a different color than the one I was shown. With no other form of transportation to get back to Fort Collins, I felt as though I was forced into a different bike without a choice. I was fully transparent about my situation and was not provided with this information prior to my visit to be able to make a decision on my own. It was very disappointing, frustrating, and has made me never want to recommend G-Force to anyone.The rest of the experience was generally positive. There was a very helpful walk through on the bike and the break in process, as well as plenty of information on parts and accessories for the bike.

I was looking for a new bike and found G-Force online. I seen a few bikes we wanted to look at and sent in the simple questionnaire. I called around to purchase a new Kawasaki 140RF, G-Force Powersports had one. As soon as I was told they had one in the crate I said I was coming down to make the purchase and gave them a $500.00 deposit. I mentioned to Jeff Hernandez, my salesman, that I would be paying cash.It took forever to get out of the place, I was there for over two hours with my two grandchildren ages 5 and 7.About a month later my son asks me if he could see my manual. I told him I didnt get one. He said I should have so I called Jeff. Jeff also confirmed that I should have received one and said he would mail it to me. I purchased this bike before Mothers day (because we were all going to Moab to ride that week). A month ago I called the dealership again and asked for the manager (I had sent Jeff an email after calling and still no response). I had to leave a message for the manager, which was detailed, leaving my name and phone number twice on the recording. Well here we are 8-21-21 and nothing.To top this off I took the survey Kawasaki sent me and they asked if I had used the tools that came with my bike...WHAT TOOLS???? I did not receive any tools, manual, just my paperwork for making the purchase. I have to say two guys did come outside and show me a few things about the bike, very basic stuff like this is your gas, electric start (emphasizing there is no kick start on this bike), oil and a cleaner/protectant they recommended. Im not happy with G--Force right now and would appreciate getting the manual and the tool kit I should have received.If you shop here make sure you get whats coming to you! Hopefully the manager will read this and send me what I have coming.

Fast personable service. Ive never bought a vehicle so fast. My last bike took 2 days to finalize. This took like an hour. Great looking showroom, fun atmosphere.

Great customer service and very friendly. I had been talking to Nick in sales for about a month about a sxs. They were only available for pre order at the time. I wasnt quite ready to pull the trigger and have to wait until end of July. However, I got a call Thursday evening from Nick stating someone had backed out of there order and they had one available in house. I went in and took a look at it and bought it on the spot. Nick and his service team went over and above to make sure it was cleaned and ready for me to pick up the next day with my trailer. Nick assisted with getting me an extra key and made me feel well taken care of. Great team and family environment at G-force!

I bought a new Indian Cheiftan darkhorse from Gforce. The bike runs good and a pleasant surprise compared to my previous 4 Harleys. Russell was pleasant enough. They replaced the battery as it was dead on the showroom floor. They didnt get the ground wire connected to the battery and it started stalling out about half way home it was all I could do to get the bike home, in the rain. Once I got the bike home and removed the seat it was simple enough to install the negative cable. I chalked this up as an anomaly and have been riding it. I have gotten the 500 miles break in complete and tried to schedule the required 500 mile service within a week and am being told it will be 3 weeks before they can perform the 2 hour job. They said if I had paid them extra for the priority maintenance package they may be able to get me in earlier. Makes me wonder how it works if you break down on the road.Been trying to contact Russell to see if he can get me in sooner but no one is answering my calls. Looks like I will miss riding my brand new bike to Sturgis, guess Ill ride my old Harley. I gotta say I like the bike but am frustrated with the post sale support.

I recently purchased a 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 from a private seller. I found out there was a safety recall for the brakes master cylinder. I called GForce to find out more. GForce confirmed the second part of the recall still needed done. I was told they would order the parts and call to schedule the time to work on it. That was probably a month ago. I guess if your not spending money at their retail shop the safety of your motorcycle isn’t that important to them. I will contact another mechanic to take care of this so I can feel safe riding my motorcycle again. I have waited long enough for this company.

I didnt like the way they treated me. I was a serious buyer of a new Hayabusa with full cash but they didnt allow me sit on it forget test riding it. Who in the world will buy a motorcycle without riding it once? .. They thought I am NINJ (No Income No Job). I drove all the way from 30 mile just to check new Hayabusa.whoever manage this place teach your sales guys to treat people equally.. this was my 2nd motorcycle Anyway I booked it somewhere else.. Suzuki dealers are all over the world

The staff in every department are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help went in on 8/26/20 around 330 pm to look at the Can am spyder f3t just look by 6pm had found the one I loved papers were signed and on Friday 8/28/20 I picked up my newly built Can am and brought it home love it love it love it

Service department review:Brought my recently purchased used bike for a master brake cylinder recall to them. They offered to do the rear breaks for a reasonable fee and I asked them to do a coolant flush and refill. I was quoted roughly 200-250 ultimately came to 170ish. They performed all work as expected, although somebody seemed to have not ordered the part when the appointment was made so a few days I was without the bike longer than expected. This seemed to be against protocol, I’ll chock that up to human error.However I mentioned a low rpm bogging issue that persisted after the maintenance I performed, such as oil/filter air filter, fuel injector cleaner etc. He said he’d have to ride it to really say. He did not mention a price for a diag but, I was really just looking for an opinion. Regardless, I probably would have paid a fee just to have a diag performed if that was what he recommended and it was a reasonable price. It seemed to be around 140 I later found out.About a week later the part came in and I get a call the repair is done. Full compression checks, spark checks, inspection and replacement of the plugs, the whole 9 yards. About 200 dollars of parts and labor were billed in addition to the requested worked. I was never contacted.Now, reasonably I would have probably paid 140 for the diag, they reasonably would have rolled that into a few more dollars for the spark plugs and the labor to put them in. I likely would have just said go for it I’d rather it just be running right. Alternatively if he just said at the gate hey you said it’s 15 years old just replace or check the spark plugs, (which was already recommended by a mechanic friend and was never done by original owner) I would have done it myself. But I was never told any pricing or process or fees I had to ask up front and only when it was done was I offered a price breakdown.Now, respectfully they realized this error and graciously waived the fees and only charged me for the plugs as soon as I mentioned I was never contacted. But, if they just communicated more throughout the process especially since it had to sit longer waiting for a part that wasn’t ordered and also a holiday weekend it wouldn’t have been a problem.At the end of the day they took care of the customer and they washed off the bike and everything for me. Overall a positive first experience with them, even if there was some issues along the way. Will probably go back if I needed a major service done. I work in other repair services and all fees are explained up front, not after it’s done.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I went in looking for a snowmobile and the salesman Scott See was great! He helped me narrow down what I wanted because I was walking in clueless. There was no pressure when trying to make a decision and he stayed past close trying to help me find exactly what I wanted! Matt Kary helped me get all the accessories and spare parts I could ask for! I highly recommend Matt, Scott, and the whole gforce team.

Today I purchased a Seadoo Wake Pro 230. The staff made this entire process seamless. I want to thank Ryan and Nick for their exceptional customer service.
