Super friendly guys. Down to earth, dont over complicate things kind of people. Because of their experience they are careful and quick. I take all of my vehicles here and recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their drivetrain, brakes, suspension, and more. 2 Thumbs up!

I called and a guy answered and said uh.. hello?! all rude. i told him id like to set a time to have my brake pads replaced. he said i have to have all the rotors replaced too and i told him they were replaced last time. then he got mad and told me just replacing only the brakes is a waste of my time! so me the customer is wasting his time by wanting to give him business. what a jerk. ill never go here.

I cant say enough about Scott and his team. Quality work at an affordable price. Most importantly they will never charge you for something you dont need. Hands down the best brake place I have ever encountered. I highly recommend you go here first!

Been going to Quality Brake and Muffler since 1992! I have never had a bad experience and have always walked away satisfied with the quality of work that was performed. Todays visit involved adjusting a muffler and saving me $$$ by adjusting my brake calipers. I was prepared to buy new brakes and was informed that they were not needed. Thanks again guys- i will definitely be back in the future!

The team at quality brake and muffler is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are fair with pricing and have always been honest with me when I bring a vehicle in for work. I have never felt taken advantage of by them. The shop itself may not look fancy but honestly I am not there for a spa day, I just need a car fixed.

I brought my Civic Si in which needed the factory mufflers put back on following a botched muffler delete. Dave was the gentleman who worked on my car. What a professional, friendly and caring person. He took care of the car like it was his, meaning he paid attention to every little detail.I recommend this business over all others in the immediate area.

Quality brake & Muffler is the perfect name for this shop. Its 1st come first serve. They had redo someone elses bad exhaust job on my car. I am impressed with the little extras they did on the truck that was ahead of my car. Then he did a fantastic job on my car. I would definitely go back.

These guys have always been very friendly and great customer service! They did some work on my challenger got the resonators removed and then came back to get magnaflow exhaust installed. Dave who has always been the gentlemen to assist me recommended magnaflow exhaust its so much better now! Highly recommend this place!

I had a great first time experience with quality muffler. Dave looked at my 1986 trooper 2 for an exhaust leak and missing tail pipe. Very kind and trust worthy. He did and AMAZING job! Also saved me a few bucks! I never had to go any where else. Told me to come back for any adjusting if necessary. Thanks Dave! And the rest of the tacoma quality muffler crew. Now I can breath easy. ;)

These guys are great! Took my problem car in and they fixed it fast and were honest with the price and work done saving me a lot! I will shortly be bringing in another truck for a whole new exhaust system because I know I can trust them.

One of if not the best in Tacoma and by far best prices. Mom and pop shops is what America is built on and these guys are just that. Super friendly and no matter how busy the are not rude at all or try to rush you.

These guys say it’s first come first serve. They deny anything they don’t want to do. I called to see if I could come and they said they are backed up all week. Didn’t want to do a downpipe job that took 2 hours for me to do on jack stands in a buddy’s garage.

Had an amazing experience! Got told last second about this place so I called them, already the price was much better, the gentleman knew what he was doing, did it in a timely manner, and wow what an amazing job. His name is dave, I reccomend highly!

Was in and out in about a hour new muffler and tips price was good I wouldnt waste my time going anywhere else for exhaust work

They did a good brake job on my crappy car, theyre actually honest and upfront on prices. Theyre not about up selling like the chains are.

Needed to get pads and rotor replaced, as well has had a stuck caliper. Other places quoted me $800-$900 for the service (ridiculous), and wanted to completely replace the caliper. Took it here and they replaced everything and were able to repair the caliper rather than replace it and charged $200, and had the job done in an hour and a half. By far the best service and value Ive gotten at any car service station.

Piss poor customer service. They do not want buisness. They say first come first serve but when You ask whats the next day look like Oh were busy then too. These guys had good reviews but obviously do the jobs they want. Will tell all my friends and family to take our buisness elsewhere. This buisness is poor.
