Chie was so helpful. She made sure my package was packaged correctly and she caught a mistake in the address which I made. Her service was very fast and she was so polite. Mike is a lifesaver! I spent hours calling different pharmacies and medical supplies in search for a much needed item for my brother with CP. Mike went above and beyond to check their inventory and found exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this place to anyone in need of medical supplies you will not be disappointed . I witnessed something amazing today at Johns and I had to come and give these people the regards they deserve. An elderly woman came in today to see about getting a walker covered by her insurance, she had received a walker through her insurance 2 months ago and it was stolen. Her insurance refused to pay for a replacement and they told her she needed to purchase one on her own. She started to tear up and out of nowhere the owner comes up, console her and offers to cover all the cost of a new walker and even let her choose which one would work best. That right there is what the world is about, helping others. I can attest that I have been to many Medical Supplies shops and this one by far is the nicest, classiest, cleanest and courteous Medical Supply shops I have been to and I travel the country, so that should say a lot.

This pharmacy goes beyond just getting your monthly medication . All the staff are so friendly and very welcoming . A absolute stand out amongst all other pharmacies . Ive used Johns Pharmacy to fill a few prescriptions recently and the customer service is great! They allow me to call ahead or request via text and my order is usually ready for in-store pick up or delivery within 60 mins. Ive even stopped in in-person and the prescription was filled within 10 mins. They are great about sending out follow up reminders to re-fill prescriptions as well.
