Found some good shoes here that I was looking for.

Hope was very rude and we will not be returning. She is very aggressive and rude about wearing a mask as we understand because we wear masks everywhere we go she didn’t care that my mother was using her inhaler and taking her meds for not even one full minute and proceeded to tell her she needed to wear the mask or leave. She also said she didn’t care if we called corporate. Yelled at my mom while people stared. She embarrassed us and herself. Quite an unpleasant experience. We will never go there again. My mom has shopped there for years and has spent so much money there. We were highly disappointed. Please let HOPE know it’s not ok to act be aggressive about a mask especially if someone is taking their meds because they feel dizzy shame on hope for that!

Good prices pretty good service

If you have to take meds and need to take them or need your inhaler because you feel dizzy don’t come here because HOPE will embarrass you in front of other customers and tell you to leave the store for pulling your mask down for 5 seconds to take your meds. HOPE is rude and classless. Don’t go to this store!

Hope was very rude I will not be returning here ever again. I have always shopped here, have spent plenty of money here and had never experienced a rude employee like her. I will also be calling corporate because of the unnecessary and quite distasteful experience with her. She did not greet as an employee should but had an attitude and spoke with no class. I have asthma and am high risk so I have to carry a bottle of water and meds it was time to take my meds so I pulled it out and took it for a FEW SECONDS literally and was not standing next to not one person as I social distance it’s a must and that is when she came by not asking nor seeing what I was doing and said “um you need to put your mask on” she was very aggressive and attacked me out of nowhere she got loud and said leave the store if you don’t want to wear a mask when all I was doing was taking my meds because I felt dizzy. I was shocked at how classless her assumption and manner was as I was doing it as a medical must not even a minute had gone by I put it right back on because I wear my mask not because she asked I had it off just to take my meds. I wear my mask everywhere, had she asked maybe she would have known I needed my meds immediately because I was feeling dizzy. I am highly disappointed. Please don’t go here. I never will again. HOPE is unprofessional and proceeded to be rude saying “call them I don’t care” Someone please speak to her and let her know she cannot just go around talking to people like that as it is a reflection of that company. It’s not ok.

Little pricey but compare to other stores in the mall price range are about the same.

I am so disappointed!! I come here for all of my shoes. I know a lot of stores are closed, so I made sure to look online first. I guess I should have called. I drove all the way here and they are closed!! So frustrating. It also says online that you can do in store pick up. Impossible. It is dark and absolutely nobody there. What a disappointment.

Many different options for good looking shoes that will make you look nice.

Customer service sucks here and they dont seem too educated about shoes and try rushing you off the phine than being able to answer questions because they are ignorant.

Bad news

Was looking for boots guy working wasnt even in the front for the first 5 mins I was there, then never even ask if I needed anything. The one pair of boots I considered buying they didnt have in the right spot.

Signs said one thing but you are misled

Bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas the super broke 2 weeks ago took him in today and they said no they wouldnt exchange them because they were worn now you buy a pair of shoes and want you put him on your feet if they fall off because theyre defective they will not exchange from you I will never buy another pair of shoes from famous footwear I swear to God I will never buy from this company again your exchange policy sucks thats why businesses go under because they dont guarantee their product
