Horrible Service. Rude attitude. Spend your money elsewhere. I ordered a canvas cover in May. Its September and I still do not have any idea when I will receive my order. They took a deposit right away of course. I should have know by the rude attitude how the process was going to go. I followed up for weeks on measurement scheduling with no response. After the measurement I followed up for weeks again on the order status. No phone calls or emails from the business. I never post feedback but this was probably the worst customer experience Ive ever had with any business.
Communication and customer service is seriously lacking! Dropped off dinette cushions for our boat in the beginning March 2021. Was told they wouldn’t be ready until June because they were very busy. Ok no problem. Come August I have heard absolutely nothing from the company. Call to check on the status and get told that they’ll have to have someone call me back, again no problem. Until I never got a call back. I call again, same thing. So at this point I told the lady who answers the phone to please convey to whoever that I understand it’s not her fault but I’m not happy, and I need the cushions done by the end of the month.Magically 5 minutes later a gentlemen by the name of Paul calls to ask if our boat is unlocked so they can go test fit the cushions that day. Ok progress right? I thought so… A few weeks go by with no call again. I call to get an update to be told they are finial fitting them Monday 8/30 they will be done Friday 9/3. Awesome.I call today 9/1 to follow up and make sure they will be ready to see if I need to pick them up or if they will be delivered only to be told very nonchalant and unapologetically “oh they won’t be ready until next week”Had I not called I would have never known anything, and they probably wouldn’t have even started my cushions yet.Seriously unprofessional, disappointing and disrespectful. We saved up for 2 years to be able to afford to get these cushions done and we’re being treated like they could care less about our business.I worked in the customer service field for 12 years and had this been handled properly I wouldn’t care if we didn’t have cushions until next year. But these people absolutely suck at customer service.
Took a deposit right away but then took forever to complete the work. Some issues need to be fixed and good luck getting them to come back out or to get Paul to return your call.
AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM. ALMOST 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR A BACKREST. DAWN SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP.

No Communication!!! the long & the short - Contracted for cushions & curtains, deposit 4/17/18, completion date 7/1/18, After repeated attempts calling their office in July (with the same results) will get back to you I finally received a response/story from Paul in August telling me no work has been completed. From 4/17 to 8/1 not even a callback, I canceled my order!!! BEWARE as told to me by many others that contracted them, this company has trouble meeting completion dates! I suggest to others attaching a monetary deduction in your contract for every day missing the completion date. HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!! or they will continue. Im not doubting the quality of their work, they were recomended, just their lack of communication and failure to deliver.

Gioia sails did my 5 panel enclosure on my Cobia Center Console and redid my tower seat, tower covers and carpet on my Albemarle 360. They do quality work. Try to get them during the offseason if possible, they are in high demand once Spring hits but are worth the wait regardless.
I ordered carpeting for the aft deck and bridge on my Silverton and couldnt be happier with the outcome. The product is high quality, cut perfectly to line up, the service was great, and the delivery was fast! Based on my experience with the carpet order, I plan on ordering the full enclosure and bimini for the bridge. I highly recommend Gioia Sails. -Woodbridge, VA
