Hannah and Skylar were great to work with, we came up from Springfield and let them know ahead of time but they waited after hours so we could get 2 upgrades. They didnt rush through anything, transferring all our content and explaining how to use each device. Very pleased with todays visit to this store, letting everyone in Springfield with Verizon know to work with Hannah or Skylar as they are efficient and know their stuff.

One of a few places one can go for a phone or help in Lamar. I go because it is friendly. I can have things explained, removed,added or completed. It truly is on par with the bigger cities an hour and a half or more away. Additionally, I think the Verizon signal is better here than the other companies. That is important for me.

Service was great. I have been in a couple times and didn’t have the best of luck. Thought I would try one more time. I meet Jessica who was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. I will most certainly be back to do business with her.

Came in to get a new device after ordering one on line but needing it today to run my oil ordering and marketing business. Came Into the Lamar Store and somehow the online order hindered them from doing it in store so I got it today. After working with them they got everything resolved even things their customer service department didnt. I didnt appreciate the customer service rep I spoke to and they are very lucky this team was able to make this happen before hearing from my boss. She was so kind and patience, she took her time and did it correctly. She worked through her lunch and never complained. I really love that store. She has made magic happen for me from almost cancelling to her going above and beyond to help figure out the problem no matter how long it took. Came in with questions, walked out with an upgraded phone & 3 new tablets. Im a truck driver, they even helped me connect my headset to Bluetooth & transfered all my data to my new phone. Great people to work with, very nice & helpful & know what theyre doing!I have to change my opinion of the personnel, a couple of days after I got the phone, I was having a small problem registering the screen guard. I went in and although Skyler did help me, it was very brief. He said that he had just punched out for lunch and practically pushed me out the door.Then about 2 weeks after I got it, I went in to see if he could help me with my email attachments not opening. He said that it would cost me $15 per hour. I said that since it was a brand new phone that they should bill it to Verizon. He was getting snobby at this point and said no, not their policy.I got Verizon to agree to send me a replacement because of another problem, and they wont even accept the phone and give it to me. I highly recommend going to a regular Verizon store, youll be much better taken care of.Id also like to ad that the so called manager (a thin gal with dark hair) didnt do a thing except play with her phone the entire time I was there. She had Skyler taking care of 2 customers at once.

The representative at Verizon in Lamar, Colorado on Main Street had me going with a new phone in no time. Very polite and very professional. I hope his name appears here automatically. Called Jessica with a phone sim card issue, she explained what the problem might be, we discussed the options and figured out the plan of action needed to get my mother phone back up and running. Excellent customer service!

Ive had the worst experiences with the new employees especially Skylar. He is extremely rude and I have been waiting 3 weeks for my bill to be fixed that he messed up. On top of that he said the printer was broke and wasnt giving me a receipt. Thank goodness I took a picture of the screen! Ive heard so many bad things lately about him! And the people Ive heard bad things from have 5 star reviews on here! THEY ARE DEFINITELY FAKE REVIEWS!!!

When you need to go in and need to talk to an experienced and well rounded employee I honestly recommend Jessica Ritter. Shes absolutely awesome. She answered all my questions, delt with my complaints and issues in the most straightforward, calm and professional way. Technical difficulties with what felt like an unruly phone and carrier had me so frustrated. Turns out it just needed to be tinkered with and shes so tech savvy! I didnt even lose my contacts or contents! So happy ☺

Extremely unprofessional, employee and manager were very hostile and disrespectful when we realized that a mistake was made by the employee Skylar. The employee refused to help us stating that customer service was closed. When we left the location we were able to get in contact with Verizon to fix the issue, which lets me know that Skylar didn’t want to assist us. I would appreciate someone that is higher then store leval to get in contact with me in regards to this issue. This was overall the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in a Ensignal store!

Worst service ever the manager hannah could hardly keep her eyes open she looked drugged out her personal appearance was awful. The whole store smelt like cigarettes and the employee Skye wouldnt even help me with my problem just told me to call costumer service when I know they could have helped me in store. The store manager is very unprofessional. She started barking at me saying I was rude to her. I cannot get ahold of anyone to file a complaint. Wont be doing business there anymore. I guess because they are the only Verizon in town gives them a license to do whatever they want.

Came in to the store with my son to talk with Skyler about fixing or upgrading his phone, since he had already helped us prior to temporarily fix it. Upon speaking with him, we decide to do the buyoff and get a new iPhone. A short red headed girl, who I later learned name is Jessie, came out of the back yelling at Skyler saying that he can’t do this and that and basically told him he didn’t know his job. It was completely unprofessional of her to treat someone like that, my son and I felt awful for him, and you could see he did too. She wasn’t polite about it at all and I was very disappointed that personal things or for whatever reason she did that, got said in front of my son and I, do not recommend working with this Jessie girl. After she even got on her phone talking about things that should not be mentioned in front of customers at all. The way she acted while on the phone and yelling at him was very unprofessional and I was not impressed.
