I been going to this location for a couple years now. I make the drive from bakersfield because the staff at this location have given me the best experience vs all the other stores in the area. Today i decided to write a review because i didn’t like what i experienced today. To be clear it wasn’t the employee it was another customer. through the years i’ve experienced some rude customers but today was the worse. i felt bad for the poor girl working. i went in around 10:30am. they open at 10. store was clean smelled amazing as it normally does when i go. There was only one employee working. i walked right behind the lady who was rude. that customer before me a lady immediately walks in and throws 4 ripped up boxes to the worker and starts cursing at her and yelling at some point i thought she was going to hit the worker. the worker could barley say anything before the lady would speak over her . i felt so bad for the worker and mad at the customer. She wanted to return the phones she purchased the month prior. Clearly i even know the policy is only for 14 days of purchase with a hour less of talk time. at some point i thought the lady was going to hit the worker. i think the customer might of been on drugs it wasn’t normal the way she was acting.the patients this employee had was outstanding and one of the reasons why I keep coming back here they always try there best to help. personally me i wouldn’t be able to work in this field i probably would had hit the lady with the way she was disrespecting the employee. metro in lamont if you see this post please keep doing what you doing don’t let negativity change the positive energy you all have.

Everyone is super friendly and efficient, I have gone multiple times now and every time I go im in and out in the quickness.

This is the worst store I’ve ever seen, unprofessional loud music, grimmy workers, refuse to honor there policy to trade a phone that does not work do not do business with them, if you go in for assistance they threaten to call the cops just so they do not have to help the costumers poor customer care dirty looking workers

The ladies at this location are being lazy and not helping clients my brother in law went to pay his his bill therefore. He wasnt able to message themin law

They are always so nice to me i have to wait but its ok the girl named lorena always helps us.

The ladies here are great ported my phone number from a different carrier with no issues, Fast and courteous in and out within 15 minutes.

It doesnt make sense yesterday I want in to pay for my account and they except you to text a a number I explained to them my phone service is not working I wasnt going to go out of my way to find a phone just to text a number to pay for my service in top of that with my child looking for a phone just to do a text

It was a long wait, only two were helping, and they didnt solve my issue.
