Guy on the phone makes me feel like hes basically trying to suggest that I dont know what the problem is and the fact is I do know what the electrical problem is. He used a negative and a vague way to use English.As if he is the end all authority of diagnosing something he wants to overcharge for. Didnt seem like there was much of a morality concept in his tone.
Our car broke down at the Library and these guys were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged a tow truck (for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE) to get our car to the shop - the kids and I walked.. but they were working on diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue by the time we got there. Amazing service, guys!
Super expensive cheaper to go to AutoZone or get product new or online dont waste your time
