What a neat gem!

Best customer service ! Took the time to explain in detail what I was looking at purchasing. Also has a lot of knowledge with vintage items and will gladly give advice. Owners also were willing to help match up jewelry to a dress in the shop as well. Will recommend this shop to others and highly suggest others to stop in ! You never know what you will find in this gem !

Dont know who cheap coins is but lady who runs shop has not been in shop in over a year! Her husband has been running shop and has never insulted a customer.

HORRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT GO THERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE! The customer service is a 0 out of 5, they treat you like crap when you call to ask even one single question! (dont believe me?... try it yourself!!!) I live close by in the area and I never see anybody go in there at all, now I know why they dont. I TRIED TO BUY MY WIFE SOMETHING THERE ONCE AND I TOLD THE LADY THAT RUNS THE SHOP THAT I SAW ANTIQUES LIKE IT GOING FOR THOUSANDS MORE ON EBAY, AND THE LADY GOT MAD ABOUT THAT. THE LADY SAID SHE WOULDNT SELL ME ANYTHING AFTER I MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT SELLING & EBAY. I told the lady I dont see what the issue is when the piece i wanted to buy is for my wife, besides that... I was willing to pay her full sale price. Well she treated me like crap, wouldnt even sell anything to me. she probably just judged me because of the way I dress, but hey.... a paying customer is a paying customer, you gotta respect that if you plan to stay in business for long!anyways... Im a graduate of nycs IAR, where i studied business and marketing as well as audio production and engineering. the point is... if Im giving a passage in time some advice in this review... you might wanna listen... because Im the type of valued opinions that actually improve businesss more often then so. got my own jewelry business to handle, was just looking to buy some extra antique pieces.that disrespectful lady that runs this store would probably fall over seeing most of the stuff i get off of ebay 100s of times cheaper
