He has a calm & professional demeanor & listened intently to everything I was trying to describe & right on the spot he took my ideas & just made them even BETTER!! It was astounding! Things I couldnt have even dreamt up myself. Just by looking at a vehicle, its like he could already visualize what it should be, what it needs, & had a plan on how to do it. Maybe thats why theyre called Needfulthingz. He already knew what I needed & gave me all of those thingz. And Melba in the Office was just phenomenal to work with. She is as sharp as a tack!
