My salesman was James and he did a great job helping me choose the ATV/UTV that was best suited for what I wanted to do. I also had interaction with Scott (Sales Mgr) and that was also 100%. I was invited to go on a ride with them the first weekend I had my new ATV and had a great time at CAW. Apparently they do regular customer appreciation events so I am looking forward to participating in those as they come along as well. I hate shopping at dealerships and dealing with car salesmen. That being said, I stopped in at PSC just kicking tires. I was greeted by James, who allowed me to look over the Polaris that I was looking for without the typical high pressure tactics that are usually common to sales folks. He stood back and waited for me to ask questions. He explained the features of the unit, and mentioned some incentives from Polaris that I was unaware of. I went back two days later and purchased the 570 Full Size Ranger. Once the deal was complete, he loaded the unit and delivered it to my home. Once we got it home, he asked if there were any more questions about the unit, and urged me to call if anything came up. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend giving these folks a shot.

Took my Razor in for check engine light. Charged me 99.00 to diagnose which I understand. Problem was I had to pay this before they would look at my machine. Never seen this before, why they would charge me before even looking at machine... so I paid and machine was there 5 days before simply even looked at it. They couldn’t find the problem out besides saying electrical. So a complete waste of time. I traded it to another dealer and they gave me thousands more for my trade. Not a good experience at all and buying anther new one shortly But I obviously won’t be here

I started shopping for a used 4 wheeler and The google reviews is what made me look into team Carolina Powersports. I can see why the reviews are so good after dealing with tony and his team. They stayed after 5 yesterday to talk with me and show me what they had in my price range for a USED 4 wheeler. They can’t be making that much off of it and treated me as I was buying a brand new one. I can tell you now No need to head back to rock hill to look for anything! I had a problem with a product I purchased from Power Sports Carolina and they went far above my expectations to fix the problem. Great experience getting an ACE 150 for my son. I had one priced out at another dealer and when asked for a picture, it was covered snow. I didnt want to buy a brand new machine that has been sitting g outside in all kinds of weather for months. I called Team Carolina Powersports and spoke with Tony Jr. The machine I purchased had never even been outside and they dont store their machines outside in the weather. Hello people Im an Over the Road Truck Driver. I was there today to deliver two Polaris Units to this Establishment. I was too late for delivery BUT the Owner took out the time to unload my truck himself. THATS WAS GREAT! For me as a Drivery time is of the essence. While he was unloading me i went in to use the restroom, when i returned i noticed the owner had stopped to listen to this irate customer who pulled up and began to complain consistently. The owner politely kept saying he would fix any problem the man was speaking of. This guy wouldnt STOP!The owner amazing consistent with Professionalism, Courtesy, & Politeness, reiterated that he would be glad to fix the situation. THIS GUY however ONLY WANTED BEEF! Well, I had to interact saying, I mean no harm must I must get going. The owner apologize to me and told him hed be done with me in a second and hed be glad to future listen and fix his problem. This GUY stormed away, got into his truck and disappeared.UNBELIEVABLE! Some people YOU JUST CANT HELP!!! Hopefully this guy will return and be service by this REALLY GREAT ESTABLISHMENT! I think perhaps he was just having a bad day.
