We purchased a used 2018 A4 from Audi Lancaster last Saturday. My wife had been looking for a manual transmission with low mileage, and they had one in stock. From the beginning Tony was great to work with over email. I was out of town and didnt respond to him for almost a week, but when I did he got me all the information I needed on a Friday afternoon, and on Saturday morning we drove the three and a half hours to view the car. It was exactly as they represented it, and they had us in and out in less than 2 hours including the test drive and financing. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Robert in finance was also fantastic. I would highly recommend working with this team. No pressure, very responsive, ethical, and professional.

Purchased our first Audi here. The customer service was excellent. Cailey helped us find the right vehicle for us without being pushy and answered all our questions. Her communication and help even after our purchase has been great too.Audi also gave us a fair value for our trade without the need to haggle... I cant say that for the other dealers we visited during our car shopping process.Overall, we are really happy with our Audi and extremely satisfied by the buying experience.

Called this dealer about getting a service. I got their voicemail and left a message. I never heard back from them. I then used their online automated chat and left my details again with them. I still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been a week now. If it’s this hard to get a serviced scheduled, I don’t have any faith in there work either.

Made an online appointment on a Saturday for a factory diagnostic on a 2008 Audi A6 to see if there was anything wrong with it since I just got it. Went in to give them my car and the receptionist says I only scheduled for an oil change and they don’t do diagnostics on Saturday? I said okay whatever, not one to argue, long story short and $379 later I got my oil changed and some brake fluid I told her no to, if you can do maintenance do it yourself, don’t be impatient and not just leave like me. They wasted both my time and money

I absolutely LOVE my 2021 Q8! This is my first SUV, and Anthony Petrillo worked non-stop to find the perfect one for me, which I would even say was not an easy task. His dedication to making me happy with my purchase, and ability to answer all of my questions really sealed the deal with helping me to make my final decision of purchasing an Audi. I am so happy I was able to have such a great experience with making my first SUV purchase. The finance team was also very accommodating and supportive. Place is a joke. We’ve tried to go to this location a few times. Even after buying a car there, and they have awful costumer service. We walked in today and there was one employee helping someone else. We waited someone else came over and they ignored us the whole time. Never even greated us when we walked in. This is how they lose business and they treat people badly. Even saw us walk out and said nothing.

Let me start by saying I live in Nassau County NY which is quite a distance from Audi Lancaster. I would estimate there to be 30+ Audi dealerships in between. Yet, somehow, this is the 2nd Car Ive purchased from Tony Babcock and his team in Lancaster over the last 9 months. This isnt by coincidence; the level of communication from Tony is impeccable, and (obviously) he does everything he can to put you in the car of your dreams, including locating a car if he doesnt have it on his lot. Ill add that Tonys an awesome guy whose customer service is second to none. He genuinely tried to accommodate every need, including arranging for delivery of the car on his personal time. My wife and I cant thank Tony and his team enough for the positive experience. She loves her A5 Sportback and Im absolutely obsessed with the new Q8. We live in upstate NY near the Canadian border 330 miles from Audi Lancaster. My husband had been in contact with 7 different Audi dealers within 500 miles of our residence. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. No haggling and feel that I got a very fair deal and we are so happy with the car. The staff are always friendly and helpful and professional. My 2012 A3 had some warranty work to be done. It was no charge. My seat back came a part. They honored it and fixed it because it was loose when I bought it. Service light was on. Cost? Nothing. Now the car runs better than new. They did not try and up sell or charge me for unnecessary issues. Very pleased customer

Definitely one of the best dealerships I have been able to do business with. I worked with Colin D, he was great and really made the process smooth and very simple. Between figuring out the trade, final price, and doing all the paperwork, the whole process took no more than a 30 minute phone conversation and an hour visit to the dealership to pick up the car. Colin was super responsive through email and also knew a lot about the car. I drove about 4 hours to Lancaster to get the car because Autohaus was the smoothest to do business with out of the 6 or so Audi dealerships I contacted. I cant talk to the quality of the service since Ive not had a car serviced there since Im from out of town, but the dealership is definitely fantastic in terms of inventory and quality of facility.Would absolutely recommend and hoping to go back when I need my next Audi in a few years!

I had my Audi A7 in for the 75k service today. Soon as I arrival I was greeted and they had my courtesy vehicle pulled up ready to go. Justin did a great job of explaining what they do to the vehicle for the 75k service and even went apove and beyond my checking to see what maintenance work was done by the Audi dealership in Michigan where I normally get the vehicle service and by him taking this extra step it saved me over $200. I would highly recommend Justin and his service staff at Audi of Lancaster!! Thank you for the great service!!!

I live in Shrewsbury (PA) and work in Hunt Valley (MD); my office is less than 3 miles from Audi Hunt Valley. So, why would I do business with Lancaster Audi? Because of the quality of their service. I got a quote from Audi HV for routine maintenance that was THREE times the price of Lancaster Audi. The woman at Audi HV was also not pleasant to talk to and it seemed like my call was inconveniencing her. When I hung up I called Lancaster Audi and felt like I was breathing a breath of fresh air. When arriving for my appointment, I met with my service consultant, Matt Bomberger, who was personable and made me feel at ease immediately with the service work being done to my Q5. The sparkling new A6 courtesy rental vehicle was just the cherry on top! Matt kept in constant contact and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything that wasnt absolutely necessary but still recommended. Thank you, Matt and Lancaster Audi! I will most certainly go out of my way to come back.

This service department is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! If I could give no stars, I would! For what you pay for an Audi, I cant believe how poorly this place is run!! My husband had to bring his car in for service. He called, they didnt call him back for a full day and a half! That happened not once, but TWICE! Seriously?! It gets worse! WHEN he finally got the car in, he was told it was gonna cost him $1900 for a new catalytic converter. He decided to take it to a place that specializes in Audis, but is less expensive for repairs. This place actually told him that theCatalytic converter was UNDER WARRANTY!! How in the love of all thats good, did the freaking dealership NOT know this but the little pop shop did??!!!! Soooo, he calls the dealership AGAIN to get the car in for the warranty work. Yeah, he called, 2 days ago. They STILL havent returned his call!!! We actually took the car the whole way to Reading because Lancaster is the most unbelievably worst run, unprofessional service department weve EVER experienced!! Lancaster, you will NEVER have our business again in purchasing a car!! To say Im angry is an understatement!!

In June 2018 I purchased a used 2017 Audi A3 from Lancaster Audi. At the time of the purchase, I lived in New Orleans. John Wade and Hernán Diaz-Egg helped me through the car buying process over the phone. Purchasing the vehicle took several phone calls and Hernán was a joy to interact with each time. He was able to help with all the details related to setting up the purchase, making the interaction seem very personal even though I was thousands of miles away.When it came time for me to pick up the car from Lancaster PA, Hernán went the extra mile helping me setup travel arrangments, he even picked me up at the train station upon my arrival. If you want to buy an Audi, I suggest working with Hernán Diaz at Lancaster Audi.Once it came time to do the financing and paperwork for my car things went south. Jacob Wanner was my primary contact at this point. Jacob when through the normal car sale closing process, offering some extended warrants, loan protection, and wheel and tire protection. I purchased the wheel and tire protection which came with a 30-day money back guarantee. Well, low and behold within that 30-days I had an incident where I dented one of the rims, this particular type of damage was not covered under the protection plan and my frustration was high so I demanded my money back from Jacob. After playing phone tag with the dealership for several days I was finally able to get someone in the office to provide the paperwork I needed to complete for my refund. After submitting the paperwork Jacob told me I should have my refund within 30-days. When 30-days passed I called Jacob to again be told that the refund would be remitted back to Audi FS in another 30-days. So again after 60-days from submitting the paperwork, I called the office only to be told again by Jacob that the refund should be processed in a few weeks. After 105-days from submitting the paperwork, I called Jacob again, the conversation was pleasant until I asked about my warranty refund, at this point Jacob hung up on me. I waited 20 minutes before calling back, wanting to give plenty of time for Jacob to call me. When he didnt, I called Tom Wanner, the owner of Lancaster Audi. After voicing my displeasure with being hung up on Tom said he would personally look into the matter. 10-days later the refund check was remitted back to Audi FS and Tom personally called to let me know the issue was resolved. To add insult to injury In September I checked my credit report only to find out that the dealership ran my credit twice which could potentially hurt my credit score and financing options as I look to purchase a house.Again, working with Hernán Diaz and Tom Wanner on my car purchase was a pleasure, they made me feel like I was part of the Audi family.My star rating for this review is a reflection of my overall dealing with the dealership, there were some really bright spots but tragically there were some shortcomings.
