This place irritates me to no end they CONSTANTLY advertise that they service my area. But Ive called them twice and because they do t know how to enter my address properly they deny me saying theres no frontier lines in my address area. But Spectrum came to do service and said their lines are hanging in my yard. Literally hanging down from the electric wires above.The reps just argue when I say I get it to work on their site so they lost a possible customer.
We just moved into the area and decided to try frontier. It has been only one month and the service is down. And I dont mean they are having an outage, apparently my brand new connection is already faulty! In this era of covid 19, many of us (like me!) are working from home. Still they wont come out for days. And each time I talk them, their main focus seems to be getting as many modes of contact as possible and trying to get me to sign up for their app. What would be the point when your service lacks this greatly Frontier? Who is going to reimburse me for 2-3 days pay, while you take your time getting to your brand new, soon to be ex customer?!
This company is crooked, I just found out that the top speed for my old internet lines is 3 second that cant even support Netflix or Prime . I have been paying and having troubles for years. I live in East Lancaster CA, and I was told they have no intention to improve the old internet cable to our area. Bad company and Bad Service.

Not good at all..Closed my acct. In Oct. 2019 And it is Jan. 2020 And they still billing me for my acct. They are not professional at all they drop the ball on every call..Over charge...bad bad customer service...DONT GET UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUES
If I could give negative stats I would, I switch to frontier for a day and the were unable to finish my service the day of install, they don’t even communicate with you and just generate appointments on a day I wouldn’t be home which was days later. When calling to talk to them about it no one really know why my internet isn’t working. Then they made up a lie of why it would take so long to come back to my house which I caught her inn. I would never choose this internet provider ever again and will make sure to let everyone know what a horrible experience this was. Hi ended up canceling there service and went back to my original provider. Sometimes saving money isn’t worth the headache of a unorganized and very unprofessional company!
