Great car. Poor service.Purchased A7 2019. Paid for service package for new car. Followed their recommend service . I was just told my 55,000 tires needed replaced after 3 years and 35,000 miles. They said I was on my own getting warranty coverage for these expensive tires.I had heard that the service was not up to luxury car standards. Hard to get appointments for serves. I love my car but I wish I have bought it elsewhere.Follow-up mentioned by dealer in response to post has not happen two weeks after posting.
I recently purchased a Tesla Model S from Autohaus Lancaster and cant say enough how pleased I was with the process from end to end. I had to drive a couple of hours to get to the location and so the team at Autohaus made sure they had all the information they needed ahead of time, so my trip was not wasted. Jimmy was a great salesman to work with. I never felt rushed or pushed into something I didn’t want. He spend a lot of time explaining all the options I chose and kept me informed from the time the Cayenne was ordered through the delivery. I highly recommend you use him if you plan to purchase a Porsche. He will treat you right !

I purchased a vehicle elsewhere and took it there and had them do a completed post purchase inspection. They told me that I only needed rotors. I had the work done and a month later started experiencing transmission issues. I called them to inquire about how they missed the issue. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to her manager (Timothy Moore) and he never called me back. So unprofessional- I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great experience shopping for a used Audi.. Great communication and thorough explanation of the features of the car by Tony B.. .. The car was serviced at the 55,00 mile level and new brakes and fluid change.. all done before putting on the lot. I feel I got a fair price and I love the car.. a full tank of gas, plus a curtesy delivery ( I live an hour away) topped of an excellent customer experience.
Just dropped car off for the recall we work. Finish experience tomorrow! Sorry I didnt get right back with my review, been busy, anyway Autohaus VW fixed all the recalls, charged me absolutely nothing, and it was done by noon! The mechanics are friendly and fast, no problems with their service whatsoever!! They even drove the car right to me as I waited outside after getting paperwork. Lady in office, also very friendly!! Great experience! Kind of makes me glad I purchased a VW!

Pathetic sales and customer service. I stopped by twice to see a s5. The first time I was told the car was in back of the dealership and I could go walk to the back of the lot to see it by myself. The second time I stopped in with my family and was spoken to for 15 seconds, handed the keys and was told to go check it out once again with no salesman. I wouldve bought that car with some decent customer service and they wouldve got to sell me the SUV my wife liked too. But screw that. You wont get a dime from me if you cant even take the time to be a less than average salesman.
I purchased my Jetta used over 10 years ago from Autohaus and have never taken it anywhere else for service. The car has served me very well and I have not had any issues with it other than normal wear and tear. Everyone at Autohaus...from scheduling to check-in to service to check-out...are fantastic. The work is always done well.

If I could provide no stars to this review I would. I bought a used vehicle in March 2021. I am a NC resident so the purchase was an out of state deal. May 2021 I have yet to receive the title to the vehicle to register for tags in NC. I have been thrown the Covid excuse more than times I can count. Being a register nurse trying to smooth the situation with a Covid excuse is very degrading. I now have to park the vehicle I purchased because I have no way to legally register the car in NC.

Being a wife to a mechanic who loves his Volkswagens is very intimidating when you are looking for a new car at a dealership. However, Barb was nothing but wonderful. From the very start, she provided information about the car I was looking at to my husband and answered all his questions. Barb made you feel like you where connecting with a long time friend who you haven’t seen in a while. She really knew her stuff. George was also fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and made the signing of paperwork not boring. Him and my husband talked about Volkswagens for a while after the paperwork. Very friendly, honest, nice people. They did not make me feel pressured into buying a car or forced. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. They truly care about their customers.

I live in San Diego CA. and decided I wanted to get a Jetta TDI. I had one before and it was a great car.I spent several weeks searching on-line nation wide, and found one with 23k miles at Autohaus Lancaster.Barbara Aucker answered my questions, personally inspected the car, and noted one very minor, almost unnoticable scratch on the trunk lid.I flew to Philidelphia, inspected the car, and it was in excellent condition as represented.I drove it 3,400 miles on the way back to San Diego, I couldnt be happier with my purchase, as well as the helpful and honest assistance Barbara provided.

Oh where to start!!My boyfriend bought a 2013 Volkswagen TDI about 4 months ago. Thought it was a little suspicious when they were willing to come so far down on price. Well we think we figured it out!!! This is now the 4th time that the check engine light has been on. We took it back the first three times and within a couple of ww are weeks the light comes back on again! Now that we know the third time wasn’t the charm we are going to take it to another dealer to try and fix this car that was sold to us with a million underlying issues that we didn’t know about! Not to mention it is an hour drive for us so it is super inconvenient to drive out every couple of weeks to have it looked at just for them to not fix the problem AGAIN!! Very very unhappy!!!!

This review is soley based on my experience today. I am leaving 2 stars because every time I come the service gentleman are very kind, professional and respectful. Today I was let down.... I had a 9am service appointment that I left my VW Tiguan there at 845am. From scheduling my app (ac reboot and 10K service ) I was told it would take around 3 hours. My friend picked me up so I didnt have to wait there and 5 hours later still no text or call about my car. So I tried calling a couple times and the phone would just keep ringing - no one would answer. So around 220pm we just drove back and I encountered an issue.... The gentleman said everything is billed so it should be done but they didnt know where my car was. A lost car? No, not really but it was very disorganized. Finally a guy came out of the shop and said my car was next to go in! No thanks, I had a 9am appointment!!!!!!! I even said that I needed my car back because I had work in the afternoon. I was told they were sorry because they were down a guy today. I said its fine I wouldve appreciated a call and I wouldve rescheduled instead of wasting my day waiting on my car for nothing. So in the end I did not get my ac rebooted or my oil changed and my 10K service done. I had stopped in twice before today and the gentlemen helped me figure out why my car wasnt working right and both times they didnt have me pay for their help, they both said just come back and see us when you need it. So I did and was ultimately let down.

First time purchasing a vehicle from autohaus, financed a 2015 VW GTI and so far my experience with it is great. Salesman Byron Simmons did a great job and gave good detail about the vehicle and even helped set up Bluetooth with my phone. This is my 3rd time buying from a dealership and out of all 3, Autohaus was the best and everything went smoothly. Definitely received a 5 star from me and will recommend others in the future.

I recently purchased a new 2017 Golf Wolfsburg edition from Autohaus. I originally was looking for a 2018 Tiguan but the model year end event was too great to pass up on. This was my second purchase through Autohaus and it was just as awesome as the first time. From the first day I stopped by to browse to the pick up of my new car my sales guy Steve was there to help every minute. Steve was never pushy and was very understanding when it came to my needs. Shout out to Steve for being the coolest sales guy ever. The rest of the staff as a whole was fantastic and the showroom/ museum downstairs makes for a smooth and easy car buying experience. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out for a new car.
Clear communication throughout your service experience. Just be aware of them constantly trying to do more than you had originally requested, if all offers are accepted your garage bill will be alarming.
Excellent customer service and buying process. The employees, such as Hernan, truly go above and beyond (answered texts & emails after business hours). I would definitely recommend visiting here if their inventory has vehicles you are interested in.
Chad Block and Jimmy Kompotiatis at Autohaus made my recent purchase really enjoyable. This is the second time I have bought a car from them and will not be going anywhere else, including routine service and maintenance. Chad and Jimmy are extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and were able to provide insight as Porsche owners, as well. Dropped my vehicle in for water pump replacement covered under warranty The night prior to my appointment on 12/14/2020. My service rep Vincent called me around 3:30pm and told me they did in fact find the small water pump leak and that they would fix it however, he noticed I needed new wiper blades, and serpentine belts. I thought that was funny, because I JUST HAD BRAND NEW wiper blades put on two days prior to dropping my vehicle off and serpentine belts replaced 5k miles ago. Trying to scam me into purchasing stuff they very well know I don’t need? When I told him that, he stuttered and gave me the excuse that maybe it was some light snow on my windshield that made it seem like I needed new blades and didn’t have anything to say about the serpentine belts. Furthermore, he told me that he has to keep my vehicle another day into 12/15/2020 additionally to fix it. I’m a firefighter in Harrisburg and needed a vehicle to travel to my scheduled shift the next day, I explained this and asked for a rental which Vincent told me he will not provide for me. The next day 12/16/2020 he calls me around 3:30pm and tells me yet again that they haven’t touched my vehicle and that he may need to keep it until Friday. Frustrated, now all of a sudden he can get me in a rental car. I went out of my way to pick up my rental car at 7:30AM on 12/17/2020 and am told by Vincent that my vehicle will be done by this Friday 12/19/2020. Later the morning of the 17th Vincent calls me at 11:30 AM to tell me my car is now done and ready for pick up. So I didn’t need to go out of my way and pay for transportation in the first place this morning to get a Rental. I told him I will be in within the next hour to pick it up. Vincent calls me at 12:20PM and asks when I will be in to pick up my car? And before I can even answer he says “because if you can’t be here by 1:30PM, just forget about it.” I had to hold my tongue, and politely told him I will be there in 15 minutes. Horrible horrible horrible experience in dealing with Vincent as my service agent and left a very bad taste in my mouth about dealing with this dealership. It seemed like no integrity, or respect given the circumstances. I was looking to buy my wife a brand new VW Atlas, and had a few in mind at this dealer, but after this experience I am reluctant to do any type of business here. I am not speaking about this company as a whole, but simply how my service agent representing them swayed my opinion of this dealership.

Easily one of the more poorly run companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. The communication across departments and with customers is frustrating to say the least.Requesting a return call from their service department is much like wishing on a star. The most recent example... I’ve requested a quote to replace my tires at least three times with no return call. When I finally connected with an actual person, we discussed the tire sizes and she gave a promise of a quote within days. She never bothered to call with the prices and that was weeks ago.Just drive by and find one of the many other dealerships nearby who will take care of you.Edit: Below you will see a comment stating that someone was to reach out to me to correct things. Never one phone call to either myself or my husband, both numbers they have access to. Laughable, insulting and a perfect example of their communication failures.

I have been trying to find a way to fix my horn for my 2001 VW Jetta for the past 3 months. Ryan was the man that helped me figure out a way to fix this in less than 15 minutes. Very simple and very cheap way to fix it. He was very professional and happy to help. He seemed intrigued with the situation because he has never seen this before. I would never buy a Porsche from this dealer. There Porsche sales person whos name is Dean does not return phone calls and could care less if he sales you a car or not. And that also goes for the dealership. He can not be trusted. He tried to sell me a car for $10.000 more than there advertising price that was listed on there web site. I wonder how PorscheUSA would feel about this sales person and this dealership.Well they are about to find out when I contact them. Bottom line and best advise. Stay Away!! Worst Ever!!!!

Fantastic, easy, and transparent experience with Lancaster Autohaus. Both Barbara Auker and Colin in finance were super easy to work with and very pleasant. The timeliness and great communication were much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend buying from the Lancaster Autohaus and dealing with Barbara.
When I was car shopping about 4 years ago I had a set of criteria for the car as well as the dealership. Certain brands were off the table simply because the local dealership has such a bad reputation, (I thought it best to steer clear) others were to far away to be practical. Autohaus and the Audi brand were the perfect fit for me and Ive never regretted my decision. The Q5 I chose was a leading model then as it is now and the people at Autohaus have been amazing from the sales team to the service team with whom I interact with (Justin Van Aulen & Matthew Drybred) go above and beyond expectation. They promise legendary customer service and they certainly deliver. With the care and attention from Autohaus my Q5 runs and performs like the day I purchased it and with 99,456 miles to date thats saying something!
We just purchased a pre-owned Boxster. Autohaus Lancaster Porsche went over it from top to bottom to make sure it was in A-1 shape so we could buy with confidence. (We actually thought it was new when we first saw it!) Our Brand Specialist, Jimmy Kompotiatis could not have been better. While he was anxious to make a sale, it was truly consultative with no arm twisting. Once we made a decision to buy, Jimmy streamlined every step of the way. And we are stunned that we owned the vehicle within 24 hours of first seeing it.

The team in Lancaster is far better than other places I have used over the years. Recent purchase of a Panamera 4s from Jimmy. I want to provide a review of the service and quality provided by Jimmy during my experience purchasing a 2018 Porsche Panamera from the dealership. Keep in mind that I purchased the vehicle site unseen and via California. The car, customer experience, attention to detail, patience exhibited by Jimmy was/is 10 for 10. The quality of the car was as advertised if not better. The swiftness of Jimmys responses to my many questions was expeditious and professional. Heck, I had so many questions that even I would have grown frustrated with myself--but not Jimmy as he remained professional and customer focused throughout the buying experience. Based on the latter, I will be buying a lot more cars from your establishment. Rich (California).
What more can we say about autohaus Lancaster! They were amazing from start to finish in our car buying process. We were having extreme amount of difficulty with our local dealerships to obtain the exact model trim and color of the car that we wanted for various reasons. We happen to come upon that exact vehicle at this dealership while looking at their online inventory however they had sold it already. We contacted them just in case something fell through and even though they had sold that vehicle our sales person Barbara was persistent in Obtaining the vehicle from manufacturing for us. She was very responsive to all of our questions and much more invested in our interest then our local dealerships. We live in Pittsburgh and the dealership is in Lancaster and they still were able to find a way for us to buy the car without stepping into their dealership and delivering the vehicle to our doorstep. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great service during the car buying process.
We have been had body shop work completed here for the past year. Scott and his team do exceptional work and the customer service is excellent, as well. in addition, Greg and his team have been reconditioning our two vehicles and their work is the best we have ever experienced in recon jobs. What a phenomenal experience at Autohaus Lancaster. After a terrible experience at my local Audi dealership in Michigan, I decided to give Audi another try through an out of state location, and Im extremely grateful I did. I cant thank Hernan enough for the quick, easy, and professional experience. Unfortunately great customer service is tough to come across these days, however, Hernan exceeded all expectations and I cant thank him enough. I would highly recommend Hernan to all my friends and family!
