Staff is nice and they talk you through the process of getting your car fixed one of the best in Lancaster in regards to body shops

In-N-Out Collision totally destroyed my car on top of that I had to take them to court and when my case after I won my case they tried to file a dial de Nuevo but it didnt stand up the judge seen right through them she awarded me the money that I was owed and now they will not pay me my money its not easy dealing with these people and it only cause stress and made my car unusable for another month while the work that they did have to get re-fixed

They offered great advice for free, really appreciate that, they were very personable and very friendly.

Jenn is the absolute best. She repaired my husbands 2016 Mustang back to perfection after a incident on the freeway. Now no one else is allowed to work on my husbands car. They fixed my truck in 2003. It now has over 340000 miles on it and going strong. I now need my car fixed and am headed there way. High quality work in a timely manner.

In short, great work for honest prices.My wife and I purchased a used Honda Fit in early 2016. Unfortunately we believe the car is cursed - we were hit three times while we werent even moving in the same year. Two of the incidents were fairly major and required panel replacement as well as frame realignments. We have AAA auto insurance and California Collision Center is one of their preferred shops so we decided to try them out. They have done great work both times and are very communicative and honest with us.

This has to be the best body shop in Lancaster/Palmdale. They are the preferred shop for AAA. I am very satisfied with their price and quality, and will be back the next time I need body work.

I had just bought my new Honda Civic on October 2nd..... On November 2nd I was involved in a Collision with a child that did not understand the rules of the road! Made an illegal left turn in front of me and smahed up the front of my new car!! At first I thought my new car was a total loss! I thought that even after the car was repaired that it would never be the same again... With dealing with the insurance companies because of the child that was driving the car had the very minimum of insurance I finally got my insurance company to pay for the repairs on my car. I took my car to California Collision Center with the advice of my brother I met Adrian. From the first day Adrian set me at ease! After talking with Adrian I knew I would be happy with my car when I got my car back. And that I was. On November 2nd I had my new car back! It drove like it had never been in a accident! If for some reason that I cross paths with another child driving behind the wheel of an automobile and they cause damage to my car. I will definitely take it to California Collision Center. AAA garage - Calif Collision Center, Lancaster Ca,This garage employees showed more interest in discrediting me than doing the work assigned by AAA to repair my car. The work required to repair my high end car after it was hit in the rear by another car going at excessive speeds. The employees were rude, disrespectful but very determined to prove there claim against me. The damage to the rear of my car involved over 12 wiring/electrical components. The garage employees admitted that they did not do modes (sport, 4 wheel drive, etc.) and electrical repairs. They devised a tactic of claiming they could not find evidence of components ever being in my car and they just installed the new plastic in the rear part of the car over the questioned components (it’s ironic, the specific item would have cost under $60 if they would have fixed it before putting the plastic back on, with the plastic on it cost almost $3,000) and claimed they had fixed our car. AAA accepted the garages claims and left my wife and I with a substandard peace of expensive junk. There is a lot more to report on - vengeful showboating/ostentatiousness ( they took great pleasure in their autocratic authority to load over us - as AAA does also), etc., etc. A damaged (melted tread) tire they argued against repairing, etc., etc.
