I have dealt with this body shop for many many years, and although nobody likes having to have bodywork done on their car, when my accident occurred I knew exactly where I was taking my vehicle. I have dealt with Ruben and Samantha for years and they’ve always been the greatest people ever. I’ve always talked to and treated me with the upmost respect and always had something trying to say. I’m not sure of who the newOwners are, but I know when I picked up my vehicle today, without hesitation everybody was happy to help me and had a kind and welcoming tone. Keep doing what you guys are doing.

For whatever reason, accidentally closing the handle of a shopping bag into the latch of my Hyundai hatchback made the latch fail completely. I called Westside Collision and they told me I could stop by without an appointment. They took a thorough look at the latch and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable. They got the part on the same day! I was able to go back the next day and have it replaced. They swapped out the part really quickly and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Ruben was very professional and courteous both days I was in the shop. I highly recommend Westside Collision Center and I will definitely go back to them for any repairs I need in the future.

Had collision work done here. Factory parts that were on our vehicle when it was taken into this shop were not reinstalled after repairs were made. Instead, inappropriate parts were installed. We were told by the manager that he would order and provide us with said factory parts, but that has never happened. Now vehicle complications have since arisen that should have been easily diagnosed and repaired when original work was completed. Its now evident that subpar repairs were performed. Definitely cannot recommend this shop. They dont seem to be concerned about doing the job completely or correctly, only about taking your money.

Very pleasant and concerned about your transportation

I took my vehicle in to this shop ending of Feb. Didnt get it back because of parts didnt ship out on time out of state. Then they tell insurance didnt sent them a check and thats going to hold my vehicle until they get paid. Ending of March i get my vehicle back, I didnt notice till 2nd day my head light was different. I called and had to bring my vehicle again and its already 1st week if may. At this point I havent had any paper work that they fixed my vehicle. Still waiting for it. This is the 4th week of May and walked in to check status of head light, he get on the phone an calls the shop and says I called about a week ago for the head light and was supposed to ship last this or fri. He never followed up with me I had to call several times. Ive been very patient but this is too much. Bad service.

Great shop great auto collision repair

Took a vehicle to get repaired and they lied about doing an alignment and failed to fix drivetrain on the side of the car that was damaged.... They only fixed the exterior cosmetic damage!!!!! I strongly recommend you take your hard earned $$$$elsewhere!!;!!!!!!
