My 2011 Subaru Outback was hit by a drunk driver. Not only did Kyle Eby do an excellent job repairing my car, he made this ordeal less stressful for me by personally dealing with the tow trucks, insurance companies and even drove me to pick up and drop off my rental car. He did a great job of communicating with me while my car was getting repaired, calling me a every few days with updates.When I got my car back, I noticed there was an alignment issue. Kyle happily took the car back, and once again, drove me to pick up a rental car. After looking at it, Kyle was humble enough to say that we should take it to Subaru. He was having trouble with the AWD system and wanted to make sure the job got done 100% right. Once again, he took care of getting that cleared with my insurance company, he drove the car to Subaru, he took me to get another rental car, and he helped me retrieve my car from Subaru when the job was finished. All above and beyond my expectations.My car looks and runs great. I would definitely recommend Eby & Sons!
