I just have to say I had the best experience at Maaco! I cannot stress enough how Gerry, Teresa, and Tony really went above and beyond to help me. I know there was probably more people behind the scenes, but this team really blew me away! Tony really did his thing on the actual job but his customer service was equally as amazing!! He was so nice and willing to help. Gerry and Teresa were extremely helpful and welcoming from the second I walked through the door to the second I walked out with my car. They were so friendly and were able to find me the best rate which was even more reassuring that they were looking out for me. I get really uncomfortable asking for any special requests, but not once did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience even though I knew they were busy. The three of them were just so great the entire time and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so so so much!! I’ll definitely be recommending all friends and family members!

I took my car 5/7/21 for a complete paint job & to remove all the dents. I was quoted a price of around $1400 for urethane paint. Teresa told me to do the whole job right it would cost around $2200 which I agreed. Was told it would be ready by 5/22 or sooner. I arrived 5/21 to see the car. Teresa said no since it was in primer, & was going to send me pictures later, (which I never received) was told it would me ready by 5/26 or sooner. Arrived 5/28 to check the status I spoke to Teresa & asked if I can see the car. The car only had bodyfiller. The car wasnt even sanded or primer yet, I was wondering why Teresa lied last week about it being primered. She told me to check back next week and it should be ready. I showed up 6/4, as I arrived I saw the manager outside arguing with other customer about why her car wasnt ready yet which I thought was very unprofessional. Teresa told me the car was just painted and that it would be ready next week. Arrived 6/11 and spoke to Anthony he showed me the car and it was missing all the emblems. I saw a big scratch and some drips and chips. He checked the order and said it should have been taken care of. He called Teresa and explained it to her and was told to do a warrant claim schedule a date for 7/24/21. Juan came in and said he was going to install the emblems it would be ready by 6/12. I called 6/15 to check the status of the car I spoke to Teresa and she told me she would call me back in 15min, 2hours later I called back asking again about the status she gave me a attitude saying I was supposed to pick it up on 6/12. I asked if I can go now Teresa told me no there closing. I showed up first thing 6/16 and noticed the car still doesnt have the emblems. So I told Juan as I was talking he just walked away to the car with a attitude and very hostile and started getting the emblems out the car to install them. I asked him why was the paint job was so rough. With an attitude he told me it was done right. I asked to speak to Teresa and asked her if its normal for him to install the emblems right before I was going to drive the car. She said thats how they do it with a attitude. I told her the whole experience was a inconvenience and now I have to wait. She started to be hostile and didnt even apologize, even sanded my headlights. Worst experience.

Im very disappointed in their quality of work. I went in to have my fender flare re attached after it came off because of a tire blowout on the highway. All they had to do was place some double sided and replace the flare. It took them approximately two hours to do a 15 minute job and after all of that time it still wasnt installed flush with the fender. They tried to cover up their poor work with some masking tape. Ill have to fix it myself. Not at all pleased to have to re-do a job that I already paid for. My experience with them was not good. They did a terrible job and I rate them work from 0-10 a big fat zero!!! Thats right a 0. I wouldnt recommend using them unless you like paying for low quality work.

They did some body work mostly scratches. They painted the entire car and it is beautiful. Looks like a brand new car again. I am very satisfied with there services. They were professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Maaco I will definitely recommend.

I havent got my car back yet but I will say Tony has gone above and beyond to make me feel like my cars in good hands. Even put up with me changing the color multiple times lol. Ill update once I get the car back. Car came back and looks incredible, there are only a couple spots that had orange peel and two spots that had paint drip. Overspray was minimal, although they did get my windows i was able to clean it off pretty easy. I did get the highest tear package and overall first impressions Im extremely happy. Ill do my best to leave another update in 6 months.

Im very happy with the work done to my car. I had the paint completely taken off. Had it sand it down and fixed a couple of dents fixed. Then repainted. The paint job looks fantastic and all for a great price. Customer service was awesome.

The team at Maaco in Lancaster is just great! I was a victim of a hit and run on my brand new car and was so sad about the damages incurred. Maaco recommended a very small upgrade which made a huge difference in the gloss and finish of the paint job on my van. Sometimes a little guidance makes a big difference. The product was ready on time and the service was excellent. My expectation was of a production line paint job but the result was much better than I expected and the price was fantastic. Great people, great product and very fair price.

I had my 2005 jeep liberty painted(That I just bought from the dealership) the only reason I chose maaco is I saw a deal advertise for $249 so I had to check it out. I ended up paying 600 for a paint job because the $249 was a basic paint and wouldnt be as good so, I agreed to pay more for a little better quality.I picked up the Jeep 5 days later, No inspection when I left. But the next day while having new tire pressure sensors replaced, I Instantly saw these weird cracks on the hood. I also found once I took off the visor from my hood; hidden under this visor was a tear shaped run/drip of paint ((like a glob and was hidden on purpose)). When I finally get it back to maaco Jimmy (the manager) comes and checks it out. He agrees the employee definitely hid the drip under the visor and he noticed not just the hood with cracks, but all over my roof too. He told me this is caused by someone not taking off original paint.Sad part about this is Jimmy has no idea who painted the Jeep and says they dont work there anymore. Its a little odd the Manager wouldnt have the paperwork on employees who work for him.Jimmy continues to tell me, that its not covered by a year warranty ((even though if you look at their prices in-shop it clearly states year warranty)) that a year warranty really means 6 month coverage with 6 month pro rate.But anyway, he said they would re -do the hood and roof for free, But with them being busy, at the moment, I was scheduled to bring in the Jeep in 2 weeks and theyd take about 3 to 4 days to fix their mistakes.7 days after dropping off my Jeep, I CALLED to see the progress, I am, then told they have to wash the car so it would take them another 30mins. Which in turn I gave them an hour and when I get there to find my Jeep still dirty and was covered in white substance... Jimmy had told me white stuff had been spilled on my car while it was in the garage but it would be ok because they had inspected the Jeep all it needed was a wash. But as I went around the Jeep I noticed the limited said litmed... Jimmy then calls the inspector over and goes you didnt notice this? Inspector says, no. and Jimmy says thats ok, she didnt see it either, until now. This irked me, I am not the inspector, he should have seen it. This told me they didnt inspect my car just like before.Anyway, they sent me down to get a car wash and also re ordered a limited replacement emblem for me. The white stuff is STILL, all over my plastic racking(also racking plastic is separating) white has hardened itself onto the rubbers around my doors and sun roof. The experience is awful and I say is because I still have to go pick up my limited emblem and have them put it on... and again I CALLED today to figure out whats up and sure enough they have had the limited emblem they just forgot to call.Integrity, quality, and honesty is not one of their strong suites.P.S. Pictures shown is 5 days after I picked up the car. This is after being sent to the car wash to get the white stuff off and cleaned. All plastic is light grey then its original dark grey.If this is what you deal with youll pay more later replacing and restoring,Get your paint job somewhere else, this Maaco franchise does not care about service because if they did, then I wouldnt be coming back for the 3rd time for faults that they caused.*** Added *** My sunroof sits at an angle so even though they tried to fix the rubber they destroyed my sunroofs funcunctionality. They cause more damage every time I bring my car back. Never again.

I have an older car that still runs great, but the paint was peeling and looking worn down after living here in the High Desert the past several years. Maaco of Lancaster,CA brought the look of my car back to life! It looks new again. Incredible job on the masking around windows, handles, etc. and also an incredible job on the actual off the spray gun finish.

The paint job was decent but I was lied to 3 times due to the workers telling me that my car wine ready on a certain day, I finally went to check the status and my car wasn’t painted yet at the third week. I finally got my truck and when I came back home I noticed a large amount of dust everywhere. I had to get my Interior clean very professional that cost about $200. The amount dust in my car was horrible!!!! This is a direct reflection of laziness . Horrible . I was hoping that the paint job was better than the customer service....

Very poor communication, they do not call you, you have to call them to find out the status on your vehicle. Had to come back on Monday so they could put the emblems back on my car. They have a I don’t care attitude. And it not a dust free environment, you will have dust particles on your car after it’s painted. They do not disclose this information when they are giving you a quote.

One of the poorest experiences I have had with a business. I needed the front cap my camper painted. Sent photos to Anthony, for quote, who never returned my calls or emails. After three attempts I finally get ahold of Anthony. I receive a quote over the phone and discuss drop off of the camper. I live on base and the camper is stored in a storage lot. It’s quite a hassle to bring it to Lancaster. I call on Thursday to let Anthony know I’ll be dropping off the next day. He informs me to bring it on Monday since they do their weekly schedule then. Fast forward to Monday. I’m at the shop waiting to drop off. I speak to Teresa who does the paperwork. So far so good. I ask where do you want me to leave it? Oh, you can’t leave it here. You need to bring it back on Wednesday. Ok I can do that. Wednesday morning, I call the shop to confirm they have room and I can bring the camper. I get the green light and proceed to the shop. 10 minutes out from the shop I get a text, not a phone call, that they don’t have room, sorry. Nothing about try next week or any planning. So I call the shop and speak to Teresa who says Anthony will callme at 0900 to schedule when to bring the camper. A week later and no call. If they can’t get simple scheduling right, I seriously doubt they can do quality work. The savings isn’t worth the hassle, my business is going elsewhere.

I went to Maico on several occasions, the painted my 76 blazer a sand rail and an industrial welder.I had to take the blazer bck 4 times to get holidays touched up.The last time a few months ago I was told there is no warrenty after 3 months. I provided a warranty receipt for 12 months. They agreed to fix the problem. 3 days later they call me for pickup tops of my doors rw metal still.Fast forward 2 weeks terrible job, windows covered in paint.They promised to do better, so I had them paint a sandrail.Same thing, nothing but holidaysAnd no preparation all.Bit by bit they wore me down, and promised to paint my industrial welder for 400.I ws still woring on the cover abd 2 fold up doors so I pid on full and was to bring the 3 small pieces in later.. which I did.I was met with refusal and called a liar. Told me they never saw my welder, or sandrail.The new manager Anthony treated me with extreme prejudice, refusing to give the district manager any messges for a call back. He even refused to take my number.I looked up the owner in vegas who owns 19 stores joe.I was told that the first managerRicardo was stealing from the company, and that he would have anthony estimate the cost of the two doors and bonnet of my welder.Keep on mind I already paid for the job.The owner seemed nice and told me to take my parts to lamcaster maico and give them to the same people who lied to begin with.But I agreed as I HAD a buyer for the welder.I got a call last week after 4days to tell me it would cost over 800$On top of the 400 I paid them.I asked Anthony why so high price.He replied thats what it is its a lot of work. I asked what work dit my parts need?Anthony sid he didnt even see my parts, he refused to look at the parts which were nicely prepped.Anthony told me he had wasted his time on me, and had other customers.I have picked up my parts and willGo somewhere else.If you want quality, honesty, professionalism,DONT GO TO MAICO.

Got rear ended last Tues (Sept. 3, 2019) by a drunk, unlicensed, uninsured driver. So I got estimates from different places ranging from $1500-$2100. Out of all the estimates Ricardo was the only one that got under the car to see if there was any frame damage. He gave me the best price plus great customer service and will get my car in two days. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Look for Ricardo when you go in.

I had a car accident recently and so glad I took my Honda Accord to Maaco in Lancaster (West Ave K/10th St next to Enterprise). Ricardo and crew did an excellent job. Impressive. The job was completed earlier than I expected. Customer service was also great. I have gone around getting quotes from several body shops and Maaco gave the best deal.My car looks brand new. Horrible Horrible Horrible. If I could give ZERO stars wait negative zero stars I would. Customer service was horrible at the location and the corporate office. Its been just about 3 weeks and no one from corporate called me but closed out my complaint. I had to reopen it now im waiting again. At this location they lie to you, they are rude, they dont respect your time and they give you the run around. Then as compensation they offered me upgraded paint and a longer warranty. Why would I want that when I never ever want to go to a Maaco again. So its useless to me.Dont go here. But If you do. Check your vehicle thoroughly. They do very shabby work. We changed our vehicle from white and when they said it was ready you could still see white in some areas. So just check that your vehicle is done right before you pay.BUT DONT GO HERE. PAY THE FEE TO GO TO A BETTER COMPANY!!!!

If you are going to use this company be sure to take pictures of your car inside and out. I recently took my car for them to repaint and they did a great job. However, after i drove the car off the lot I realized the door handle on the passenger side was broken and half. I immediately took the car back to Maaco to complain about my broken door handle. They immediately denied it! I know and my family knows that the door handle was not broken before we took it to Maaco. They would not accept responsibility for the damage to my door handle. If you want to use this company, again, be sure to take pictures of your car before you leave it with them. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE!!! Also, they are not HONEST PEOPLE!!!!

The folks at Maaco are TERRIFIC! I brought in my 1998 Suburban that had the typical flaking GM paint as well as multiple dents. While it was in their shop I also asked them to paint the fender flares.When I picked up the Suburban I could not have been happier. It looked awesome. Not only did they paint the flares, they had repainted the running boards as well so the vehicle matched perfectly.I highly recommend the team at the Lancaster Maaco. They did a great job and I will bring all my work to them!

Horrible!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Paint looks like its dripping on parts, theres little bubbles everywhere and they skipped a whole section, how does a paint shop skip a section? When brought up their excuse is that they are short hand! Very unprofessional.
