The absolute worst customer service ever and I dealt with three different gentlemen, all of which were rude and horrible, including the manager. I would honestly say that I will never frequent the store again.

They have a NO RETURN policy.. if you get the wrong part or tool.. you have to eat the one you got from them and buy a new one... need a no stars category for them

Forget auto zone, if you need auto parts in Lancaster go to carquest. You will be more than satisfied. They have people who are very knowledgeable about the business of auto parts, they try to make sure that you get the correct part the first time. I am a mechanic and spend a lot of money on parts, I use to go to auto zone because they were convenient but when you ended up making 3-4 trips to return the wrong part, it is easy to drive the extra few miles to get it right the first time. I will be using carquest exclusively from now on.

Always great service when I come to this auto parts.They are honest and very friendly as well as knowledgeable. There is always plenty of parking and its easy to get in and out when you need to. I highly recommend this location.

These guys were great. They had a sale on Rotella T5 diesel oil that was $9 per gallon less than the other parts store and they found 12 gallons locally for me and honored the sale price. Thanks guys!

Its 6:12 pm Tuesday employee Robert was rude was using bad Language and being disrespectful. We come and buy what we need for our Truck Robert needs to go home and retire hes rude I dont need to go threw this with him your loosing a customer because of Robert. I will call main office to report him.

Excellent help, have people that can look up some old car and truck parts that most other big stores computers cant access. They have the parts Now because they stock $1.5 million in parts vs. AutoZone at about $400k in stock. OReileys is even worse.I live by AutoZone and OReileys but often they dont have what I need and are just too damn busy. I pay a few bucks more at Carquest and get great help fast and quality parts. They are like the parts store I worked at in the old days. Even the auto repair shops I go to use them.

I like Carquest the people are cool and helpful. If they dont have the part they can usually get it in a day or two.
