Had a great experience trading in our old car for a brand new 2021 Dodge Charger. Randy was very amazing, great customer service. We told him exactly what we were looking for and in matter of second he showed us a few cars that we were interested in . Once we made our selection he took us in and started the paper work. I initially had a good experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. I eventually traded the vehicle in and when I did I was able to get a refund processed for an extended warranty I had purchased for this vehicle. Dealing with this dealership for that refund has been a nightmare. I did all the paperwork and then it took about two weeks of calling and emailing to get one of the finance guy’s to process it. Now it’s been over a month past the timeframe I was given to get the refund so for the entire month I have been trying to reach out and follow up to get some kind of reasoning for why I haven’t received it. I literally call every single day and literally every single day the business office and the finance office are too busy to talk and I leave a message and am assured they will call me back and they have never called me back. I have also emailed the original finance person who processed the refund and he has not responded either. Basically if they are getting money expect quick service. If you are getting money then don’t.
Horrible service. Ivan was my rep. Had my car towed to them because it was over heating. Took them 2 1/2 weeks to do a visual inspection didn’t even do anything to fully inspect it. Accused me of hitting something and wouldn’t call my warranty. Had to drive 3 hours to tow it home. They wanted to charge $2600 for a fan and core support and labor. Bought the fan at o’reillys for $100 and my husband fixed it himself. Thanks for nothing!
We took our vehicle up here for a recall, took the car home and realized the radio was completely off. We immediately called to let them know, they gave us an appointment 1 month away, then when we took the car back it was lie after lie. They made a mistake and dont wanna own up to it or fix the problem. Everything was fine with our car before taking it up there, now they wanna charge $150 for a diagnostic test and $2600 for a radio that was working. My husband spoke with the manager twice about the issue after speaking with the techs. The manager got mad went in his office and closed the door...then went to lunch.. WTH kind of Customer Service is that! These people are crooks. Find some where else to take your car.
Thanks to Jarren Toxey & Talia Lamb at the Hunter Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram at the Auto Mall in Lancaster I had such a beautiful experience with getting my car serviced they were very detailed and very diligent in the work I feel most comfortable working with them and in the future more than likely will only be working with them not to say their other employees are not great because that would be a lie theyre also awesome but the connection I got from those two was something incredible. Hunter Dodge is lucky to have these employees and hopefully well do their best to keep them happy so that they stay with the company and I can keep getting my car serviced by them. I am very upset with the service here. I was having minor electrical issues with my brand new Dodge Durango in March. I called and was told I had two options: I could drop of the car now but they would not be able to even take a look at it for at least a week or make an appointment for a April to have it seen. I opted to make the appointment. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that it could take a day or two to diagnose the issue. I let them know that I would need a rental and was assured it would be covered as long as the issue was a warranty issue. After two days of not hearing back, I called and was told the service technician would have to call me back. I received no call back. My husband also called and was told the same thing and received no call back. By the fourth day of hearing nothing I called again, only to be told again that the technician would have to call me back. Instead of a call I received a text message stating that they still have not even looked at the car and that it could take up to week for them to even get around to diagnosing it. Then I spoke to supervisor because what was the point of even making an appointment. They finally after 6 days diagnosed it as being a bad battery which was covered under warranty. When I picked up my vehicle I was assured that the rental would be covered since it was a warranty issue. Well guess what I was charged for the full rental and now have to hassle with Dodge to get a refund. I will not be coming back.
Brought a part from here through the Mopar eStore, but they cancelled it for which they werent able to provide a reason, nor willing to try and resolve there issue. Very challenging & time consuming to contact. I Would recommend avoiding this company for similar purchases.
I shouldve listened to these 1 star reviews. I had purchased my Ram 1500 on June 8th from out of state and was helped By Chris boosalis, Keith, and John. I was assured they have done this before and will progress smoothly. I ended having it delivered and received it there is no temporary plates or plates in general. They have me fill out paper THEY sent but due to errors I had to resend and paid out of pocket for shipping. Another they had filled it out incorrectly so I had to pay out of pocket for a second time. It is now September 10th 2021 and nothing in the mail. I have reached out but now essentially they have ignored all my attempts at contact. I am told they are all busy and would return my call but nothing this is on every single attempt after I had completed their request of paperwork. I am frustrated and left with a 64,000 dollar paperweight. If you do not want to do the work a simple response would be fine and I would complete it myself but since Ive paid you so much at expect the very minimum. Its unfortunate that sales people are still willing to lie to do business in this day and age. * PS Jacqueline is probably the only one that attempted to be human to help out. DON’T GO HERE! They shouldn’t be trusted, they will mess up your car! They broke my radio & tried to get me to pay over 2,000 dollars. My wires were also cut. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! 🙄 & those idiots said soda was split inside my radio & tried to make it seem like it was my fault FIRST OFF I DON’T DRINK SODA & WHY TF WOULD I PUT SODA IN MY RADIO

After finding the perfect truck, I reached out to schedule an appt to test drive over weekend. Im 2 hours away, so I called to confirm availability and gave my ETA between 1-1:30. I arrived at 1:17 only to be told that the truck was currently being driven by someone who just came in. That person ended up purchasing the truck I came in for. No courtesy call, text, or email. Only attempts to sell me something else.
I have purchased plenty of cars in my life. I was ready for a drawn out take forever process.Boy was I amazed!!!! Tamara got the task of being our person. She was AMAZING. She was so knowlegdeable. Answered all our questions. She even programmed our phones., filled the tank and took care of a scrape on the car from another car. She kept us informed from the test drive to handing us off for paperwork.John handled our paperwork. Talked to us informed us of all the add on we could get. We purchased our Jeep Gladiator on 1/15, in our purchase a bed liner was included in our contract and purchase agreement. It’s been a month later and of course our sales rep., George A. cant seem to help. We were originally told it would be about a week before we were contacted for an appointment for install. Longest week ever. George made his sale on the vehicle and now we aren’t important. I would use a different dealership for a Jeep purchase. Change my mind....I would like to update my post. It’s two days later since my first post. I had also emailed the dealership and the sales manager Jason B. actually followed up and has scheduled us to have the bed liner put in tomorrow am. I am very appreciative that he took the extra time and measures to see this through. Thank you Jason for taking care of this. I will follow up with how the install goes.
Service dept. Refuse to service my vehicle. They said they didnt want to be liable . Because originally the part was install by others. But part was defective. however i was not asking for free labor and original part was from mopar
If I could take back purchasing my Durango I would rather drive to another city just to purchase from another dealership! The service department is a complete joke and the service advisors do absolutely nothing! I dropped off my vehicle because the sun roof is damaged and won’t close! Doesn’t take 2 days two diagnose you already know its broken and needs to be replaced and they still can’t even call me just to give me an update! I am beyond done with dealing with these unprofessional people. Left a voicemail and still waiting on a call back! Whatever you do stay away from this place such a joke of a dealership! Worst service I have ever received from a dealer.
Beware! There service department is ridiculous. You make an appointment, which is about 3 weeks out from the day you make it, then when you arrive to drop off your car they tell you it will take you 3 days to diagnose the problem before they can set you up in any type of rental. What was the point of the appointment? A diagnosis takes all of an hour if not less time so why the 3 day wait to run a computer system that tells you the problem in less than an hour. Seriously the most unhelpful people here.
By far the worst Dodge Dealer.. We purchased a New 2018 Challenger.. We’ve had small issues here & there with the battery.. But what’s BAD about this dealer is, no appointments are ever available within a week or two… It’s always 1 month or more. We are now having issues with a loud noise the car is making, I called to make an appointment in March, they didn’t have anything available until May 31st… Today is May 27th & Debra called me stating that my appointment has to be rescheduled because the dealer is CLOSED… REALLY Dodge!? My 2 options are, drop of the car & WAIT for someone to check it out… (who knows when that’ll be) or come back June 7th… We had already accommodated our schedules for Monday… They are EXTREMELY frustrating & just overall the worst dealer…
Im a 12v Technician and professional installer for about 20 years My babys mom took her car to you guys back in January to replace a HID light bulb after she picked it up you guys stayed that the driving light bar wasnt working so I discovered that whoever unplugged and plug in back in the connection broke the inside pins and bent so there for the light doesnt work Im assuming that this place is fully liable for fixing that Technician mistake..We will be contacting you soon.
They are great when it comes to buying the vehicle! All about customer service. However, after you buy the vehicle if you need any service they could careless to assist. I bought a brand new dealer demo and it had a scratch on the front fender! They told me it would be no problem for them to either buff out the scratch or replace the part. A week after buying it and trying to reach out to our sales guy, no response. I even reached out to the sales manager and he said he would see what they could do but would be off the next two days and I would have to remind him when he’s back in the office. We live about an hour from the dealership and they could careless about trying to accommodate us to repair a car they sold as new..with damage. All they care about is getting your money, anything they have to do for free and you’ll have to harass them.. it’s unfortunate since the beginning of the sales experience seemed so great.Update: Ulises was super nice and quick and they were able to buff out the damage. I am now a happy customer!
Yes I had my 2012 Dodge Charger worked on at the dodge dealer here in Lancaster I am back here less than a week later they left the radiator cap off I spent $2800 at this place and now Im back a week later and just before all this I bought a 2020 dodge charger and payed cash for the car 38,840 and hell this is how they do it man o man iam sick of this place...........
My wife was driving from Socal to Reno when she hit an object in the freeway damaging the driveshaft. She was very close to Hunter Ram and pulled in around 8:30am. The bottom line was that the dealer got her in and after assessing the damage was able to get her on the road before closing for the holiday weekend (Labor Day). Awesome service and understanding of the situation. I spoke with the Service Manager who was friendly and professional and explained what had happened and what was done to correct the problem. And came in below the initial estimate. Shout out and kudos to Hunter Dodge Ram and the whole service team for a job well done. Many thanks from Northern Nevada. Outstanding service.

Dropoed my 2009 dodge charger SXT in December right before Xmas of 2020. They kept my car for 1.5 weeks because they were backed up. They charged me $400.00 to do a clock spring. After using my left & right turn signal i realized it no longer cut off when i made or right or left turn. I scheduled an appt to take my car back in Jan 2021. When it was time for me to drop it off again they told me that my car would sit for 2 weeks before they can even rediagnosed it so the receptionist pushed it to feb 24, 2021. I take my car drop it off and get a rental car until March 1 2021 cuz i have kids and need to get around. They were suppose to cover my rental and have my car done in 3 days so today they tell me they are not going to cover my rental want to charge me $150.00 for a diagnosis after they messed it up. They want to charge me $454.00 for a turn signal switch. They have lost they damn minds. I did research on youtube and got info from a real mechanic and both resources clearly says that if the clock spring is not aligned properly it can cause your turn signal switches to malfunction. Never use Lancaster hunter dodge They are a rip off and i will never refer not 1 person to them. They should get hire real mechanics that know what the hell there doing.
Worst service experience ever. Kaitlyn Renteria and Robert Andrews is terrible avoid working with them if you dont want the headache.. They had my car for weeks never got back to me in a timely manner on a loaner or a rental and I rented on my own from Hertz come to find out they dont deal wit them but if my calls were returned I wouldve known where to go so I rented and got insurance and then was told they not paying for it so I had to come outta my pocket $400 of there poor customer service and lack of communication. Im really thinking about getting rid of them because if anything else happens to my car Im stuck with their poor customer service
I have 11k miles on a brand new promaster and it already has been in the shop twice. The mopar warrantee they sell does not cover rentals so I have been walking on foot to work every day 14 miles. I wouldnt buy a ram. Worst decisionI ever made

After a battery replacement the trunk on my Fiat 500c would not open. I was on time for my early appointment. My Fiat was not looked at for SIX HOURS. I sat in the waiting lounge or walked around the various dealer lots for SIX HOURS. I was told late in the afternoon they wouldnt be able to look at it until the NEXT DAY. When I insisted on a loaner car - SUDDENLY - it was decided my Fiat should be worked on. It was done then very quickly. I now know via Youtube how to reset it by myself. A simple five minute procedure of pushing and holding the open and close convertible top buttons in a specific order. I wanted to tell the owner but higher up management had gone home by that time. This week I received from Fiat a recall for a shift cable replacement that should take ONE HOUR. I will make an appointment - be on time again and lets hope I can give a better review.NOTE - This is not recent- This occurred years back! UPDATE:I went in for clutch cable recall and it was handled professionally and in a reasonable time. Great experience! So I am changing from 2 star to 4 star. No 5 star because of previous experience years ago.
Worst place ever. Waited 10 minutes for a salesperson(no one else in the truck showroom) took two hours of talk and the time to find the truck we wanted to see. Took another hour and and a half before they made an offer, the only gave me 2,000 on my trade in. Very next dealer gave me 5,000. Stay away they try to rob you. Forget the military discount, didnt work for this Vet.
We have a Ram 1500 2016 with 140,000 miles which we bought for our small business and also had purchased a Dodge 1500 in 2001 and 2 Fiats in 2014 and 2016. As a small business in our community we shop local and support our local business. Our 2016 Dodge Ram had extensive recall work performed in August and September 4th, while heading out of town the engine blew. Doge Ram has had our work truck since September 8th, and we can’t seem to get an answer as to fixing the truck. We call once a week and get the same run around that they are trying to get Dodge Ram to take responsibility and fix it. This truck was the first year of the eco diesel and there was a big recall lawsuit for an emissions modification which cut the power of the truck and the gas mileage. We also received another recall after the engine blew about loss of motive power and can cause the vehicle to crash .. we were on a busy highway when we loss power and luckily had enough to get to the side of the road.I am putting this review out there to 2016 Ram owners so that this does not happen to other consumers because if it does you won’t have much recourse.Patricia McClain

Never been disappointed by a dealer ship, they had the wrong mileage online from a car I was about to finance I get inside the car total different mileage bill didn’t even bother staying to finish up the contract he just handed over my paperwork to someone else. It’s like they don’t even care about selling you anything. Definitely regretted coming here totally unprofessional.
I was very displeased with the serivce I was provided. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time to program a new key for my vehicle. The car was towed to their location. Upon arrival, the service rep Kaitlyn Renteria informed me that they had ordered the wrong key. I left my vehiclet there for another week until the new key arrived. A second issue arose when the new key arrived; apparently the ignition cylinder was now bad and they could not get the vehicle to start. Ive never had an issue with the ignition cylinder. Basically, Her manager Robert said that I needed a new key cylinder and that I would have to buy the whole kit which includes two additional keys. The total cost was going to cost me $950+ labor to have it programmed. Not to mention, I would have to leave my vehicle there for another week. Their customer service was very unprofessional. I called (Kaitlyn or Katy) several times for an update and she wouldnt answer my calls. I found out that the key had arrived on Monday as I got through with someone else in the parts department. Please be aware of this business and I hope that you dont have to go through what I went through. I paid $256 for the key that I cant even use. I will be taking my vehicle to another fiat dealer and if I find anymore issues with my vehicle I will have no other choice but to open up a lawsuit. So unbelievable.
Very straight forward. Dale Ball was great to work with. I have been shopping for a Ram for a few months now. I have been to many dealers for their advertised price and found their advertised price is not the real price or anywhere close to the real price. This was probably the best dealer I have ever been to. Friendly and no pressure when you arrive and they will negotiate on the price. The RAM trucks are actually down the street and the rest of the vehicles are sold at this location. I arrived a couple hours before closing and they were still very helpful and stayed late after hours finishing up the buying process. All staff I met from the phone rep to the finance manager were very polite. I would shop here again anytime and it was 55 mi from my location!
Had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle. Matthew Hagen greeted me at the lot, introduced himself and let me look around without making me feel pressured. I comfortably looked around and once I found a car I loved, I reached out to him. He graciously offered a test drive. During the test drive he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. During the negotiation part, it felt as he truly wanted to help me get the best price within my budget. After the purchase, he helped me set up my car features. Overall Matthew was a great sales person and I am glad he made the whole experience easy and smooth. I highly recommend him.

Worst service and customer service I have ever gotten. I took my car in to have it checked why the ac was not working. Turned out they had to pull the dash to fix the problem. When reassembling the dash they left trim hanging and parts don’t line up. Can’t even open my glove box all the way. Been trying to get ahold of them for 3 weeks now and they will not answer or return my calls.
When a person brings their vehicle to a dealer for service, you are paying the higher prices because of their reputation, right? Well, that has been my experience with dealers in the past. However, everything from their customer service to their maintenance practices leave a lot to be desired. Let me bring you down the magical road that was my experience with this dealership.It begins with dropping the vehicle off at the service department. Everything seems to be in order. Now I wait for a call letting me know what needs to be done and what it will cost. But, I did not receive the normal service advisor call with in hours of drop off. It took me walking in to the dealer and asking what was happening almost three days after dropping it off, only to be told a portion of what need to be repaired was even assessed. Then, it takes another two days and me calling them to find out what else needed to be fixed. Now, another two business days go by, and I still have not received a phone call as to the status of my vehicle. So, I drive down and try to speak with my service rep. She is at lunch and a note was left to have her call me. Also, I find that my vehicle has not yet been touched, now I am really upset. Five hours later, I have not received a phone call. Again I drive down to the dealer so that I can speak with the service representatives supervisor.I speak with the manager telling him that I understand that we are in a pandemic and that it is to be expected not receive the same service that one might have before all of the craziness. However, I do expect to be kept informed as to the status of my vehicle. He was very helpful and he insured me that work would be started on my vehicle soon. True to his word, my vehicle was done two days later. I picked up my vehicle paid my very large bill of around $1,500 dollars said thank you and was on my way. About three miles from the dealer antifreeze started spraying all over my windshield. I pulled over popped the hood and found the radiator cap was lose. I tighten it back down and was on my way again. So, because of this loose cap I was curious as to what else could be wrong. The next day I decided to crawl under my vehicle and visually inspect the work that was done with a flashlight. To my utmost surprise I found a bolt that was not even contacting the oil pan. We are talking, it was only screwed in by a couple of threads. Then I kept finding other things that made me feel as though I had just taken my vehicle to an auto shop that received horrible reviews and everyone told me not to go to.In summary, communication was horrible. I was not called once during the entire nine business days my vehicle was in their possession (I did receive a couple of texts after pushing). I paid a lot of money for me to find things that should not be wrong. I hope this was a fluke and I was just unlucky enough to be the ONE who received this kind of experience. I just hope this might help someone, weather it is you the reader or Hunter DCJR, to bring these issues to light and improve their services. Thank you.———————————————————————————UPDATE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Once this review was posted I received a phone call from the Service Manager Robert asking if they could have the Jeep back. He wanted to have the technician and the shop foreman double check the work that had previously be completed. I brought the Jeep back and my new service advisor Talia and Service Manager Robert were great. The communication was what you would expect from a dealer. Talia sent me a text and an email me with in minutes of dropping the Jeep off. They only had the Jeep for two hours when Talia informed me that “the tech and shop foreman looked at your Wrangler and are stating there are no leaks and all bolts are now tight. They did notice one a bit loose, they replaced it, no charge to you of course.” Thank you Robert, Talia, and Hunter DCJR for turning a horrible experience into a great one!
Great Internet sales department! Chris and Sean were a pleasure to do business with on a new 2019 RAM 1500. Straight shooting guys, no dealer BS like you get when you visit other dealerships. I completed my deal all by email and phone and shipped my new truck to Hawaii. I checked 6 other major RAM dealers on the west coast before buying the truck from Hunter. Highly recommend, fair prices, clear concise communications, no surprises. Chris is a Navy Vet, so better yet - doing business with another veteran.
WARNING: This dealership will not go the extra mile to sell a vehicle, even if you are willing to come to the dealership from a nearby state. We were willing to pay cash or finance, but it appears the paperwork is too involved? I am retired military and sent info through True Car to verify. They do not want to do extra legwork to sell their vehicles.
I didn’t expect to stand outside in the sun for something I can’t make an appointment for but I already paid for. On top of that they have no one giving proper direction I had to move my car four times before I was in the correct space to get my oil changed. Poor service.

Expect the customer service to stop once you sign your paperwork. Had a horrible time with them getting to take care of me after they over-sprayed my truck with spray-in bed-liner. Spent over $500 dollars and needing two windows replaced, Well give you $200. Save yourself a headache, and some money and go elsewhere.Update: I have still yet to be contacted regarding the repair of my windows from any associate at Hunter Ram. BAD mechanics. Do NOT take your vehicle here for an oil change. I have a Jeep Liberty and had 3 oil changes done here. The first time, the mechanic removed my transmission pan mistaking it for the oil filter. He did not tighten the pan down or replace the gasket so my husband had to fix my transmission leak. The mechanic also spilled oil allover the undercarriage so my car smelt of burning oil for awhile. The 3rd time I had my oil changed the mechanic barely tightened the filter on so my car again leaked oil and my husband to fix it, luckily the filter did not fall off while I was commuting. You are better off at Jiffy Lube for an oil change where the cost is half the price.
I bought a Brand New Ram 2020 1500 5.7 eTorque 4 door Truck on Aug 6, 2020 from Hunter West Ram. And Today with a little over 1200 miles (had 256 miles when I got it) on it and I had the A/C go out. On Aug 20, 2020. Brought the truck Back to Hunter Ram and they offered me to use a loaner service truck a service truck man without carpet and a Regular cab to boot. And was told it “Should” be covered under warranty. You think. LOL man what a mess. Y’all got to do better than this. Now I am getting picked up by Enterprise nah change that they just came and got me to say they got an Uber m. So at the peak of Coronavirus I get to ride with a Uber to Enterprise Rental. To get a loaner vehicle cause my new Ram is broken. Unbelievable!

Brought in my fiat 500 for a new key fob replacement and they ended up saying that my cylinder had to be replaced. So from $300 only key replacement ended charging me $965. Had to towe my vehicle to their shop no communication, no answering their calls, no update while my car stayed their for a week. I had to go to the shop to find out what was going on. I had so many questions they couldnt give me specifics. I have everything recorded. They are not about helping their customers but about how much they can get out of your situation 👎
Be careful and confirm everything as they will move money around to make a deal look better than it is. They took monies that were slated for business link members and when I applied for business link I was told that money had already been used toward the initial purchase. I was a very happy client the first time I purchased from them but I will never return or recommend them ever again.
Jordan nicely contacted me after I requested a quote online and he offered me a reasonable price. I scheduled a test drive and went to the dealership today. Josh who is super nice, patient and warm-hearted helped us get a perfect car here!!!!!! My wife and I are so grateful and would highly recommend this place. Darren Santillano is the best Salesman! I highly recommend him. He went up and beyond to make sure I was purchasing a car that I loved since this was my first time. He was very helpful and patient. Tried reserving a car before it hit the lot, gave my info to one gentleman who was very helpful but the deal was apparently going to another employee so I forwarded the info to them and they asked if i wanted to set a price then they disappeared. I even said I was putting money down but that didnt catch any attention.
My parents and I went in to buy a ram truck each. We dealt with a young gentleman by the name of Chris. He was new, as so was the dealership itself. He helped us from start to stop and his customer service was wonderful. He knows about his vehicles thats for sure. I would recommend him for anyone looking to get a Ram Truck. Originally I bought this truck from Hunter Dodge because of my experience with the service department years ago. Although they are doing A LOT more business today they remain the same friendly professional people I came here for. We can discuss the cost or price of getting a vehicle serviced at the dealer but I know it will be fixed the first time at Hunter. The service writers are no exception they have a ton of customers to deal with daily and while you could argue that they could offer more personalized service, the fact remains that Hunter sells a ton of vehicles and the service department was outgrown some time ago. Im my opinion they do a great job all the way around at Hunter and I recommend them and the Dodge products every time Im asked. Great job Hunter Dodge

Originally went to Bakersfield to purchase vehicle. Bakersfield Jeep dealers tried to sell me a used car for nearly the same price as a brand new car, then gave me a bogus credit score that was so low I would be crazy not to take their offer. I chose to go to Lancaster where Jason B. actually brought paper work of a totally different credit score, lower financing, and I am only paying $34 more a month for this new car than I would have for the used one. Same months, warranty, etc. I will never go back to Bakersfield Jeep. Thanks Jason. Your honestly was refreshing.

I have a 2014 jeep Rubicon. the fist time that they recommended to change the oil on the 2 differentials was at 18000 miles . I ask what was the factory recommendation and the person told me 30000 miles at around 25000 ask I ask foe the stomata to change the oil and some lady told me, you dont need to worry about that, next oil change is at 60000 mile. now after waiting for over a month for them to inspect the break light that it was keep coming on they call me yesterday I paid 124 $ for them to add brake fluid and also they recommended that I need to change the oil for, rear and front differential and also the transfer case when the service book is clear that you need to change the oil at 60000 mile. they also recommended to change rear breaks, cost to change it is over 500$ but now I am not sure if I can trust them. do I recommend this dealer NO
I had a great buying experience with Matt Hagen today. He was very personable and attentive by listening to what our needs were and talking to us about what would make us happy. We were buying a car for our son who was not present but Matt text him to congratulate him on his new car. I appreciated the time he took to explain options we had with the car and payments. Very pour experience, Internet salesman Brian in cohoots with his sales manager did not keep there word. They were dishonest and devious. I had made a deal with brian at 10am in the morning to buy a truck from them He agreed. While I was processing deposit. They sold vehical out side our deal. They fit the dishonest cheep used car salesman profile, watch your back with them. Owner Tom was kind and listened did but nothing to counter there actions a real carnival act . I was introduced to Jordan at Hunter DCJR through my credit unions car buying service and Jordan was very responsive and helpful. He had the vehicle ready to show and test drive on my arrival. He was patient and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. After the test drive I decided that I did not want the vehicle and he was able to find the vehicle I was looking for. Again, he spent more time and made sure that I took it out on a drive and gave it a good inspection before I made any decisions. Once the decision was made on the vehicle he made me a very competitive offer and allowed me the opportunity to do my own research and price-comparison. He even provided me with all the information I needed to make a solid evaluation.My experience in the finance managers office was equally as good. Jason was not pushy and was also very patient. He answered my questions about the different programs and let me comparison shop with my credit union on the phone to make the best purchasing decision. In the end their programs were actually better and cheaper than the competitions.This experience was by far the quickest, smoothest, and just the best I have ever experienced.

Ran my creditagreed to deal (on hellcat daytona)then disappeared with no responsegot a hold of the (davieon) later that day. they sold the car to someone else.faked like they tried to find me another, told me they did find another.i booked a flight to california from nyc last min because they said they cant deliver (paid $800)they turn around and state that the deal fell thru acquiring another one...after days of stating it was on the way.nightmare of an experience. worst experience i have ever had BY FAR!!!didnt want to deliver, didnt want to sell to me because i lived out of state.worst of all, they could have just been transparent and they couldnt even do that.davieon, big jon and jordan magana are all clowns.

Had such an amazing experience with Jered leasing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee! Not only was he very patient, but he was willing to search around for different vehicles to make sure I got the color I liked and dropped off the rental car I drove there in. Keith was a real nice saleman. He was very informative about the vehicle we were looking for. He had all kinds of options for us to choose from and look at. Different color options. Nobody was pushy to get you to buy a car or truck. They have used vehicles also. Comfortable place to shop.
Jordan was absolutely the best choice I could have made for a sales representative. He went out of his way on multiple accounts to make sure that I had the best deal and that I had the exact truck that I was looking for. Exceptional service. Hunter service department has never failed me. They always attempt to make sure my van is ready when promised, which is important to me since I have such a busy schedule.
