I stopped into there Express service area to get my passenger side headlight changed, they did that, they also double checked the indicator/parking lights for me, & realigned my headlights since the drivers side one was off. The employees were very nice, polite, and courteous towards me. They have a very nice waiting area for customers while they wait for their cars to get finished up. My car was finished with in about an hour or so.
Dom was great !!! I work in sales and I must say I just appreciate so much how he was not pushy and he went over and beyond to answer all our questions and his follow through to detail is spot on, we got the type of car we were looking for and with in our budget. He is a great asset to LCM .Bill was fantastic he made the signing process so easy and explained everything he was not in a rush and dedicated the time to make sure we had all questions answered.I have bought many cars and I must say this dealership is definitely matching the pace of the customer!! Helpful staff. Held hard-to-get (of late) bike racks for us when we called a few days in advance--no prepayment required. Price we were charged was not what we were quoted--but they at least tried to help by applying a partial discount. We assembled/installed our bike racks in the service area and no one complained. Great waiting area with selection not beverages. Thanks to all!

As you know, dealerships are expensive when it comes to vehicle maintenance but you get a piece of mind, value and the best service you can for the price at LCM Subaru. Everyone is awesome and helpful. Service managers arent pushy to make a sale but would make good recommendations when needed. Technicians are knowledgeable. Overall you will get a good experience as you walk in the door. Will definitely recommend.

I love that the dealership will give you a loaner car so you dont have to wait around while your car is being worked on. They stay in regular communication with you about the status of your car either by phone or text. Other dealerships should watch and learn from Lancaster Subaru, they set a high bar for professionalism and customer service.

Took car in for a seat concern. After an hour,I was told my suspension was fine. I remarked that it was not the reason for my visit and the employee listened to my concerns and went on to investigate, promptly. Situation has not been corrected but the employee listened and responded in a timely fashion. Much appreciated; however, uncomfortable seat still exists!
Jeff was awesome at walking me through the features of my car and personalized my experience. LCM offers a zero pressure experience and doesn’t try to up sale you. The cars sell themselves, but the customer service really deals the deal. Bill walked me through my paperwork and didn’t push higher warranty options just because it benefits LCM. I did this not because good job was don, but to not to make negative impact any one at any circumstance. let that others do, my car wasnt done and the estimate was bad, professionalism was poor ... but who cares ! days passed parts are ordered while patching tire easily your tech asked me to buy new tires, well, I took my car to pep boys and patched by $18 only. two tires, breaks, oil, and inspection cost $1665 at your shop, while I paid less than $500 at pep boys. really really professionalism and responsiveness are major areas you guys need to work on. wrong estimate and wrong diagnoses are what I saw at your shop, I didnt let you guys do my car cos of above, I took somewhere instead and never come to you shop ever and ever. I will never own Subaru after the one I own so good luck !!

Just had my Subaru serviced and inspected (2 months late). A small problem(not being able to remove key from ignition) was fixed during the visit. Had my complimentary bottle of water and relaxed with my knitting in the very clean comfortable waiting area. Always a thumbs up for Subaru service.

Bought a 2021 WRX recently. Great car! The sales process and the information that Andre provided about the car were thorough. After a little back-and-forth, we had a deal. Had an issue with my registration after making the deal and LCM resolved it quickly and fairly. Would buy here again when the time comes.

Was a little disappointed that a simple tune up, actually less than a tune up, took a day and a half. I wasnt made aware of this until I contacted the dealership. Im sure they could have and should have contacted me hours before. I had to make an extra trip to come back and get a loaner. Was offered absolutely zero compensation. When I came back to pick up my car, I asked that one of the service guys review my invoice with me because the one posted online was different than the physical paper copy. (Once they found the invoice. Nobody had a clue where it was.) He was far less than interested in helping me review it. Definitely will not be back here again.

During the pandemic, I felt the organization (& its customers) has been very responsible to follow CDC guidelines which makes me feel safe and respected. Car service, maintenance, and issues are explained thoroughly prior to work being performed. Also love the complimentary vehicle option. It’s definitely the most organized dealership I’ve been too.
LCM has excellent customer service! They were quick to get my car in and serviced. They are up front about wait time and work hard to minimize how long the wait is (especially if you have kids 🙂). I highly recommend this place and their vehicles.
I went in for an unscheduled walk-in state inspection and regular service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) on my 2020 Forester. A service desk team member checked with a mechanic to see if they could fit me into the schedule. Fortunately, they did and I was back on the road in an hour and 15 minutes.
Expedite your service, very professional but at the same time friendly. Your business is important to them.

I was so disappointed that when I both dropped off my car for service and picked up my car a few days later, not one person working in the garage offered to help me manage the transfer over to the other car. I had my 2 1/2 year-old with me who I had to manage while also transitioning his car seat into the other car, along with his gear and mine. Cars were coming in and out of the garage, and it was nerve-racking to make sure he was safe, while simultaneously moving the seat. When I looked up to see if anyone was around to help, BOTH times, there were two garage staff standing and chatting with one another. Not assisting other customers, just standing and chatting about their personal matters.When I dropped my car off the first day and rolled down my window, the man who received me cut me off mid-question as I started to ask about transferring my car seat. “Tell them inside,” he said without even letting me finish what I was going to ask. He came off quite rude, and I was disappointed that from then on, I did not have the kind of customer service I have come to expect from this dealership. Everyone inside was kind and professional, but I have no idea what is going on in the garage. Customer service, and honestly, just common human decency, should start from the moment you pull into the dealership.

I brought my Crosstrek in for a few issues last week. LCMS gave me a loaner car which was so vital as I needed a way to continue to get to work, and let me drop the car off early since it was more convenient for me. Chris called a few hours into my appointment to let me know what was going on, and it turned out one of the repairs was under warranty, so he helped me get the info I needed for that which really took my total cost down. They made a huge effort to get it done for me that day, even though I had a loaner car and could have waited longer if necessary. Chris kept in really good communication with me and I felt confident having my car there. We’ll see how the repairs hold up over the next couple of months! Really pleased with my experience here, and a big thank you to each person who helped get my car checked in, sign out the loaner, fix my car, and get me checked out quickly and easily. Will definitely be a return customer!
Whether its a quick service or a drop off now and pick up later, the staff here is always warm and welcoming. The guys in the garage that help you park are a HOOT! If you do need to wait in their lounge area, its quite cozy. They take very good care of my car and me - and I appreciate the free car wash with each service. I am a Subaru girl and LCM is really awesome!
I arrived for an appointment regarding a recall. I was taken right away. After a short wait, the service man came to say that all work was done and explained everything was all right, no recall issue was found. I was glad to hear that. I was given a car wash voucher and was in my way in under 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and polite.
Overall the facility itself is pretty nice. But their lack of mechanical skills is very poor. They are a Subaru dealer, they specialize in Subaru. I was told that they did not know whats wrong with my car because there was no check engine light. They acknowledge that theres something wrong but are unable to diagnose without a check engine light. They didnt even bother to take a guess or even look at it. I was told to come back if the check engine light comes on. These new mechanics are definitely not like the old school mechanics. Guess Ill have to find a small local shop that specializes in Subaru
Gary was a very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful sales person, and I would definitely recommend him to a friend. The dealership seems very well run. I’ve never owned a Subaru so I’m hoping I love my new crosstrek as much as other people do! I’m also glad I scheduled an appt to go back in a few weeks to go over all the safety features, etc. That’s all kind of overwhelming.

Called with engine light problem n was greeted by a understanding person. Said to come in, n went right in to find out it would be over 2 hr wait. Fine, waited to find out that they would fix in 2 weeks! I am retired n could go n would go anytime! Anyway, waiting 2 weeks is too long! Have not been real satisfied with them n that did it.! Looking for another garage, which does not make me a satisfied customer. However, would recommend the Subaru dealer in York! That is we’re I purchased suv because even at buying was not happy with Lancaster. Too far to drive for service but I might!

My wife and I have gotten our last two vehicles from LCMS. We could not be any happier. Our first vehicle was used and we have had it for over 6 years now. Aside from normal wear and tear maintenance over the 60,000 miles weve driven it, we have never had the car break down or give us any issues. We recently purchased a new 2021 Subaru Forester. It is amazing and we absolutely love it! My in-laws also just bought a Subaru Outback there.The best part of the experience is Gary T. He is a non-pressure salesman who really keeps your needs in mind. I purchased a vehicle back at the beginning of the year and told the salesman my biggest thing is response and taken care of me as a customer.. the DVD player does not work in the center an e-mailed the salesman about it and have not had a response back from the dealership.. I bought a 2016 Suburban LTZ fully loaded.. for as big as this dealership is I would expect more..

Was not kept up to date with the status of the repair without my calling every 24 hours to check. I was charged for emission inspection when should have been exempt; however, once brought to their attention it was rectified. Have been having the same exact noise for over 2 years. This is the third strut replaced in 3 years. Did reimburse the repair charges when questioned.
Lancaster County Motors was able to handle a couple of matters that were not a part of our service visit. They handle both issues in a timely manner.
Dropped my car off Wednesday around 5 for my 7:30am appointment on Thursday. Got a call around 3pm on Thursday saying they had just got to my car and started working on it and that I wouldn’t be getting it back until the day after. And that they were going to leave it on the lift over night so they could finish first thing in the morning and my car would be done around 11am. I got a call around 11:30am today stating they STILL haven’t touched my car. I was only getting an oil change tire rotation and the rear differential fluid changed and I think 1 other small thing. There’s no reason why it should have just sat there not even being acknowledged. I told them to forget it that I didn’t have anymore time to wait that I had already missed 2 days of work for my car not even to be worked on. If they were busy at the time with too much work why even schedule me a appointment? Terrible service. I’ll never return.

I dropped my Subaru Legacy off for an 8:30 AM appointment. Derek Scott texted me that he was my contact at 8:40 AM. I told them I’m not in a hurry but would like my car early afternoon. By 3:30 in the afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything so I called Derek Scott. He replied with a request to keep my car for the next day. I said absolutely not. Then I got a text from Derek saying, Sorry for the delay, I apologize. Your keys will be with the receptionist. Did this mean that they’re not doing the inspection? Who knew? Poor communication! I called the service manager with the above. They said that they will talk to Derek and get back to me. I never got a call. Later, Derek Scott called me to say it would be 45 minutes until my car was done. Yes, my car was finally inspected. Communication isn’t the best at Lancaster Subaru.

This is a great dealership who goes out of there way to make sure your vehicle gets fixed properly and in a timely manner as well, but the communication could be better. I was told I would get a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed, so I drove the whole way there and found out that was not possible, obviously I was frustrated, but I understood the reasoning for it. They did get my car fixed properly, so Im satisfied, just the commutation to customers could be better. Thats my only complaint. I do recommend this place to other people. My car runs great and the issue is fixed.

Exceptional service, great snack and drink options while car is being worked on. Great areas to work if your working from a computer. Also subaru has a really incredible coffee machine that simply went beyond my expectations for.. well... any coffee machine on the planet. Besides that, the time it take the workers to finish my fathers car was incredibly fast and was done well before the on time mark. This is an incredible place that feels genuine and amazing compared to other car dealerships Ive been too
