The first time I was in the workshop, I was very well taken care of, because I did the service, but last 32 days the car presented the same problem, and I was very poorly attended yet they said that this type of service has no guarantee, they did me a favor, That my car was old that would have to change many pieces and that would be very expensive, nor did they set out to look to see what was happening.I took another place that solved the problem in 10 minutes and neither had to pay anything,I do not recommend this air conditioning service

Long story short, I took my car here for a second opinion after I failed my first state inspection test at Meineke where they told me I needed a $600 repair in order to pass. The honest mechanics at Gerz told me my car was fine and I didnt need any repairs, even after I told them about what Meineke said. Its so hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, so it feels great knowing Ill be in good hands with them from now on.
