I recommend to avoid doing business with this place.I called them on the phone to make sure they had the tires I wanted and to ask if appointments were available, they told me they had the tires and that it was walk-ins only, first come first serve.When I came, the first thing I was asked was if I had an appointment and, of course, the tires I wanted were not in stock. I chose other tires, they were still cheaper than the ones at my usual dealership.I left my car at 2 pm and came back at 5 pm, so they had plenty of time. They told me everything was done and the car was good to go. I paid and went back home, then I realized on the receipt there was a mention tire alignment not done due to lack of time...this issue was never mentioned to me by their employees.I came back for the alignment another day, because there is no point having new tires if the alignment is bad, you would wear them excessively from the start.It was a work day for me, so I had to leave the car all day.They called be during the day to tell me that the alignment had to be corrected and it was $99. Yes, it is not free, they mislead you by telling you the alignment is free; but is reality the alignment check is free, not the alignment itself if it needs to be corrected.At the end, I ended up paying the same total price for new tires and alignment that what I would have paid at my usual dealership. Except that my usual dealership stated all costs upfront and that they would have done the full job in half a day maximum, not two days.Another detail: there are signs everywhere that face masks are mandatory in the facility, but none of the employees wear them. Another sign that what they do is not what they advertise.

I went over to American Tire Depot with a check engine light on. It was Saturday afternoon and a holiday weekend but they were able to get me in and check my car. Although they were not able to assist, but referred me to the dealership and I wasn’t charged for anything and all the guys I interacted with were nice and helpful. I recommend this place and will go back if I need any work on my car.

I can not say enough about American Tire Depot-Lancaster. I was referred there by family members who spoke highly about one of the mechanics employed there. I then had the pleasure of meeting Larry Lawrence. He stayed in frequent communication with me regarding my vehicle. His professionalism and work ethic was phenomenal. The service was fine and staff was accommodating. The only suggestion is the employees should use seat covers and, perhaps, steering wheel covers before entering patrons vehicles. The vehicle on which I had work done has white seats which were dirty from the employees driving it. Other interior areas that they touched was similar. I had to clean them before I got in. Thankfully, it wiped off with a bit of effort.

To start with my online appointment that I setup had not been sent to the store, they could not find it, then to add to the frustration it took over 2 hours for the mechanic to change 4 tires and do an oil change, this is way too long, on watching the mechanic it looked like he was maybe new and was not sure what to do on multiple aspects of the tire change, he needed to be instructed on how to do a nitrogen fill, that was a complete surprise. I did not have the time to have my alignment checked because of the amount of time already wasted. Now have to go back and get the alignment checked and if it needs an alignment will have to wait more time.

Maybe the best place in the antelope valley for a front end alignment!

Went there today after another tire shop told me I had a cracked rim. They told no charge to take it off and put on the spare. Then they checked all the tires because they couldnt find a crack in the rim, they didnt want me driving back to Nevada on the donut spare. Found the problem was with a different tire and fixed me up. Exceptional customer service. Thanks!

To me this is the best place in the AV for tires. First of all, they were the only shop that had my tire size in stock. Second, their customer service and attitude was above and beyond my expectations. Last but not least, I arrived at 3pm for my appointment, my vehicle was moved into the service bay at 3:10 and all 4 tires were changed and I was ready to roll by 3:55.

Spoke to someone over the phone, not realizing it was corporate. They gave me a BS quote to get me in, but once I was there, Larry and his staff treated me and other customers well. They gave me a fair discount and they do quality work. They now have a new customer in me. I’ll be using them from now on for other services, like oil changes.

Went there for a front tire on my vehicle that was leaking due to a screw that was stuck in it. Jose helped me and got me in and out in 25 minutes, it was great because I am not from the area and was there due to my daughter playing in a softball tournament. Very knowledgeable and great personnel working there.

Bought some high end tires from them went in on 7/17/2021 to see about getting my tires balanced and there was a couple of people ahead of me so I asked the person behind the counter what the wait was and he wouldnt give me any answer and a very rude women he was helping mouthed off and the attendant didnt do anything but sit there leaning on the counter so I left and went to another tire company in Quartz Hill and got an answer and was out of there in 30 minutes but had to pay $48.00. I will never return to Americas Tire Depot off 15th street in Lancaster again when I need tires. The place needs to hire people to answer question all I wanted was a time frame but nothing was offered. I will never go there again.

They beat prices as promised. They know Teslas which I appreciate. Setting up the appointment was stressful. When I chose the correct option when I called, I didnt know I wasnt talking to someone in the shop. When I had to reschedule, things got complicated. Larry fixed it, but it wasnt easy. They charge extra for nitrogen. The out the door price was $100 less than the actual out-the-door price, because of road hazard protection and nitrogen.

I knew I needed to replace all 4 tires but I had a blow out and was just going to replace the one. The gentleman inside came out and told me that the tire I was purchasing had a buy 3 get 1 free promo and knowing I needed to replace them all I said yes just do it. They were great, very friendly and started on my tires as soon as I got there. I spoke to a different gentleman as I was checking out and asked about the warranty he proceeded to tell me how my warranty would work and its awesome! Thanks so much!

Had some frozen valve stem caps that needed to be replaced. One of the mechanics did it at no charge! Yay!

I have been to this American tire Depot two times already. First time I didnt have much to say about the experience because it was a situation that was frustrating not because of American Tire Depot, but because someone dropped an A-arm on the highway. That bent two rims in blew out three tires. Not a happy time for me. However, the staff over there did their best to assist me so I decided to go back when I needed to get a new set of tires later on.My second experience, was much better. I recently moved to the AV, and remembered this American Tire Depot from the first time. I had been going to American Tire Depot in Hawthorne all the time until I moved from the South Bay. The team at the American Tire Depot in Lancaster really showed their customer service and professionalism. I was never talk down to, and they were pretty detailed at explaining any issues that arised. The manager over there was very professional, and seemed to always want to work with the customers. The technicians seem to enjoy working on the vehicles and have a camaraderie with each other.I will definitely come back again, as I have experienced bad American Tire Depots, and this is not one of them. If you live in the AV, give this place a shot.

Larry and his staff went above and beyond for me to put on my new wheels. Everyone was very helpful. They worked past closing time to make sure I would be able to drive home with my new wheels and even drove around to get the exact parts I needed. Great customer service. Ive been buying tires here for 15 years and they always give my the best price to quality that I ask for and dont try to hard sell me on an expensive brand I dont need and cant afford like other tire places Ive dealt with. Well that place has the absolute BEST WORKING PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. I LOVE THEM ALL, i went to get air on my tire and i ended up getting my life saved because my rim was broken, no sensors, needed new back tires and larry and his crew told me EXACTLY what was wrong and what was needed to be done and after me going to different places they actually fixed it and i got home safe i rather do my hour drive and have my car be done the RIGHT WAY then spend money and have them do nothing.. They didnt force us to come into the shop so we could stay socially distant which was really nice of them, and were attentive and replaced our tires quickly considering how busy they were.

They quickly ordered and identified the the tires I needed and did a professional job installing them.

Bait and switch. I came in for a deal I saw online and the guy tried to sell me tires for $800. Claimed he didnt have the tires I came in for. Thats twice what I could pay elsewhere. The lowest he came down was around $600. My first and last time ever going here.

I was having a bad day after blowing up a tire, and worried about the unnecessary expense and waste of time. However, Christian at American Tire Depot found me an inexpensive replacement and provided an excellent customer service. I was so relieved after the tire was replaced less than half, close to their closing time, and I was on my way. I want to thank everyone at the American Tire Depot for their speedy and excellent service.

My experience yesterday was horrific! It was totally a rip off! First Larry Lacusong told me that my cars alternator and the belt were bad and need to change. It will need $719 to do it and then he called that they misdiagnosed. He said that my cars water pump is bad and need to change. Alternator and the belt are totally fine. But it will cost $1200 to change the water pump. He is going to give me a discount for $800. I found that a water pump is going to cost over $100 and a couple hours to do it. It should be around $400 to $500. He ripped me off and he wanted me to appreciate him because we dont know about car repairs. What a crook! Before John was always honest and give a good service. Now I dont think I dare to go there again because they double charge you and fool you around and want you to appreciate these kind of crook!

Had a punctured tire and stopped by to get it fixed. They were able to get me a replacement tire and get me on my way again in a decent time frame seeing as they were busy.

Fast and great quality service, very friendly and helpful employees. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the AC wasnt on and it was sweltering hot in the waiting room. I waited about 45 min to get a new tire replaced and balance...ran me $100. My advice is to get there early and bring a cold drink🥤😊

Larry was great, only thing is the car needed a wheel alignment,which was priced at $99 (same as others), I would have hoped after spending $450 the cost would have been reduced a bit.

Great customer service and competitive prices. I was in and out before I knew it. I had purchased my tires for years at an American Tire Depot store in the San Gabriel Valley and was delighted to get their oitstanding service up here too.

Bill and James were who I dealt with and both were very efficient. Bill got me a great price and James did the work. Im very pleased with service and selection and speed of installation. I was only there for about 45 minutes

Amazing store, from the moment I pulled into my car the employees were attentive and courteous. Most places employees mind their own business and let the customer figure it out but the employees here were very proactive with their services. John rang me up at the register and he was very helpful, prices were better than jiffy lube, I got a full synthetic oil change for about 65$ jiffy lube was offering me the same for 96$, they even changed my air filter for me and only charged me the cost of the filter which was 20$.
