Made an appoinment for Saturday in the morning. And I explained the problem with the car, ( Electric issue with the window)the guy said that I should leave it. I explained that I cant because I had no body to pick me up nor drop me, so the guy said ok just bring it this was all by phone. Since he said that, I thought he was going to just check it and give me an estimate at least. But when I showed up he ask me to leave it, withouth even checking my car. I explained AGAIN that I couldnt . He said maybe itll take 3 or 4 hours so you need to leave it. REALLY? you didnt even touch my car.! How you guess 3 or 4 hours ??. THERES ONLY ONE GUY. I CAME FOR NOTHING WASTED MT SAT MORNING..NOT RECOMENDABLE PLACE.

Ray, is a great Mechanic he trys his best to make his customers Happy. He works in the shop early mornings to late night, sometimes on sunday!

Ray is a great mechanic, thorough and given to detail. If we want it fixed right we make the drive from the university area in Charlotte to SC to have him work on our vehicles. His work is worth the drive and prices are fair.

I purchased a tundra from the guys there and they were fantastic and very professional. I live an hour away and stumbled on their listing and drove right over. I was amazed at the deal on the tundra especially with it being in such good condition. I had been looking for months but everything I found was beat up, rusty, and overpriced until I found this one!The transaction was very smooth and they even put new oil and brakes on even though they still had life in them! Good luck finding a dealership to do any of that plus you’ll pay dealer fees ect...Even though I’m an hour away I will bring it to them for my service needs above an oil change and I’ll recommend them to everyone.Thanks again Auto Masters for the great vehicle and great customer service Mike, Rick and the other fella who worked on the truck. Skilled and honest! After taking my Scion to two different mechanics and being told two different diagnostics, I took my car to Ray. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and it was an easy fix.
