This location skyrocketed into my favorites after they took care of my wife with consideration and speed. After the clowns at Take Five didnt reinstall her skid plate correctly and the screws fell out, they later reattached the plate with zip ties. They didnt even do that correctly and as she was traveling down the interstate, one corner fell down and began dragging. She took her car into Ten Minute Oil Change and they very quickly reinstalled the skid plate (using actual screws), were considerate about the ordeal, and didnt even try to charge her (needless to say, we forced a tip on them for the help). Im grateful that they took care of the problem, didnt try to upsell her on anything, and did it all with professionalism. Great shop!

Ask for state inspection and they started looking at car for things to replace! Never again

Ten Minute Oil Change. I went to this establishment for an oil change. They removed every filter they could and suggest that I purchase new ones. I advised them that I just purchased them on my previous oil change. I was continually advised that if I did not purchase the filters I would have problems with my car. My car is garage kept. The very next day I noticed I had a new oil leak. I returned to Ten Minute and I was told that my oil housing now needs to be replaced and that it cost $600. I will get my vehicle repaired and see them in small claims court for reimbursement. I do not recommend and I advise people to pay attention to the not favorable reviews. They are extremely overpriced, pushy & dishonest.

Got an oil change from here recently and my next oil change isn’t due until January. Yet my car is saying oil change due so I tell them I don’t think they gave me all of my oil or did something wrong because ain’t no way I should be getting two oil changes within 2 months and you know what they say? “Well get another oil change” No apologies no explanation or anything. I am a loyal customer and could’ve at least been given 10 percent off or something. This place is a rip off and I will not be returning. And change your name to an hour oil change because it’s definitely not 10 mins I just never complained because I THOUGHT I was coming to a good company but you guys shorted me on oil!!!

The wait was quite long, but the service is ok.

This is one of the few places I would take my car ( 2014 Infinity Q60S ) Beside taking it to the Dealership . I am not sayin this because they happen to be 2 minutes away from my house, but because they have been consistently doing excellent work. I highly recommend them period .

I went in for a quick oil change it took about an hour. Mechanic pointed out I had some build up on my battery terminal I asked him to clean it, he suggested I change them. I made it down the street and my truck doesn’t start back up now. Thanks for giving me a problem I didn’t have before I got an “oil change”

Brought a new caliber for them to put in for me and after checking my car, I found out that they kept my new caliber and put an old one they had already on my car. Very dissapointed, I am a loyal customer and had always went to this specific Ten Minute Oil change place to get my oil changes and brakes changed. I WILL NOT GO TO THEM AGAIN ! IF YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL FROM YOU, CONTINUE GOING TO THEM, IF NOT, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE.

I wish I did not have to give them a star at all. It is poor service and I will not be going back. I took my Jaguar in for an oil change (Big Mistake). Not long after, I made a short trip down 35 and the entire piece that is where your oil pan is located, came down while driving (and you know how busy that traffic is) and began dragging making this loud noise. Thinking it was a flat, it was scary and dangerous, had to pull over and find a shop and drive in that condition until I could get some tools to tie the piece up before I could proceed with my trip. After calling them to voice my concern and dissatisfaction with the service, they only blamed it on possibly of me maybe hitting something in the road and not even considering maybe they made a mistake. Just kind of blew me off and said that it was nothing they could do. Needless to say, didnt even ask to check it out or look at it. Rude and unprofessional.....

10 minutes? Yeah right! Be prepared to wait! They will tell you 30-45 minutes but in actuality be prepared to wait 1.5 to 2 HOURS for a regular oil change! Absolutely absurd...

I got an inspection here and I don’t know what they did but now my air bag light will not go off.

Don’t trust them, they charge full price for oil but don’t give you all of your oil.
