I usually only go for ice. They remodeled the place in the last year or so, and it is more open and brighter. Very friendly guy behind the counter.

Had a big wedding at the Barn at Silverlake.Ron and his family were awesome. Prices were great. Delivery of 27 cases on time and Saturday at 6 when the it looked like the beer might run out Ron brought over another 7 cases. Thanks again to Liberty Beverage for making a big celebration a great day!

I have been shopping at this distributor longer than the dates the previous two reviews were written. I have to say I NEVER experienced rude customer service under the old ownership. Everytime I entered I was always asked what they could get for me and immediately retrieved it. Yes, it is true they recently switched hands. While the new owner has expanded the selection the same customer service I had been used to has changed. When I ask for something there is always a brief period of awkward silence before they tell me to help myself. One woman even rolled her eyes once and mumbled something under her breath when I asked before reluctantly getting my item. I used to shop here at least twice or more per week but have since felt very uncomfortable going in there because of the reactions and responses I get when I ask for anything. I must say though that I have never had a problem with the owner. He has never batted an eye when I asked for anything and immediately accomodated. I have wondered if he is aware of how his emloyees respond to requests. Its unfortunate because this distributor is on my way home from work and the convenience combined with the customer service is what brought me back time and time again however this has changed. Now I have to drive a little further to the other distributors in the area who will not hesitate to help and retrieve my request when I ask for something. I would love to return to this distributor for convenience but will spend my money elsewhere to avoid the awkward feeling of staff not wanting to be of assistance. I hope the owner becomes aware of this and corrects his staff at which point I will return and spend my money here again.
