They are a really good place to get books, they have a good selection of many different types of books. They have a Starbucks in it so if you want some food or coffee you can go there while you read. But it seems like sometimes when I get books there some are slightly damaged but in general theyre fine. And if you like manga like me they have some good options and the have a whole section to it. But I recommend going here they are a really good store.

B&N provides a wonderful shopping experience for whatever type of book you are looking for. While it lacks the lovely downtown feel of a hometown Indie book store, it has many other delightful perks such as an enormous selection and in store coffee shop

I love this store. The staff are always so friendly and willing to recommend books thats they love. They never mind if I ask them to look up a book for me or order something in. Coming here for 10 years and plan on coming here for more!

I like this location because it has a wider range of non-fiction and business books, as well as a better selection of current fiction. The location is extremely convenient, as I work and shop nearby. Also, the store is well laid out and the staff is very helpful.

Great store it would be an absolute travesty to close B&N. Those of us who like to read books instead of the computer book which i like to call them, are mainstays for alot of 37yr olds and up readers. When a friend suggested that I read, The Other Side of Midnight, by Sidney Sheldon. Ive been a page turning book reader ever since. Barnes and Noble has colt following. The people are usually regulars. Good store.

I got there almost closing but didnt know that because in yellowbook on my phone it said they were open til 11 pm. So the guy who was locking the door was rushing me and wasnt very nice, but I had a young man inside who helped me find a book, he was nice. It wasnt the best welcoming feeling but it may have been since I got there so late but I feel it wasnt my fault. I told them they need to update their hours. I only go there because that is the only bookstore around my area.

Great selection. They redid their floor layout and it really bugs me. In my opinion it is harder to browse some of the sections now, particularly non-fiction offerings.

Nice store. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. At times they have some nice sales but for the most part the sales are for older books. The main issue for me is the location. The traffic is horrendous. Not the fault of the store of course.

I always find the book I need here. Often times, I find a good gift for someone as well. They don’t just have books. They sell record players, movies, DVDs, record players, electronic readers, journals, computer accessories, games, toys, etc!!! There’s always something to find in here & it’s well organized as well. Love finding cool new things to take home.

They had all the books that my granddaughter had on her Birthday list. And I picked them all up. I will have to get they other ones.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They dont carry everything but are happy to help order it for you. They have alot of random gift ideas. Cafe is nice. But their books are all about half the price on Amazon.com

This B&N location has recently done a whole-store reorganization that much improves the shopping experience. Their bathrooms are always clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. My kids were thrilled with the enormous Young Adult selection.

Who doesnt love Barnes and Noble?! This place is great across the country, but this location has a great customer service mindset that is consistent. Their bathrooms are clean consistently. The shelves are always orderly and well marked and I have never, ever seen it in disarray, not even once. They have been EXTREMELY polite and kind during the pandemic and always provide hand cleaning stations with good product that does not chap the skin. Really thoughtful and conscious team. Yeah Lancaster B&N!!!

Called ahead and asked for a book....they had it.... it was waiting for me at the front counter.... except that it was a different book in the same series that I sought. Luckily the book I actually wanted was available on the shelf. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Excellent customer service! Associates were very helpful and asked a few times if we needed help. The cashier was very friendly as well and informative. It was also a very clean and organized store! My only complaint is that the prices are a little high, but other than that it was a good experience.

Thank the gentleman working in the middle of the store under the guise of a customer service desk on 1/16/21. So sick of it! You should have some serious inclusivity training because your staff (and not just the ones at the desk) need to come to the realization that it is 2021; and the people who patronizeyour store are a diverse group and everyone should be treated with a modicum of respect!

Im never going to stop loving this place. Feels like my safe haven. Quiet and peaceful and tons of great things to skim through. They still let me sit on the floor and read which makes me happy. Its my niece and nephews birthday tradition now to go and get a book from here.

I love the Lancaster Barnes and Noble. I try to give them as much business as possible. It would be a very sad day if they shut down, like Borders did a few years ago.

Spent like an hour and a half. Can I suggest a larger selection of Fantasy. I never leave empty handed. Oh! & I need more books on Dust. (To those who know what I mean).

They should make sure people understand the discount table a little better. Some items marked discounted and others just re-tagged with new pricing. Not really a huge deal but nagged me a little. Other than that 5 stars!

This cafe has always been great, no matter the length of the line. Today I stopped in for books and thought I’d grab a beverage for my ride home. There was no one in line, one person working the counter (who was not very friendly). I ordered my normal drink; a sweet cream iced coffee. It was the worst drink I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. When the guy handed me the drink, I thought it looked awfully dark so I asked for a straw thinking the cream must need to be mixed. By the time I mixed it I was in the car heading home. Mixing didn’t help! The drink was dark, bitter, not sweet at all. Totally not like other sweet cream drinks I’ve had before. Very disappointing.

I always love taking the boys to B&N. Theyll spend about an hour venturing around the store!

I dont like the layout changes made during the pandemic. I dont want to complain about health related changes, but I think a lot wasnt driven by health.

I really liked the environment, it had a social vibe to it, a place where you could search for your types of books, sit, read and even have a discussion. I actually wanted to stay for a little while, but I was busy that night. Possibly a good place to chill and socialize, if youre into that kinda scene. Remember, it is a book store. So read a little, learn a little and converse a little. That was my take when I visited this place for the first time.

One of the few book stores left. I can usually find what Im looking for. If not, theyll order it for you. You get great deals if you join the buyers club too.I always stop at the coffee shop (Starbucks). Usually get a free cookie with purchase at the book store.
