I have had my oil changed there multiple times in different vehicles this time they changed the oil and when I got home it was leaking on my driveway took it back and they told me that it was the catch pan under the motor that they didnt clean also the time before I had the same problem and they told me that it was the oil filter first time shame on you second time shame on me I will not be going back there. Both times I had to spend my time cleaning my driveway an apology does not clean my driveway

Came in for a simple oil change on my car they gave me my car and I drove a like 2 minutes down the road and my check engine light came on I immediately called and told them about it they told me to bring it back just to say oh it couldn’t have happened during an oil change which is wrong because I took it to my mechanic and he said it could of been done by an oil change. Worse service I’ve ever experienced!

Got my oil changed and right after getting my car back the maintenance light was on along with car sputtering. Checked the oil and theres no oil reading on the dip stick. Will not be back.

Came in for a smog check and that service was fine. I even liked the guy who did it. However, I used the Jiffy Lube waiting room. There was an older gentlemen there who mixed up his coupons and the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude to this guy telling him he needed to do all this crazy stuff to have the right coupons. I was extremely uncomfortable during the entire interaction and just wanted to leave. I didnt even have to have service done here to tell its run by a bunch of circus animals. Dont go here for any service on a vehicle if possible. Unless of course, you want to get ripped off.

Friendly and helpful. One person told me how to download a coupon and save $10 on my oil change. I wanted to give a tip when I picked up the car but forgot which person I had spoken to.

I showed a 20 off before entering and asked for high mileage oil change. They called out my filter someone agreed they had it. Drove in and they didnt have filter and they did value oil change which doesnt apply to signature oil change coupon. Its like no one listened. They could have told me up front they dosnt have filter and high mileage type oil for car so I could go to a different jiffy. Now i will never go to another jiffy because they deceived me.

Very thing was smooth just waited in my car till my turn then once they got my car they had chairs spaced outside so everyone was distant. The service was quick. I would advise to use this jiffy lube versus the one on valley central way they tried to charge me 30 dollars more for the same service.

They will charge u 100 dollars for oil change. Other places 65 dollars. Not sure why jiffy lubes is overpriced .

DO NOT COME HERE. My experience here was a nightmare. I dont normally take the time to write a negative review about a business unless I really feel I could save others from experiencing the same. I brought my work truck here for a oil change in hopes of saving me time on my day off. A few days later I start to hear a clanking sound from the engine and the truck struggled a bit to turn over, so I ask my mechanic what he could thinks it could be. Luckily he remembered I told him a few days prior, that I had went to jiffy lube to get an oil change because he said that its likely theres no oil in the truck due to the fact that jiffy lube service employees dont have much training or experience. Man did he hit the nail on the head! We pop the hood and sure enough theres basically no oil replaced in the truck 10 days out from my service. There was only what appeared to be oil residue at the very top of the dip stick. NOT EVEN ENOUGH OIL TO REACH THE MINIMUM INDICATOR ON THE DIP STICK. I immediately had a friend take me to buy oil and and as soon as we replaced the oil the noise immediately quieted down drastically. Being a clear indication it was a result of no oil. SIMPLE COMMON SENSE. I had to work the next day so I took it back to jiffy lube with my receipt, video and dated pictures of the noise to jiffy lube in hope of them somehow rectifying the problem. I thought worse case scenario I was going to be reimbursed for the oil change. Nope. The manager said he wasnt even able to reimburse me for the oil I had to replace much. He then proceeded to try and make any little arbitrary excuse to blame the issue on me. Such as why would I not have brought it back before replacing the oil? Next was that it did it have oil (since I mentioned it was at the tip) just not enough oil. After doing all he could to not except fault I figured I had to talk to the owner. It only got worse from there. I tell him the situation and he goes on to tell me a car wont drive or start w/o oil. I have a 105,000 dollar car and I can bet you 20k (or something like that) that it wont start w/o oil. I told the douche he couldnt even reimburse me $70 on an oil change but wants to bet 20k? I told him if I wasnt reimbursed for at the minimum the oil I had to replace at minimum that I was going to the B.A.R and filing a lawsuit. He then accused me of doing this all the time. $60 is worth the time or headache I have to look forward to. Now 20 days out my engine on a perfectly well taken care truck has seized. DONT COME HERE.

I waited an hour for an oil change but the sign said 15 minutes. People came before me and left after me. They didnt put a new sticker on my window and they told me to come back in the morning to get my sticker but when I went back they opened up an hour late. I couldnt wait so they told me to come back later but when I did, their machine was down. I just asked for a blank sticker but the were very rude and unprofessional.

Since I live in Lancaster, I receive coupons for oil change and brakes. I brought my coupon in, no appointment, never been here before and they helped me out! They recommended one other service to help me increase fuel efficiency and discounted it since I was doing the oil change. As a commuter, I appreciate all the miles per gallon I can get 😂

$102.18 for an oil change using synthetic oil is outrageous. I had no choice to go elsewhere as I was in a hurry but will never go there again. I feel so cheated. I always pay between $60 and $70. I have gone to 3 other Jiffy Lubes and thought the price would be comparable but boy was I wrong. With a $15 coupon and a free car wash included it came to $87.18.On the plus side there were no other customers and the service was fast. Maybe if the prices were lower there would be more people going there. Walmart had a 2 hour wait time for oil changes. Just saying...

Over priced oil change.....They charged my daughter $71.00 for an oil change on her 09 Honda fit....that is double what she pays at another oil change place. Her place was closed so she went here...NEVER again...she usually pays $40.00 for her oil change but this OVER PRICED place charged $71.00...when I called and talked to a live person and told them that was just out right RIP OFF...his answer was well we offer a coupon sometimes....REALLY?? so you double the price and SOMETIMES offer a coupon to lower the OVER PRICED oil change...great to know. I will NEVER again use any Jifffy Lube and their DOUBLE the price oil change...and I will make sure I TELL any and all people about the RIP OFF deal they have going on.....guess that would explain the VERY low rating on yelp and google....

They were a little busy when I got there, but with Star Wars playing in the waiting room and super friendly service the less than forty minutes it took went by super fast. It was a little chilly in the waiting room so in the winter months dress dress warm just in case.

They sometimes send discounts and specials that might make a huge difference.If you are a girl be prepared to be told that your car needs this and that and all kinds of things that they want to add to charge more. It never fails. Why cant they just stick to changing your oil. Its god to war us but dont try to sell it on us and get upset.

Well well well, this is the first Jiffy Lube I have been to that I didnt feel pressured to buy anything extra!That, in itself, is worth 5 stars. Besides that, they did a great job and the process was very smooth.

Arrived at 1:45 pm and was out of there by 2, fast and as promised, they honored a competitors coupon that was for $9 off oil change, They recommended me to replace the Air Filter which I knew needed to be replaced but I chose not to replace it since I can buy it cheaper at Autozone and replace it myself. overall ..this was a great experience and these guys have me as customer for as long as I am in Lancaster.

Brought in 2 cars. 1st one was quoted $80 for an oil change. We said no and took to the car dealership and got the oil change along with other service for $40. 2nd car they charged additional to add coolant and tried to sell me a $30 air filter that was recently replaced and as white as snow when they showed it to me. Bottom line... I DO NOT recommend this place as they over charge, under deliver and over sell.

I needed my car tuned up & it was my first visit alone so I was a little intimidated at first the person who help me name Brant was very knowledgeable and very courteous and very quick with the service I will return to this location again if I need anything done to my car.

Stay away from this place!!! I decide to go here because I was being lazy and didnt wanna do the oil change myself. The only reason I decided to go through with this place is because they said they would honor the $9 OFF SIGNATURE SERVICE OIL CHANGE that was advertised on their website and VACUUM INTERIOR FLOORS as advertised. They finished in ample time, however the invoice shows $8 deducted when I asked about $9 OFF they said it was $8 OFF instead. They overcharge for the HIGH MILEAGE OIL. They overcharge for LABOR. $29 really??? They didnt vacuum the interior floors and when I asked about that they said, Oh...we vacuum the front seats only, NOT the interior floors. I guess the owner didnt get the memo. Its principles my Yelp friends. This is a poorly ran franchise if you ask me!
