Very friendly, social and helpful staff. quick in and out service. Went in for a oil change, tune up, tire rotation and alignment. when I usually spend several hours waiting, they got me in and out in no time.

So the one time I went in a month ago I told her Hispanic Mel. I need my oil changed and he understood but I told him specifically to take the keys out of my car as the ignition interlock device read as my car is turned on so I what can list my car up with the lights turned on now I also told him my ignition interlock device company will charge me money if its because it will read as long as the keys are in the ignition well luckily hear the cart keys inside the ignition for about 40 seconds I didnt got up and spoke with the lady at the desk she went and told him to lower down the car take the keys out of the ignition and then resume on the oil change as he did he lower the car but he didnt not remove the keys out of the ignition luckily by the time he finished my oil change I had 50 seconds left on the device while it was turned on he would have almost charged me $80 now Im giving this place a 1-star review because I would have been charged and I would have been extremely upset with the service but then yet again I specifically told him to take the keys out and he did not follow instructions and by the way they dont put in windshield fluid wiperI had a miniature heart attack scare because of this it wouldve sent the records out to the DMV and it wouldve been a bigger disaster.Will not be coming back. No thank you for the offer.

They would not honor my lifetime warranty rotation from another Firestone.

Went for an oil change, probably the cheapest Ive found in the valley for synthetic blend and apparently always comes with free tire rotation which is awesome. Went on a busy Saturday, was warned it would take 2 hours but ended up only taking a half hour, if that. All in all this place is solid from customer service to quality products, will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

These guys are always great. They are honest, hard working, and smart. Ive taken my cars to them for over 8 years now, and Ill be going back to them for as long as I can. Theyve never tried to upsell me on any service or product, and Ive always left feeling like I got the service Ive paid for. They even replaced incorrect tires for free when they saw they made a mistake.If you want your car serviced by someone honest, then these guys are it.

Last time, and many other previous times that I visited your business, my experience has always been very good. David, the manager, evaluates my problem and suggests a solution. Trust and dependability are very important in this day and age,and this business provides both.

I have come to this business twice now, over the past year, on a recommendation from a friend. Both times they have clearly explained their pricing procedure, and both times I was more than pleasantly surprised when they stuck to it - even when the labor time on my repair was more than expected. I left smiling, and that is a rare thing after paying a car repair bill. My older vehicle often needs repairs that the dealership is unable to help me with, and this shop has come through for me. I have been well pleased.

The guys and gals here are always wonderful and dont mind when I have to search and wait for a repair with two small children. They take great care of our vehicles.

Tried to sell unnecessary services and tires...telling me my tires had been rotated from front to back and I needed new ones...the tires on the front are different size from the ones on the back making the suggestion of buying such ridiculous. Good at putting air in tires though.

Im rating the professionalism of the establishment and not the work performed because i havent had work done here before. Just recycled about 3.5 gallons of coolant, since this is one of only a few places it can be done. Brought a crate of containers with the coolant to be recycled. An older man not in uniform wearing a Polo shirt dumped 2 gallons for me which I asked for the containers back. After he was done, he carried one empty container in each hand and kicked my crate across the entire shop floor for the length of 3 bays, all while I watched. Put them on the ground inside the last bay away from the doors and exclaims to me $3! I reply I already paid. Says well then good! I proceed to walk into the bay, which typically is not condoned by insurance companies, pick up my stuff and leave. Didnt care for the attitude and vibe he portrayed. Would I care to come back here here for any other needs aside from recycling my trash? Not really. But on a lighter note the young lady at the front desk I dealt with in person and telephonically had been pleasant on both accounts. Thank you for your help, YOU are appreciated.

My son took the truck in to have the flat looked at. No hassles, no problems. Patched the tire, rotated the tires and he was on his way. No charge due to the road hazard warranty.

The service for your car is good, but from my experience the management is kind of rude.

Ive been here a few times. The last time I was here I got a wheel alignment. A day or so later I notice that my steering wheel was a few degrees to the left when driving straight. I brought it back and they corrected the problem with no issues.

They always can fix my problem

Rental company sent me here to fix a blown tire. They told me their computer isn’t set up to do those repairs. Why do they have a contract with enterprise if they’re not going to honor it?
