Its incredible how good of a job they do and how efficient they are with their time. Their prints are good enough for your average everyday prints but not for professional portraits. The lighting kept turning out too dark and the pictures looked fuzzy so I finally went and printed the exact same prints at LA camera. The difference was AMAZING when I held them side by side! Ill be supporting LA camera in the future for my professional prints.

I’ve had both film and digital printed by your lab. Good results all around. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Strong COVID practices, no worries. Easy to grasp the user interface at the in-store kiosks. Great turn around time and much more personal than dealing with the internet giants. Working with local pros is the best!

I had an 18x24 inch print made for a customer. The quality of the picture paper was wonderful and the image was exactly as I had taken in the original picture. My customer and I both were very pleased with the quality. Shipping was also fast during this Covid pandemic and they packaged it so the picture was well protected and not sliding around. 100% happy! I will most certainly be placing more orders in the future.

Purchased a used Sony a6500 from here as an out of state customer. Very easy to find what I was looking for on the website and got timely responses from the manager about my questions. I had three lenses calibrated to my camera during the shut down. The staff were extremely responsive, had non-contact drop off and pick up, and the calibration was complete in under 24 hrs! When I called them the reps were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and provided me many options to schedule a professional cleaning of my camera. Unfortunately I had something come up that morning and had to cancel my appointment. They were very understanding and didn’t give me a hard time about the short cancellation notice. I had a roll of film developed here and it was worth every penny! They had it processed on shorter end of their time frame and the quality is fantastic. Ive had film developed at other local shops and it took way longer. Ill happily bring my business back here!

My brother, a photographer, and I use Perfect Image for all of our photo prints. We’ve gotten 8 X 12 to 16 X 24 and they’ve all come out ready to frame. I live in NC and just order online. They were very helpful when I called in with a question on my last order. Highly recommend!

I was having a problem with a stuck focus ring on a camera lens, and I found your company through an Internet search and read some reviews. I felt the price quoted for fixing my lens was competitive and saw many positive reviews, so I decided to send my lens in for servicing. My lens was able to be fixed, and I was pleased with the turn-around time. Communication from your company was very good. I received email responses quickly, and received regular updates on the status of my lens.

I ordered prints at the recommendation of a photographer friend & was completely happy with them and the experience. The online ordering process is seamless and so much easier than many of the others! I ended up ordering more prints less than 2 weeks later which is highly unusual for me.

Dont give them your money, send your film to the national developer or do it yourself. These clowns are inept and cant do a simple task in scanning film let alone I can own a better film scanner from b&h photo. They wanna charge double normal price for 3200 dpi, I can buy a 7200 dpi scanner and do a better job then who ever is obviously too lazy to do theirs! Ill process my c-41 at home scan it myself and wont ever miss the 40 minute drive just to give these clowns money they obviously cant appreciate!

Ive had a lens repaired with Perfect Image and felt the price was fair, the work was done correctly, and service time was quick. I also have my lenses and camera body cleaned by them every year. I purchase prints from Perfect Image exclusively because the quality for the price cant be beat! Turn around time for the prints is usually very quick as well. I highly recommend!

I had slides converted to digital images. The person who explained the cost and process on the phone was very helpful and when I brought the slides in that representative was also very friendly and efficient. The project was completed ahead of the promised delivery time which was so thoughtful as we were trying to share the photos with my father who was very ill.

After dropping my camera, the sensor needed cleaning and my zoom lens needed checking. A google search pointed me to Perfect Image. It was concerning to package up my camera and mail it off but I live in an area without a camera shop. Perfect Image provided detailed information on how to safely package the equipment. Off it went, insured by USPS, and upon receipt by Perfect Image I received an email noting the exact equipment received and what services they would provide. Within 48 hours of receipt, I was notified that my camera had been serviced and was in the mail to me. I received the equipment, packaged securely. I recently had two older video tapes converted to digital. Even during a pandemic they made this work safely and easily.The were a few different options for digital conversions to choose from. I chose to have my videos on a USB. The quality was great.I definitely recommend Perfect Image!

Last May, Perfect Image had a wonderfully quick turn-around time in printing my professional photos from a newborn photoshoot with a local photographer. They also adjusted one photo based on my feedback about lighting. In a frame I bought from their store, the prints made the perfect Mothers Day gift last year. A bit pricier than a pharmacy, but worth it for a special picture.

I do lens rental at this business and their services are top notch. Wes and his team also are excellent with advice when choosing the right rental lens for a shoot as well as giving technical service advice on equipment we already own. We are so lucky that Central PA has a place like this.

Ive gone to Perfect Image many times and I have never been dissapointed! The first time I visited Perfect Image I was new to film photography and I came in with a severed roll of film- they were very kind and saved as many images from the roll as they could! I have used various services at Perfect Image Camera including sensor cleaning, lens calibration, camera repair, purchase of used equipment, and printing of images as large as 12 x 18. Every experience was excellent except one photo enlargement was too dark and I should have taken it back for reprinting. I highly recommend their services and feel we are fortunate to have their services in Lancaster.

I brought a camera in for repair and was given a cost estimate and an expected turn around time. Both were better than I expected at the official factory service center. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the repair was done even sooner and for less than estimated. Its so reassuring knowing that your gear is being serviced right on site and that you can speak directly with the service manager who does most of the work himself. Loaner equipment is also available if you find yourself in a pinch or want to try something new. Easy to get to and convenient free parking is always appreciated.

Great to be able to have a photo printed and quickly framed, especially during COVID. While this was for a funeral service for my Mom, I was very happy with the service provided and in the timeframe provided.
