We are extremely pleased with every aspect of their work, in choosing and planning, in creating a level subfloor after removing ceramic tile and in the installation of the synthetic resilient tile.Even when I dropped a favorite pottery mug by mistake it bounced rather than shattering:-)

There were a few issues along the way, primarily because the carpet I wanted was in production, probably exacerbated by the Covid pandemic, but all in all it was a great experience. Amanda, the owner, was great to work with and the installation team was fabulous!

I had a very good experience with Williams Flooring. They were very helpful in choosing my carpet. The installers were very prompt, courteous and neat. Five rooms of carpet was installed and heavy furniture back in place, in one day.

Williams Flooring replaced all of our carpet with wood flooring. They were efficient, arrived at the arranged time, and finished in a couple of days as promised. Just in time for Christmas! We love our flooring with cork backing. It isnt loud when we walk on it and it is not cold like other flooring would be. Their prices are great, too!

He treated us like we were the only customer he had...personally came out to measure and answer questions. We could not be more happy with our experience and with the quality of materials and work that we got. When we had one concern about the pattern layout of the kitchen tile, they came out and corrected it. We highly recommend this company. You wont be disappointed!
