This is a nice little smoke shop in Park City Mall its not huge but it has a really decent selection for the size and they also have Delta 8 products

Most everyone Ive dealt with there has been knowledgeable about the products they sell and how to use them. Being that its inside the mall, I rarely go there. It is a nice treat to go to when I do get hauled off to the mall by a family member.

Every salesperson Ive ever spoken to had answers to questions. They are prompt, handle rushes well, even when customers are browsing and want attention- they know how to handle that type of pressure well without offending customers... which is pretty rare these days.

Great selection of anything you could need. Awesome selection of tobacco pipes. They have Benchmade, kershaw and crkt knives plus others if that interests you. I was like a kid in a candy store.

Stopped in to look at the zippos, as my husband collects them. I had my three small children with me as always because my husband works long hours and we are not from the area. They have a very large selection of candy which I allowed my children to get one of a piece. My one year-old could not wait. So I picked up another pack of candy for them to ring up. Unbeknownst to me he had dropped a few pieces on the floor. Normal kid stuff. I was told my one year-old needed to wait outside. They were nothing but rude about it and I would not recommend anyone giving them their business. They allowed two other mall workers to cut in front of me while they Scoffed about my children. Never ever again

Honestly you want knifes come to here and your cigarettes and tabbaco its a really cool store but I still recommend going to an out side store prices are high in the cause of the mall

Went in to buy a vape for cbd. Told them I was just diagnosed with cancer. They sold me one for 80.00 that I found online for 25.00. Tried to return it the same day, they said no. I understand profit, but ripping off a cancer patient, is out of the question. What comes around, goes around. Will never shop here again.

First time here. Large selection of everything cigar, vaping, lighters and knives. The worker was very helpful in explaining the humidors to me (I dont smoke cigars).

The older gentleman who runs or owns the store (unsure of which) is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. God forbid you have to pay with credit card, he loses his mind and gets pissed. Ive dealt with him before and his attitude but Im done going to this store. I recently purchased $7 worth of food and when I handed the gentleman my Discover card, he looked at it, shook his head, grunted and said, paying with a f***ing credit card. Keep in mind he charges 20¢ extra to your total if you pay with credit and youre purchasing under $5 worth of stuff. I dont mind paying the extra money because I understand fees & such from credit card companies but Im over this gentlemans attitude. Its the 21st century, people use credit cards. Ive been a loyal customer to Tobacco Palace considering I work at the Park City Mall but I will not be going back anytime soon. Everyone else who works at the store is very pleasant & professional to deal with.
