Same great place it has been for years, the formula hasnt changed, just whats popular at the moment. Always fun to see what they have with a constantly rotating stock. Great customer service and fun atmosphere.

Very crowded for a small store at the time that I went as this is located at a large mall. Theyd probably benefit from having a larger venue, given the opportunity... Good selection of pop culture stuff. Love that I can get BT21, Stitch, and Pokémon stuff here these days. Teens were running out of the store setting off the alarm a lot though and it was too busy for the staff to do anything about it... Staff were directing customers to a booth outside of the store to be rung up since the line was practically out the door, which was super weird. Never had to leave a store to pay before.

This is a phenomenal hottopic! It is very organized and very spacious. Great dressing rooms. The employees Chrissy Kirsten and Angie are awesome! When they ask the question at the end who helped you out today? The answer is all three. They were very helpful in researching other stores for me and placed phone calls to put items on hold. Great selection of Sailor Moon apparel and accessories here. Lots of Dragon Ball Z stuff! This is a very good hot topic.

The clothing isnt sorted by gender, its completely neutral, and they have lots of good quality stuff. Got my favorite pair of pants here, and Ill definitely continue to visit. They also support charities, which is cool. All in all a very comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. Theres something for just about anybody.

I remember when this was a band store. Not sure if they even sell band t-shirts anymore, but my kids like it there. Lol

Fun store to shop in especially with tweens and teens. Lots of band shirts and other specialty items.

Workers were very knowledgeable. Best finds are online but ship it to the store not to your home. Home deliveries are always delayed, back orders are months behind but if you ship the same back order to the store, its much shorter for some reason.

Its a good place to shop with friendly staff and all, just very limited on what they have. I often times dont find anything.

My daughter loves this place. Prices are fair, especially with their sales. Unfortunately, lately they havent had a whole lot in stocks. Most things are really picked out. Its been like this for a while.

They were in the middle of stocking and clearance and it was great being able to see the new stuff they were putting out. The manager seemed friendly and kind as well as the employees great experience

Nice selection, employees could use some help with customer service. Customers do not care that you hate your job!! Also home to a very loud and obnoxious male “manager”. According to him everything is “HIS”.

They do a good job of social distancing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a small space and the aisles are a bit cramped. It is a fun store with fandom items for all types.

Very kind associates! Asked for a certain hoodie that I didnt see in store and two of the associates looked high and low for this hoodie for me which they didnt have unfortunately, but they were very kind about it and the fact that they went beyond to look for me was very nice of them. Very clean store too! Nothing seemed out of place.

The staff were very friendly and attentive at this location. Store is small and cramped, making it difficult to both navigate and to find items; however, staff was very helpful in finding items.

There was once a pretty unique selection at these retailers, now its become mainstreamed and corporate, sadly. Prices dont offset these deficiencies.

Ive been shopping at hot topic for years they have now turned into a trendy teenybopper store

Love the stuff there but waaay out of my price range. Loyalty card doesnt do much unless you spend a lot in one trip, which isnt hard to do. Despite the price, Ive seen a lot of stuff there that I havent seen anywhere else. Great for those that want to stand out from the crowd. Not recommended for those that are only casually emo/pastel or people that have sensory issues. Small space and loud music.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got help getting a few items down. The selection was pretty good and the store is well stocked. My daughter was excited about all the Overwatch gear and liked the edgey clothing selection.

There is a reason this is my daughters favorite store. They have shirts and collectables for all her favorite shows and bands, as well as some fun and trendy clothes. We were just in there today for some BT21 merch before the BTS concert. The sales staff is always friendly and helpful. Make sure you save your Hot Cash, it is worth it if you spend as much here as we do.

Hot Topic is more than one might expect. Sure, many people assume it to be a haven for so called emo and scene kids, but it is so much more. You can find merchandise dealing with everything from memes, shows, anime, and even classic Disney movies. Pop culture references are never in short supply, and they have a variety of hairdye and cute jewelry for sale. Teens and young adults love it, and their hot cash promotions are one of the best times to take advantage of the sweet deals they have!

I have been going to this store since I was a teenager. My kids loved the shirt collection and my daughter got a few of her cat ear head bands.

It is cheaper to go to the store online but the stuff there is amazing
