I am rating this as a one star experience due to the quality of print on a size of 4xl. I have sent in a video,to customer support,describing its pixilated form as well as its crispness. The lines and edges are blurred up close. From a distance it looks good not so much up close. The print on the 4xl looks like itll probably be good for a smaller size. Disappointed with the response as well just telling me to return and I quotethat’s how the prints are there is no pixelation on that. And if you wants to exchange for the sizes. It would be 10$ for each shirt he wants exchanged.Some better customer service would be great

Wish I could give them a better review, but not possible since I never recieved my order. Over a month,and numerous emails trying to get info regarding my order all while hoping to get my order, to still have nothing. After waiting long enough I had to request a refund from paypal. They have now responded to paypal creating a whole new order number and stated we wont see any tracking info for a couple more days..by the time I get these items i wont even want it or be able to use it as the weather will be nicer and wont need hoodies..if I ever do get my order it will be 2months since original order was placed..sad part is I placed this order to see how the merchandise was before continuing to order more..I still have items sitting in my cart waiting to purchase..cant do that when Im still waiting on my first order..

I so badly wanted to give a 5 star rating because everything up to receiving the shirt went really well. They shipped the wrong size with no return option. Ive reached out, numerous of times to [email protected] and the number listed on their website with no response. I guess im stuck with a small shirt, when i ordered a large. Youd think for $40 a t-shirt, this company would be more precise.

I had an issue with this company and an item that was ordered. When finally contacted by the company, they apologized for the delay in responding back. They stated it was due to their customer care team that has been changed. I was a bit skeptical at this point however I did receive the package I ordered and they gave me 2 shirts on them due to the inconvenience.

I order 2 shirts in a womens XL and they came but too small. That is not a XL in women. I contact them and got no response. I tried a second time and they telling me to send a money order for $16 along with the shirts and the new size. I think not. You messed up so why do I have to spend money to ship them back plus give you an additional $16. Thank you but no thank you. Never again from no longer a customer.

I ordered my shirt 2 weeks ago, I had to send 2 emails to get a response which said I would receive a tracking number when it was shipped. This has been the 3rd week and now they wont respond. Have made two separate orders from illcurrency. Both orders were shipped and delivered in expected time. My second item was a black hoodie that was delivered with a white paint like substance on the back of each sleeve and on the front of one sleeve. I sent an email to the company and will update this review upon response from companyUPDATE: A new hoodie was sent out to me and Im completely satisfied with hoodie and quick response . Im changing from three stars to 4 stars . They probably deserve 4.5 stars but that option isnt available
