Saw Taylor Chip Cookies through Facebook & had been dying to try. Ended up right next door for other business but could not pass up an opportunity to try something I’d been drooling over behind a screen.These cookies did not disappoint! Perfect gooey center nice little crisp on the outside! I have created two tiny cookie monsters out of my children! The cookies were as big as their faces. They were delicious!& the pumpkin cookie with cream cheese icing- out of this world!!!Thank you for turning your hobby into something so much bigger!

Ordered a small cookie cake for my son’s birthday. Flavor of the cookie taste good however the frosting not. All I could taste was butter. It also has so much decorative frosting that we just scraped it off and threw it away. For the $30 cost I would not buy one again.

After a 5 hour drive we made it. Super excited to try these cookies. Well it was a complete waste. The cookies are horrible. They tasted like old Undercooked cookies with to much sugar. Do yourself a favor just support a local bakery because those cookies have no flavor. 2 🌟 because the cashier was polite.

This is actually the best cookie ever. Outside is Crunchy and inside is so moist. Shipping was on point and my guest thought they where baked today! They are that fresh. My hubby had ordered me a dozen as a surprised and shipped to our house. For the price the cookies are huge. However, I think between the size and all the mix-ins they leave an uncooked flavor in mouth. They are also a bit on the sweet side. I have to share the cookie with my kids, nephew and hubby or Id never finish it. Overall, the flavor combinations are fun but they overall sweetness and uncooked texture is just not for me. My kids did love them and hope that others try them!

Poor Customer service, Excellent tasting cookies! I placed an order online and received it 6 days later! After not receiving a confirmation when I will receive them, I decided to stop in at the store in Bird-In-Hand, PA. After explaining the situation, I asked that since I am at the story should I cancel the online order and buy what I need since I wanted them for the party later that day! After the clerk confirmed with the manager that was fine I made the purchase. The clerk gave me a phone number to call so I could cancel the order. I left a voicemail, after not receiving a response I emailed them with my request. After a unsuccessful email conversation I copied the final response I received. So sadly I have 2 dozen cookies that arrived 6 days later that I dont need!Due to our return/refund policy once an order is placed we cannot refund or cancel an order. Yuck. These cookies are not good for so many reasons. They were all totally raw, not underbaked, RAW. The sugar crystals were not dissolved, no salt, no flavor. Just go buy break apart cookies and make your own. They should put as much effort into their recipes as they do their social media. Until now Ive never met a chocolate chip cookie I didnt like, and Ive had them at bakeries all over the country go anywhere but here. Talk about a letdown...and waste of money...into the garbage they go.

The only reason I stopped into this shop was because their sign stated delightfully perfect and I had to see if it was true. I bought 6 cookies and each one of them was, in fact, delightfully perfect. The staff was really friendly too.

Ordered a bunch because it looked delicious, however once it was delivered and the family started to eat it, it was a different story. Usually my family would devour cookies but I cant get rid of these cookies and they have been sitting on the counter for the last 3 weeks. Overly sweet, grainy, and some are extremely dry. Other people might like it, but its definitely a pass for my family and I.

Wow, these cookies are wonderful! They are about as big as your palm and theyre really yummy - chewy on the inside. The chocolate chip cookie I got was loaded with chocolate chips and was great.A little expensive, but if you get a half dozen they are $4 a cookie which is not too bad.

Okay, I was skeptical at first because I bought via Instagram add but they looked so delicious. They are very pricey, and my husband thought I was crazy for buying these…. Until he tried them! We ordered half a dozen, and by the time the fifth cookie was gone we ordered a dozen more! Highly recommend these! Also, you can freeze them and put them in the microwave instead of in the oven if you’re lazy like me and it’s hot and gooey in 40 seconds! Delicious!

It was pretty important that the address was changed, so that was inconvenient. The 2 day shipping once again was not 2 days. And unfortunately the cookies were miss placed (since we were not staying at home during that time) So, I paid over 30$ for 6 cookies that we couldn’t eat.I asked for a refund after the first order because we would not be at our house for the second delivery. They said they would reship to my work but didn’t.Also they won’t refund you unless FedEx takes responsibility. And even though it says 2 day shipping it is not guaranteed.

What are you waiting for? I ordered a dozen for our 10th wedding anniversary, because who needs cake on an anniversary? They are without a doubt the BEST cookies I have ever had in my entire lifetime, and I have been known to sample a cookie or two. The flavor, the freshness, the gooiness, its everything! The ordering was easy, the shipping was fast, and they even put a handwritten note for my husband in the box with the cookies. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

I was really excited to try these but when I got home and ate a piece of one I noticed the cookie was really undercooked in the center and tasted off which made me sad because I bought a couple of them and they looked really good - but I ended up not being able to eat them. After trying little under half of the cookie I started to feel really sick and ended up throwing up. A lot of people seem to like these so I think I may have just gotten a bad batch unfortunately :(

Horrendous customer service. Called the Lancaster store and received instructions on ordering cookies to be shipped for a later date. Followed the instructions and they shipped it two weeks early. When I contacted the store, they said they would correct it. I emailed them and the response was sorry our equipment is faulty and our manager gave you incorrect information, just freeze them. After several times requesting they correct the mistakes they made, they offered 15% off. Completely unsatisfactory. Such a disappointment.,

I first tried Taylor Chip cookies when I was visiting Pennsylvania for the Bowers Chili Pepper Festival. I first tried the Oreo and Cream cookie and it was fantastic. I ended up going back each day of the festival for another cookie. This years festival was cancelled, so I instead ordered some cookies by mail. They came quickly and were very fresh!

Ordered cookies, delivered to Georgia. These cookies are delicious! Popped ‘em in the oven as instructed for gooey goodness and they were exactly that. Our family favorite is the Salted Caramel Pretzel cookies. The S’mores were what we were looking forward to as we’re marshmallow fans, but they were a little disappointing, as they tasted more like plain chocolate chip cookies. Still good though. Worth the money.

I recently placed my first order and I must say the cookies Ive had thus far; loaded PB and the Blueberry pancake (seasonal) have been good especially the loaded PB. If you do order the BP cookie it is best with just a little bit of maple syrup on it. Super fast shipping as well, ordered on a Monday, cookies made on Wednesday and received on Friday. Still have the PB Nutella Swirl and Oatmeal chocolate chip to try. A+

Ordered a half dozen online. They came pretty quickly, 5 days from the time I ordered, I believe. They are a little pricey(about $40 for 6 cookies shipped), but they are really big, thick and rich. They were all really good, but I could eat a half dozen of just the salted carmel pretzel, amazing. The smores is also really good. I expected the stormy pebbles one to be my favorite, but it was actually my LEAST favorite of the bunch. I also got 2x chocolate brownie which was also top tier as well as Nutella and white chocolate macadamia which I didnt really get to try, but my dad and wife loved them. Im looking forward to trying all the other flavors!
