Its always a pleasure going to Toys R Us. Watching my kids face light up just like mine did so many moons ago (How long one might ask, I still recall Kids R Us being right next door). The staff at this location (granted this is just me) have always been more than helpful!

So who ever wants good sales on toys!! Must go now!! The entire store is almost out of stock! But you can still get good bargains!! I got gifts for up coming B-days! & Graduation party! As well as pool party!!! Water balloons,a water guns,bubble machines! All the B-day cards are 50% off. Family board games,bikes & more girl accessories. Legos are on sale!!! & like me I decided to get my X-Mas early shopping! Yep!!

Since a kid i have always loved toys r us. I love how they have any toy youre looking for. Im so sad to see it go. This store is close to home and its always stocked well. Will be deeply missed

Took my Jayden boy shopping, he went potty on the toilet! Very BIG deal! They had a great sale going on at the time that we visited. He found a big toothless (a 🐉 dragon from how to train your dragon ) series. He loves it!! Even though they were having a sale, the store was organized and clean! They had employees on the floor asking if you need help. Which was impressive and good for business.

Not a bad place to go for toys. The store is becoming outdated and soon I feel this store wont make it, just like the others that have been closing. Friendly staff.The carts are hard to find and there are no trash cans in the front, which leads to trash normally scattered around the parking lot and in the entrance of the store. Youd be surprised at how much cleaner it could possibly be with just one trash can out front.

On Christmas Eve, we went in hope of finding a very special toy (hatchimak) for our daughter and the morning crew that were there at 6 am at the customer service desk were so amazing and very helpful. To our surprise, the store manager was such a blessing. Thank you to TOYS R US STAFF for being so great.

Dark and gloomy front entrance takes on the appearance of a run down warehouse but once inside, the view and lighting glitter the showcase of toys bringing excitement to the kids. They really need to fix their outside entrance. Other than that, its a typical ToysRus. Friendly staff and lots of selection. Items are mostly organized.

The staff varies some are helpful, some go out their way to avoid customers and some are just rude and give dirty looks. Ive gone to this location multiple times and wanted to write corporate to let them know just how crappy this location is. They dont keep their shelves stocked or neat its almost like they dont do anything there and dont get me started on how there will be several employees but only 1 line open with a bunch of people waiting in line. Its always customer service or electronics that you have to go to in order to cash out and theyre on opposite sides of the store so hope your close to the right one when your done shopping. Ive found myself choosing to drive 30 min to another store than to go to the one 10 min away just because of all of this. They need to have some classes is presentation, customer service and what there company stands for.

Nice shopping experience. Not too crowded. Staff very helpful. They had the bottles that I couldnt find at another store.

Most of the time, I feel like washing my hands after shopping. However, after going to Toys R Us, I feel like a boiling shower in lye isnt enough to wash the kid grime off. This place is gross, the workers are miserable, and now that its going out of business, the entire store is even more trashed than before. The Star Wars collections are decent, so Ill give it 2 stars instead of 1.

Make an adult feel like a kid again. They have Huge variety of toys for all ages and actually adults. Prices $$$ on some items. Check Internet for big savings coupons. Ordering online can be cheaper also.

Its not really a surprise that their business model failed. Theyre little more than an expanded toy ilse the likes of which you can find in any Walmart. Oh, and they had a sub-Radio Shack quality electronics department with cheaply made character licensed electronics.

If youre interested in finding a toy(as a collector)and you cant find it,this place is a life line; they will have it 89% of the time.

Its a shame that these iconic stores are going out of business, but looking at their prices its no surprise that they are closing down. Their prices are not competitive and their stores dont carry as big a selection of toys as Walmart and other competitors.

Horrible customer service especially the young associates!! The hold time is just as horrible. This store could be better Ive been to many Toys r us where cutomer service is a great and a priority just as everything else you would expect. Re-training is a must at this location.

This place needs life! Staff does anything to avoid you! So many registers & one is open with a line wrapping around literally everything. I did meet a new-bee who was really sweet but was ignored when she asked for help using my r us credit card. And seriously.. Whats up with the baby section? I went in with a whole list of stuff my newborn needed and all I found was a humidifier. Eeeek.

Decent, clean. Staff is friendly, but you have to go to them for questions and answers. No one really addresses you or asks if you need anything 😞

A little on the expensive side when compared to Target, Wal-Mart, or online shopping. Decent selection, however pretty difficult to find a customer service rep. My family and I were in the store for at least 45 minutes, and I dont recall seeing anyone on the sales floor at all.

Horrible service with Return Policy. I purchased a swimming kickboard and noticed a hole puncture on the bottom as I was walking out. I went to the service desk and asked if I can exchange it for another one that wasnt damaged and they refused the trade out. They cited that there was ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MADE AFTER PURCHASING SALED ITEMS. WHAT A RIP OFF, BUYER BEWARE. 4/01/18

My kids love going but the place is expensive - they do price-match, but still. The outside is blah. The inside is blah. The workers are ok. So much potential but I could see why this location is shutting down.

Its well stocked, has lots of different toys, and some you didnt even know to look for. It does take awhile to find an employee unless tyre at the checkout.

Bootleg store. Never a register open. Have to find the employee hiding in the video game department to check you out. The physical store itself looks like either it has survived a meteor shower and/or Abe Lincoln cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony with his wood teeth. Very overpriced. They are not the only toy game...its 2017. Go to amazon.

I remember when this was the place to go but not so much any more. I dont mind that they are in an older building with unoccupied businesses on both sides in a rougher part of lancaster, but I have never been to a place that is always littered with trash in the parkikng lot as much as it is here....every time. Other than having alot of toys, the inside is not much better. We only shop here when we are unable to find what we are looking for anywhere else. I wish management would step up and run this like it matters.

They are the worse toy store i m happy they close,we go there properly for the closure to buy some discount toys it was saying that is the last piece so we buy it cause we didn’t se any further discount since was “last” and we even ask if they match price obviously they said no 😒and i m not talking abouth 50$ toy but 430$ play area!when we go back next week we discover that hawe other 3 same model with more discount!!this tipe of store make u never go back I guess a lot of people discover our deception this way go out of business!well u did it whith your own hands trying to trick people

Being this is the only one in my area its okay. They dont carry as much as others Ive been to. Or at least their shelves are bare. Not to mention it appears to be messy, Im sure from kidsparents not putting things their kids play with. Other than that staff has been kind.

This store is a mess. I cant believe this location is still open. Toys all over the aisles and in the wrong spots. I understand toys get played with, but this was worse.No carts inside. Had to go to the parking lot.

This place needs serious upgrades. There is practically no baby section at all, the store doesnt carry a number of items most people look for, and it could use a facelift. Also if you have 10 registers and three people hiding so they dont have to work while one register is backed up, please hire people who will work to avoid this.

Im currently on hold. I have been on hold for 17 minutes and 46 seconds and still counting. What a shame!! Im now holding just to see how long before I get a live person.. 😐 Now holding for 20 mins and 39secs. I even heard someone put me on hold again.... Finally, I have a live person. After 22 mins now back on hold. All I want is a update on a order...geez...so the phone call has now increased to 24 mins and 9 seconds... The no name associate went to ask a question. ( side note I ordered it on Saturday.. And it is now Thursday evening. Associate back on-- my order and now states that my order may have shipped from Rialto?! But not sure if my order is from that particular location. So the saga continues... Not to shabby after being on hold for Almost 25 minutes and then on hold for an additional 3-4! Now, thats what I call customer service! Thank You Toys R Us....

Today I went in to see the deals on Infinity Figures . I was going to pick up the new Vision, Antman, and Spiderman . But I was told that they were not able to be sold since the street date was for March 15th . 10 days away . I will be shopping else where on March 15th for these figures . This store does have a very loose term on street date . They have had other items on the shelf well before the Street Date and sold it very easy .

Teeeeeerrible customer service. I was repeatedly put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. When I received a phone call back from Toys R Us they told me the furniture i had ordered from Babys R Us had come in. When i showed up at the store they apologized and told me that no furniture had arrived and they would contact me when it did. A week later i received no phone call. When I called them a week later they told me they had received the furniture 2 weeks before.
