Great first experience at Dough-Hio Donuts. Took my wife and daughter for breakfast and we all were very satisfied with our visit. Great customer service, great selection to choose from (almost too much to choose from, nice play area for the kids, and a viewing area so you can watch your doughnuts being made. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. We will definitely be back! Glad to have this new doughnut option in Lancaster.

First time went there today with my daughter and Im happy! Donut is very deliciously satisfying.. choose your own topping? Heck yeah! Friendly staff too..

I took their suggestion on Facebook and called ahead to pick them up at a certain time. I got there in time to watch them finish making my order and they were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. A little expensive, but worth the occasional splurge.

This place was hot and slow. But the doughnuts, simply amazing. I dont eat donuts often so when I do, why not treat myself to something special. Hot off the fryer, then topped with most anything delicious that you can think of. They melt in your mouth. I will definitely be back!

Service was great and friendly. Our frozen drinks were excellent Signature Mocha and Hot Chocolate - thanks for the $2.00 special, but worth regular prices. We bought a half dozen donuts - very yummy! We will be back. 🍩

I planned on surprising my daughter and her co-workers @ Job and Family Services. I had a very enjoyable time with all of the friendly and professional owners and associates that were there. I was like a little kid in a candy shop watching the young lady make my donuts. My daughter and her co-workers were very eager to dive in. Everyone chimed in on how DELICIOUS they were.

Wow delicious, fresh, and great selection. Price was about what I would expect for this type of donut. Took awhile to prepare my dozen but the place was busy. It was worth the wait. I will definitely come back!

Very clean and friendly. The way they make their donuts gaurantees yours will be very fresh when you receive them. They are cooked on a fryer conveyor, not sitting on shelves. Sampled a few of their donuts and all of them were delicious. Iced mocha was good.

These donuts are LITERALLY AMAZING! This place feels like home right when you walk in. I HIGHLY recommend trying these donuts and checking out the cute shop they are located in!P.S it has a kid friendly area as well.

The donuts are cake donuts and a tasty. For me this is more of a novelty date night desert. Much like the rolled ice cream joints its fun to experience once or twice, but not a get a dozen donuts for the weekend kind of place.

Absolutely amazing! The facility is impressively clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the donuts are fresh and warm and perfect, and the menu is unique. The coffee based drinks are really nicely balanced, creamy, and sweet. I would definitely recommend Dough-Hio to anyone craving a sweet comfort food with a twist.

I wish I could give more stars...Guys. I need you to understand that I dont like donuts. I got these for people at work. But as I was driving to work I was feeling hungry and they looked good so I tried one.They were still warm.They were AMAZING. I have NEVER had donuts like this. This makes me want to go back and buy more 😂😂Customer service was PHENOMENAL. Restaurant was clean. I will be back for sure!

We love this place. Sad they are closing 🥺 we have been a few times and its always great. We dont go all the time because....deep fried dough covered in sugar.... lol

I have never had more love and appreciation for one place in my whole life. Today was the first time I have ever been and Im not kidding when I say I might have to plan weekly trips! When I first walked in I wasnt sure what to think. The menu isnt too big but all of the donuts sounded wonderful. Usually my go-to is a plain glazed donut, but if Im feeling spunky I might even get a chocolate dipped donut. My friend ended up ordering half of a dozen of all sorts of donuts and, to be honest, I was hesitant to try any of them. Im usually not one to like extra boujee donuts. However, as I watched them freshly make each donut, my eyes glazed over. I fell in love. I wanted to take a bite out of every single donut! I ended up ordering the coffee donut for myself because it sounded magical, and oh lemme tell you, it WAS. But wait, theres more! The workers were SO polite. They were insanely kind and that was just icing on the donut for me! Although I live in Athens, theyve just earned themselves a regular.

It was my first time there. I just needed something to tie me over for a short period of time. I chose the French Toast one & it was delicious. I would definitely go back. Friendly service.

Pretty good. The kids seemed happy. I dont know about 1.50 a donut though .75 seems more appropriate for what youre getting.

They are very creative .I tried them because of my kids . It was clean friendly staff that are patient . Kids loved to be able to order there with the toppings they wanted .They offer a kids area with chalk boad and dry ease board . Personally not my favorite it was good and fresh just to me tasted a bit greasy for my liking . I wish they had more options for individual like my self . Like just normally glazed donut or a Custer cream filled donut . I know they are new and more options will eventually come !!! But I think they are great and would definitely recommend them for families !!

They have coffee too!The owners and employees are all very friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. You can tell that they put thought and hard work into this business.I did hear a couple people say $1.50 each is a little expensive for a doughnut, but I would have to disagree! Honestly, where else can you go for sweet treats made the way you want, with as many toppings as you want, and enjoy the experience of watching them be made (from dough to finished product)? Starbucks has cake pops (the size of a doughnut hole) that are $1.90 each.Great job Dough-hio-donuts! 🙌🏻

Stopped by on my way to a work meeting to pick up some doughnuts and it took 20 minutes and they still werent done making the doughnuts. So I came back after the meeting to pick them up since I spent $15. Only to find that they just threw out the dozen of doughnuts that I bought and would need to make them again. This is absolutely ridiculous.
